Overcharged and extremely rude! The "lead" lady named Lorna,…read morewas first rude when I was interested in purchasing two birthday balloons for my father's 79th birthday. Beside being rude, when I was being rung up by the nice cashier, Lorna came over and thought the cashier was incorrectly ringing up the balloons. Lorna went on to be rude and insulting to the cashier saying "you cannot make up your own prices" which she wasn't, she was actually scanning the price sheet provided to the at the register. She rang two different prices for two different ballon sizes which is correct. The mean lady Lorna insisted it was incorrect and tried to charge me $18.99 for a circle ballon that clearly stated "shaped or cut out ballon" on the sheet. How can a lead be so blind. Anyways, the cashier explained the price difference and still the "lead" had to much pride to even admit she was wrong. Lorna went even further and said "well u want me to charge you $18.99?" Which she clearly knows was incorrect. Who's making up their own prices now??? Long story short, she over charged me by charging the higher price for two different balloon sizes where it was clear as day that it wasn't right to do so. Please beware of Lorna who likes to make up her own prices, likes to talk down to employees and customers and who needs to smile if she wants to be in any customer service roll. She also lingered at the register to make sure we were overcharged dispite other customers asking for assistance in the photo area. She made them wait and basically ignored them because she was wrong and couldn't admit it. May be time to find her a better position in the back of the store where she will not be giving Longs a bad wrap. I'd like to make longs a part of my day, but def not when a mean, untrained Lorna is working.

Surprisingly this is the only place on island that could provide a special prescription I needed (I guess they're the only one that makes it). So although I had to drive really far to come out here, I appreciate this place because now I won't have to wait for my medication to be shipped :) They even texted me the address and when it was ready to be picked up! I also saw a sign that says they have CBD products, pre-rolls etc if anyone needs that. mahalo nui loa! Oh, and if you ever have to stop here- check out the Food Company for a bento or plate lunch while you're in the area!

Staff were on their toes, spent less than 10 minutes from pulling up, getting me order, and loading it into my car. Back on the road after that! This Target has a lot of products that the other locations are sold out of, especially baby/kids items. If you have to make the trek, its definitely worth it.

I guess this is kinda neat, as it makes it easier to find things in the store. I noticed that the Kailua Target store also had a Starbucks coffee shop, & a Pizza Hut within the store. I really didn't have anything to buy today, but while browsing around, I came across some DEALAGES on a microwave oven. DARN! I just bought a new microwave oven for my dad, as his microwave had broke down recently. Guess where I bought my microwave??? Yes gangies..........Walmart! And ya know what???? Target actually had a better sale price on the microwave, as the microwave I bought on sale at Walmart was ($60.73 w/tax). I guess Walmart doesn't always have da best DEALAGES! Lol! Hubs used their restroom after a family of 4. It's by their minute clinic and you need a key. We also picked up lemon peel, ginger, li hing cherry, and more. Doc was generous as ever and paid for everything. She's too quick. Glad we found this store as we had Yelped 2 crack seed shops that were supposed to be nearby. After I lost my patience with 4 days of taking OTC medicine with below average results, I reached…read moreout to my PCP where he prescribed me 2 medications and I selected my go to CVS Long's Pharmacy at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center. He submitted my order electronically where I soon received a text from CVS Long's that they received my order with a tentative pick up time of an hour later. I did receive a text update but noticed one of them wasn't filled and still pending. I was waiting at home and desperate in getting my meds as I was exhausted from being sick and lack of sleep. I called Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center CVS Long's only to hear their recording that they are currently close for lunch and will reopen at 2pm. I waited until 2pm and called again only to be given an option to leave a message, which I did requesting a callback with the status of my pending prescription. I was called back within 10min and was advised they had no stock of my prescription and the staff suggested I go to another CVS Long's nearby and mentioned the one in Target at Windward Mall. I was in luck because Target Long's Pharmacy has the inventory and to allow about 30min for a pick up. I then hopped in my car and headed to the Windward side. I first made a stop to Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center to pick up my other prescription. There was a line of several people waiting but the lines generally don't move quickly as shoppers are given the option of also paying other Long's purchases, which also allows customers to use coupons, etc. While waiting I then noticed about 5 more people queue behind me. At this time one of the cashiers announced for more cashier help and another staff came out. When I finally paid for my meds, I received a text advising my last medication was ready for pick up at Target Long's pharmacy. I then drove across the street and made my way to Target. I saw the Long's Pharmacy signage on the bottom left of the front entrance. Don't let that sign fool you. I made my way where the signage was only to realize that it's Target's cashier area. Long's Pharmacy at Target is located 1F deep inside the store. I was pleased that no customers were waiting at Long's Pharmacy and there were 2 staff sitting down looking at the computer monitor screens. The young male staff greeted me and asked for my ID and soon brought me my prescription. I was advised my co-pay of $5 and I paid via contactless payment. I was so impressed on how quick my transaction was where I'm thinking of picking up future prescriptions from this location instead. Lots of parking at Windward Mall and less foot traffic at this CVS Long's Pharmacy. 2025 #5

I knew that there were two Longs Drugs Stores in Kaneohe: one at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center and one at Windward City Shopping Center, but I didn't think that Longs Waipahu would send my aunty's order to Longs Pharmacy inside of Target at Windward Mall. Note: I had gone to Waipahu Longs three times, and they didn't have the medication even though it's on auto-fill! When the Waipahu pharmacist told me the address of the Kaneohe Longs, I thought she meant the Longs by Safeway... No... The pharmacist said, "inside Target". Ah... I've seen the "Longs" sign in the past, but never sent my own prescriptions here. I usually use the Longs across the street because the Longs at Kaneohe Bay Shopping Center is a 24-hour Longs. Because it was a holiday (Labor Day), I wondered if there were special hours. I knew I couldn't make it there after dinner or the next morning, so I drove from Waipahu to Kaneohe. Of course, when I got there, Longs at Target in Windward Mall was closed for lunch. They opened promptly at 2pm. I picked up the medication, which was 100% covered by Medicare... yay! Thank you... especially for processing my transaction before the family of 4 who were getting their flu and COVID vaccines!
