Worst CVS ever! Bought cosmetics for buy 1 get one half off and cashier was ignorant of the sale and wouldn't help me find out why it wasn't ringing up on her cashier. Then I asked her to check, and she said 'but then I have to go all the way back there' what the heck? Isn't that what you get paid to do.....then she still wouldn't honor the ad. Very disappointed, I will be filing a complaint soon, this place is going downhill without the manager. Horrible customer service!! read more

I have to say that although I have had a fairly good experience with this pharmacy, the store service is sorely lacking. Im a mom with young children in the neighborhood and stop in frequently for necessary items. However, on my last visit to the store I had a return of saltine crackers and another unopened item. When I entered the store the line to the registers was ten people deep. With two small children, waiting to make a return and then again for a purchase was not option. I dropped off a prescription at the pharmacy grabbed a few items and then waited in line to handle my return transaction and purchase. As I was checking out I was told "you need to leave your return items up front before shopping", in a very accusatory manner. Mind you, my return items, with receipt, were closed up neatly in a zipped shopping bag. When I mentioned that I was bothered by the implication that I might be a shoplifter I was told that that is the policy and got the the big eye roll by the store associate. I suppose it was the tone of the comment that bothered me and the fact that I am the last person who would ever shoplift. Additionally, I was insulted and embarrassed personally and in front of other customers. I don't blame the store associates, I blame management and training methods for the store issues. When I retold the story to other mommies at my sons school they shared their issues with the store. Many felt that they were treated like an annoyance for shopping there and others felt like no one would ever help them even when asked. I expect a bit more from a neighborhood pharmacy/drugstore. read more

Is this weird that i want to compliment CVS?? yo i love this place, they sincerely have one person in the front dedicated to ask you if you need help finding something. i feel like every time i'm freaking looking for something someone pops over my shoulder telling me exactly where it is---not only telling me but freaking holding my hand and walking me to the exact product. boom. service. lol. read more

Awesome excellent service...The staffs are helpful and caring people...I had problem picking up my tamiflu because it was at the other cvs and the staffs here figured out how can I have it right away as I need to had the medication right away and they manage to work it out in the last minute...This is just the CVS I will go from now on...Excellent customer service...Thank you guys for your wonderful help.:: read more

DONT USE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. My doc called in an Rx for me for a very generic medication. I went 3 TIMES to pick this up. 1st it wasn't ready and CVS had it at a different location. Thje 2nd time the "pharmacist was on her lunch" so I couldn't pick it up. The third and final straw was my third attempt when lady at the dispensary was literally rolling her eyes at me when checking me in. When I gave her my name the pharmacist was standing right there and the tech asked her "are you at lunch" and she said yes. Then the tech turned to me and said the pharmacist was at lunch so she could not dispense this medication. Unbeliveable!!!!! She was just heading to lunch and could have easily handed it to me. I will never go there again, so rude and since it was my THIRD ATTEMPT TO PICK THIS UP I give up. read more

Being a hopeless Extra Bucks groupie, I stop in here w/ embarrassing frequency. The staff here is incredibly friendly -- from the front of the shop to the pharmacy. They always say hi and are really helpful. It makes buying all sorts of medical/personal unmentionables just a lil bit easier. Plus, the beauty section has a decent selection of hair/cosmetic goodies for a kind of mini-Sephora type of adrenaline boost. read more

If you need something a drug store carries this is a good place to go. A bit higher in price because of the location. But well stocked.

Consistent and quality customer service. Fast turnaround time. I have had some bad experience's with CVS in the past, but the Pharmacy department here is solid. read more

The manager is very prejudice against teenagers. She was extremely unfair and rude. I was just trying to print out photos and she proceeded to say I was "just like the other teenagers who mess around inside" when I was sitting on a chair waiting to download the photos. For the most part a great place. A couple of the cashiers simply seem to be going through the motions, but I've had employees out on the floor really make me feel like they cared. One of the pharmacists (who looks a little like David Hasselhoff) is the reason I give this place a four instead of three star rating. I came in with a wound on my leg and he came out from behind the counter and really took his time to explain exactly what to use to heal it. He even told me the cheapest way to do it, rather than sell me on a name brand that would have cost twice as much. Overall a decent place. read more

Customer service is absolutely horrible. CVS preaches customer care yet I've seen the complete opposite. There is no regard for the customer's satisfaction or happiness with the products and services offered. I have been a loyal CVS customer for over 10 years and my voice and requests have been blatantly ignored when this location was negligent with my photo order. I spoke to the branch, the branch manager, 4 customer care representatives and have sent multiple emails over the past 3 weeks - all with promises that I would receive a call from the district manager. Yet, nothing... I would have let this go had I received some effort from ANY CVS employee to right their wrongs, but this experience proves CVS to be yet another large corporation looking to make a dime with false statements of customer satisfaction as their top priority. read more

I miss Long's! This store doesn't carry anything. If you ask, "Do you have bath salts."' the manager will say, "No, we're a small store and have limited space". I hear this just about every time I go in. It is a small store but it's laid out poorly and half the shelves are empty. Long's had everything and they weren't always vacuuming. Seriously, go in just about anytime of day, and there is someone vacuuming - aren't they supposed to do that right before the store closes? Long's is still in business in WA state where my sister lives, and when I go visit I spend lots of time just browsing around the cosmetic dept, I know lots of women that do this but this store just doesn't get it. read more

Completely incompetent staff. Unable to listen to requests, place items on hold or follow directions. Blown away at the poor hiring management has done, as well as the staff members capabilities to do their jobs correctly. Go to Rite Aid or Walgreens instead. It's not rocket science. read more
