    I required a TB test for my new job. It was a hassle to get a referral from my doctor, so I found CVS would administer the test, and my health insurance would cover it. It's all online, and you will need your smartphone to check-in. There's a kiosk, and even I could use it! The nurse practitioner, Loli, administered the test efficiently, with just a pinch. She booked my appointment for review in the next 48 hours . Simple.

    I've only been to this location once but I'm a BIG CVS fan & have been for many years. Probably since I worked for them in my early 20's as a pharmacy tech. so CVS is always my first choice in pharmacy stores. I needed another RAPID COVID test & since they are hard to get into due to being booked up this location came up for an open appointment so I grabbed it. Was about 20-25 minutes from home but I don't mind going to this side of town occasionally as I use to live around here. My 5 star rating is only for my experience with my COVID test. This location was easy to find thanks to Yelp GPS. Clear signs in parking lot on where to park for the COVID test & the little white shack is easy to see so you know where to go. I was greeted by the nurse outside via my passenger window. She verified name & DOB. Gave me instructions on which door to go in & to bring in my ID & insurance card. We chit chatted a bit. As a nurse myself we shared work experiences out here in Vegas. She was very nice & friendly. Sorry I didn't catch her name. Test is quick. You swab yourself. I tickled @ first then made my eyes water. Its about the size of a normal Q-tip. No physical contact with the nurse & there is a big bottle of hand sanitizer for your use. This location didn't have me wipe down the chair or door knobs as one location did. I was in & out in probably 10-15 minutes. I believe it was an NP that called me about 30 minutes after to give me my test results. Her English was very poor. She did verify my name, DOB & even asked me my allergies. She told me my test results were NEGATIVE & I was asking if it was for that days test results or Friday's as I also got tested on Friday @ another CVS drive thru that wasn't a rapid testing site. This caught her off guard & got her all confused. Not sure why because when I asked for which day I told her why I was asking. Besides her English being poor (you should have heard how she pronounced COVID...lol) her understanding English was poor too. This can be a dangerous issue when discussing test results with patients. She finally verified it was for that day's test results. I would think if she was pulling up my chart she should be able to see previous visits?? If your in need of a COVID test I highly recommend using a CVS. It's free but you still need to show your insurance card if you have one because I believe the insurance company reimburses them.

The store is often dirty, the environment feels unprofessional, and unfortunately the staff behavior today confirmed why I normally avoid it. This morning I stopped to get gas before heading into a 12-hour shift working in the ER. When I walked in, a very tall employee behind the register (not in a company uniform) immediately said to me, "What do you want?" I replied politely that I needed gas. His response was, "You need to step your ass over to this cash register. I don't ring up over there." There is absolutely no reason to speak to a customer like that. It was unnecessarily aggressive and completely unprofessional. While I was there, another customer came in and asked if he could use the restroom. He explained he was a bus driver and really needed to go. The employee responded, "We don't give a shit who you are. No one uses our bathroom." Again, the issue isn't even the policy -- it's the disrespectful and hostile way it was communicated. Everything that happened is on video, and I will be sending it to corporate. I will also be posting reviews so people know what kind of customer service to expect here. Businesses succeed or fail based on how they treat people. Right now this location reflects extremely poorly on the brand. Clean it up. Train your staff. Customers should never be treated like this. I do not recommend this location unless you want to be spoken to disrespectfully by employees.

Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

Customer service at the pharmacy was very helpful. A medication disposal bin is located by the pharmacy check out. The store is showing it's age. It could use a renovation including better lighting, but it functions as intended.
