First of all let me say this, this CVS is of course convenient for a lot of people who live around the community, it's just unfortunate that it's not a good one to go to. This CVS is forever crowded, in the pharmacy and for purchases. The long lines are ridiculous. They should hire more people if they are understaffed. Instead, it's two registers open with a long ass line. Like you can't make this stuff up. Lastly, they almost never have what you're looking for. Avoid this location, go to literally ANY other one. This is the worst CVS I've ever seen. And I've been to almost all of them. First off I don't blame the staff, I feel bad for them (they're way underhired), but: because almost everything is locked (not the staff's fault, theft is rampant) and because there's no staff available to unlock... you literally can waste hours of time trying to get 1 product, you can actually just sit around forever until the store closes at 10pm. It's not even a store: it's more like a museum, you just stare at your product behind the secure glass like you're an audience member, then when there's nobody anywhere to unlock anything ever, you leave without the product like museum viewer leaves a museum without the painting. read more

I almost got ripped off by CVS store. The items (Adidas gift box) was clearly marked $9.99 with a red sticker, and they tried to charge me $14.99 each for the 3 boxes at the register. They tried to give me 1 for 9.99 after I brought it to their attention that the price was incorrect. Had I not spoken up, they would have robbed me. This is clearly false advertisement. I shouldn't have to question if my products are the right price when I get to the register. They should have all been sold to me at the price it was marked for. After I reported this error to the cashier, the woman in that department started tearing the red tags off the products. read more

On May 25, 2022 I came into the store (#8892) around 8:35pm and there was a security at the door (I've seen him several times before) and he has a bad case of following me throughout the store where I feel like I'm being stalked by him on this day he made it very obvious!!! I went to buy some Isopropyl Alcohol (90%) that the store DID NOT have...so I went to the freezer section to buy some Ice Cream when I looked around the Security Guard was lurking on the side near the Liquor Department watching me??? When I go to get checked I noticed a Clerk stocking the shelves I asked her could I speak to a Manager she replied "Why do you need to speak to a Manager?!!!" I told her the problem...She said she would speak to the Security Guard, I asked her to write down the Corporate Office Phone Number along with his name. Upon her giving me the paper I asked for her name...She said "Why do you need my name!" I said "If Corporate talks to you about the problem you can confirm the issue"...She said "I not giving you my name!!!", I asked for her again... she said "You have a nice day!!!, but if you need a name tell them the Night Manager", I said "That could be ANYBODY!"....She said again..."Have a nice day!!!" So I wrote her description down....Now she comes up to me a says my name is Ms Evel. This is a poor way to do business and is so UNPROFESSIONAL!!! As a result I missed my bus and had to walk home...When I get home the Ice Cream is half melted!!! WHO WANTS TO EAT HALF MELTED ICE CREAM??? Now I gotta get up in the morning to RETURN THIS UNWANTED ICE CREAM...SUCH A HEADACHE THAT I DIDN'T NEED ESPECIALLY WITH ME BEING A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER AND I HAVE THE RECEIPTS TO PROVE IT! THIS IS ONE STORE I WILL NOT VISIT OR RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY!!! As of JUNE 21, 2022 I HAVE YET TO GET A CALL FROM ANYBODY INCLUDING THE DISTRICT MANAGER! If only I could give 0 stars I would. The store manager sergio I believe his name is the worst!! He kick my mom out for an incident he didn't even bother investigating. My mom needed to get her medication. It was a he said she said. And my mom was the easier person he could kick out because he is a pussy and didn't want to confront the guy! My mom ended up missing her appointment that she had for the past 3 months because she wasn't allowed to get her medication. When I called him to talk to him about the situation he told me " if you want to confront me I'll be here till 2" that's a nice way to talk to customers. He does not know how to be a proper manager.
