If you know exactly what you want and you don't need to talk to the staff and you're OK if they're a little rude or silent it's exactly the place to me The pharmacy he does have two people who are extremely helpful besides that if you need help, don't go to this location they're rude they make you feel like you're bothering them and how dare you ask them a question really underwhelming If you need to find out like about with your insurance covering or not covering, I've tried to call on the phone did not have to deal with them correctly. That doesn't work either. I'm not really sure what the solution is, but if you need to go here and make sure you don't need help. I did have one experience where it wasn't me. There was a woman there she had a head covering on. She didn't speak English very well, and she was trying to buy things at the front. The woman would not look her in the eye the cashier I should say she looked agitated, having to wait for the woman to give the correct card, but the woman didn't know what they were looking for. It was for extra Care bucks. I actually let her use my card and actually keep the extra Care box yourself to go buy something. The staff seem agitated and angry and really rude not to me but to this woman. I asked to speak to her manager she says you can go find him. He's over there and pointed. I said I'd like to speak to the manager here here right now I complain more for others because I can stand up for myself. Some people are more quiet or based you know if they feel like they're being discriminated against which if I was this woman that's what I would've felt especially with the hair covering and not speaking English. Well, maybe she was doing experiment I don't know, but I was upset for her. I don't think anybody should be treated with such unbelievable disrespect, and the woman was rude to me also so that was a double whammy. I came here to get my medication but after being in line for a few minutes I really needed to use the restroom, so my husband walked up to an associate to ask for the bathroom code and she told him the restroom is for customers only and he would need to show her proof with a receipt if we wanted to use the bathroom. So I guess this cvs would rather I pee on the floor waiting for my medication instead of letting me use the restroom. While I understand some locations having these restrictions, it's very surprising to be asked to show proof of being a customer before being allowed to use the restroom, I later found the manager who's name was Alexander/Alex to ask if this was their bathroom policy because I've been to this location multiple times and have never been asked to show my receipt first to use the bathroom, he let me know that their restroom is not a "public restroom" and the policy was correct. Finally a worker who had sense of decency let me into the restroom, thank you to that worker for being a decent human being and showing basic human kindness. This location needs to fix their inhumane bathroom policy and the attitude of their employees. read more

Before I got sick, I was going to 1 CVS that I have been going to for years & I was very satisfied with them. I tried to refill a prescription at the 1st CVS when I got ill. They said they were out of stock & the other 2nd CVS has a larger selection & would be able to fill my prescription. The 2nd CVS does actually have a larger selection. But, after that time, for an unknown reason, several of my prescriptions got transferred to the 2nd CVS, which I did not want to happen. The 2nd CVS has a less proficient pharmacy crew, & there are other negatives: It's near a couple of homeless incampments that I do not want to drive thru, etc. no matter how many times Bass says she is/has removed them. Now I have to go back & forth, both on the phone & in person, between the 1st & 2nd CVSs to get my prescriptions filled. Currenty, my husband has to go pick up my prescriptions for me as I am ill. Now, he always has to go to 2 different CVSs instead of 1, and he always has trouble at the 2nd CVS. Then he comes home and screams about it to me. Further, I hate the CVS call Virtual Assistant and it's only useful in finding out if a prescription is ready & at which CVS. I always have to go thru a 10 minute hair-pulling ordeal to actually get their call Virtual Assistant to let me leave a voice mail. I have tried multiple ways of doing so. I have no trouble screaming at the call Virtual Assistants which I always do after multiple attempts to get to a message machine. After all, they are only machines, probably AI, & probably hate me too. At least, the call-back times are not long, and those real people who have called me back are helpful and pleasant. I can't always understand them. But they are happy to repeat themselves. Life used to be so much simpler without any screaming and without any AI. Why can't it just be the way it used to be! read more

Well, for those who don't know, Rite Aid pharmacy closed earlier this month. They did not notify their customers. We just heard about it by word-of-mouth. Wtf? Now, I have always said "BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE"!!! So, I followed my own advice! I went to this pharmacy for a Covid Vaccine Shot and to get into their system. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. Everything went smoothly and on Friday when I went there to pick up some medications, they were not able to complete the order. However, the pharmacist was so helpful and gave me such great advice that I walked away thinking this is the best experience I've had in a pharmacy since I moved here! So, yes it might be crowded depending on your time of visit, but, it is a much easier and pleasant experience than WRONG AID & not only is there plenty of seating, the aisles are stocked completely, whereas the aisles of WRONG AID have been empty for a long time!!! Plenty of parking and highly recommended! read more

I'm not sure about the quality of the inside of the store, because even tho this location is listed as being open 24 hours, when I got here & started walking toward the door, an employee that was still inside motioned toward me and when I saw him he made a motion to tell me that I couldn't come inside. I'm not like overly upset that I couldn't go inside, as I understand that stuff happens and idk what exactly is going on.. but that's kind of exactly the point. An employee has no problem playing charades with a blank expression on his face.. when it would have been maybe 5 or 6 steps to the door, poke his head out and maybe just let me know there's something going on? I will be pressing charges. I got wisdom teeth surgery and they only gave me pain killers and no mouth wash or antibiotics (which is absolutely needed after wisdom teeth removal). Because they missed these 2 other prescriptions, I ended up with a serious infection and I'm now sitting in an ER getting IV antibiotics. They also told me I had an allergy I don't have and refused to give me medication that I needed. See you in court. read more

I came in on Thursday, 9/9/25 around 9 PM to pick up an online photo order I had placed four hours earlier. Normally, it's super easy, I just give my name or order number and staff will let me know if it's ready. This time, I was helped by an older, bald light-skinned man with tattoos and black glasses who I hadn't seen working here before. He spent a long time talking with another customer while people waited to pay, and when it was finally my turn, he seemed impatient and dismissive. I gave him my order number and name, but he quickly said it didn't exist and insisted I needed a confirmation email, even though I've never needed one here in the past. When I tried to explain, he cut me off, and said he didn't want to argue, and spoke very rudely. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. My dad came shortly after to help me, but by then the store had just closed. There was even a police officer at the door, so I assumed something else might have been going on. When my dad went up to check if the store was still open, another employee who was a white male with long hair rudely said, "Can't you see that it's closed?" The whole experience felt unprofessional and hostile, and I left really disappointed and couldn't even get my online order. I would not recommend this CVS and I hope the employees can improve their attitudes toward customers. read more

Haha She suggested coming back with a white blanket/towel/sheet and trying again which we did and it worked! Alex was able to try a couple times in different locations and got the shot! I only go to this place because it's convenient to my home, otherwise I would never set foot in here. But lately they've added a new nasty wrinkle to picking up prescriptions -- they require you to speak to the pharmacist before you can get your drugs. So after waiting in line for 10 minutes, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the pharmacist to walk over -- just to ask if I had any questions about the prescriptions. This is for drugs I've been taking for years. Meanwhile, there's a line of about 15 people forming behind me, which makes the whole thing a ridiculous waste of time. And they are planning to do that each time you come in. They just think of new ways to make things harder on everyone. read more

Instead of addressing this problem, the managers sitting at the C-Suite decided to make average John Doe wait even longer to pick up the medication. How? I recently stopped into this location to see if CVS had a reasonably priced Water Pik available. Sherilyn was super pleasant, helpful, & responsive. She showed me a CVS brand & mentioned that there's currently a discount when joining the rewards program. It's a really good savings. The review ratings speak for itself. If there's any management that cares to read them here it goes. Deone the cashier at the pharmacy was sweet and helps me pick up my prescription. Told me to head to the consultation windows for my med to get mixed. After waiting for about 10 minutes I was finally asked if I had a question by one of the 5 people in the back, I replied just waiting for my meds sitting on the counter to be mixed. Lady Janine asks Liza M about mixing my meds, she replies "no I'm leaving", Janine replies "you still clocked in for another 10 minutes you can do it." She ignores it and goes to the back. Meanwhile I just want to leave. Finally after another 5 minutes someone comes and mixes the meds so I can leave. This people need to be trained on professionalism. Makes their company look bad. I have shopped at this CVS for over 20 years, and I have to say it is quite OK! It is not a high end super service kind of store, call mom, it's just a neighborhood drugstore!! They usually have the necessity items, and the store is most of the time neat and clean. I've known a few of the workers for many years and they seem to do their job quite OK. It's a great place to bring young children when it's close to any first of all time, for example now for the Halloween season. For a few bucks, never breaking the bank, your children can get a little taste or fun of the season. Love their carts section, it has improved a lot in recent years. 3-D cards, decorated cards, even some of the low cost cards -- great selection always. Also a large beer and wine section, nothing high-end, but useful when you need to get a few bottles but don't have a lot of time. And if you join as a member, you get these 40% off coupons from time to time, plus a number of other discounts, if you have the patience to go through them, that is. So all in all a good neighborhood drugstore that you can count on. read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for many, many years. I like the service, I like the staff, I like the pharmacist. Honestly, I wanted to give the place a 5 star review, but I can't. Maybe someday I'll update this. Why can't I? For TWO reasons: REASON ONE: The place is dirty. The carpet is dirty, the shelves are dirty, and all surfaces are ditty. It fills like a place where you can pick up something more than what you came to buy. REASON TWO: The pharmacy line is set up right next to the condoms, lubricants, and other adult products. That is not appropriate. What if your customer shows up with kids and have to wait in line? With the lids, next to all the stuff? At best, it is poor planning. See the photo attached. read more

I recently had a very disappointing experience at the CVS. I was checking out and the cashier, [a bald man with tattoos], was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked if there were any coupons available for my purchase, he just shrugged and barely acknowledged my question. It felt like I was inconveniencing him. He didn't make eye contact, and his attitude was dismissive the entire time. I had to ask multiple times about using my CVs phone number and coupons and they seemed bothered by it. Meanwhile there was a homeless woman with a bag full of products that she was obviously stealing, so I think they're are bigger problems than a loyalty number or a coupon. But maybe paying customers are the concern? It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this employee, and it left a really bad impression of the store. I won't be returning if this is the kind of service I can expect. read more

They manage to mess up my prescriptions every month, and I do mean every single month. I swear the staff's motto is "that's not my job". You will need to micromanage this staff as a patient or else certain prescriptions would never get filled. The pharmacist I've spoken too reflects the lackadaisical staff. You can see where the "not my job" mantra comes from. This is truly a sorry excuse of an operation they have going here, and they don't seem to mind in the slightest. read more

This CVS has really gone downhill. The pharmacy is regularly out of our medicine--I have transferred three prescriptions after CVS told me the medications were in short supply or discontinued but I found them in other places. Their website misleads you into believing they have ordered your prescription for you, but it never comes. The store itself has locked up nearly everything, requiring a salesperson to unlock items so you can buy them. I am sure these changes are due to thefts--but why not get some security and stop staying open 24 hours instead of emptying all the shelves? read more

I come here after work from time to time, but today when I came, they followed me around the store like I was a common thief. I had a backpack with me because I do not pay for bags, but I NEVER get followed around at the Westchester CVS like I did today. I am disgusted because It was so obvious that when I got in line to pay, the lady behind me said she noticed too.
