    While I applaud CVS for implementing a "Mobile" line, their management of said line has been poor…read more They promote using the Mobile App as a way to "skip the line", but the wait is often as long as the non-mobile line. Some suggestions for improvement: 1) Prioritize people waiting in the mobile line (ALL/MOST REGISTERS should take people in the mobile line before anyone in the "regular" line). 2) Put up better signage. State that one must have the mobile app already installed and have a barcode ready for scanning. Anyone who doesn't should be sent to the regular line. 3) Better training. Make sure all representatives are instructed to follow #1 & #2. By doing so, CVS would move "easier" transactions more quickly and would incent more people to download and manage prescriptions on the app.

    went to CVS to pick up my dad's prescription. The first pharmacist very nice Asian doctor who…read morehelped me was very kind and professional. However, another pharmacist who introduced himself as Kam repeatedly asked me to scan a QR code for survey. I was drowsy from my medication and he said you need to put this code number let me put it in your phone i said ok he took my iPhone and completed and submitted the survey himself without my permission. I immediately asked, "What are you doing?" and tried to take my phone back he hold my phone and , he had already submitted the survey very quick I felt misled and very uncomfortable No employee should ever complete a customer survey on a customer's personal phone without their clear consent.
