Before I even visited, the two people who helped me over the phone were so kind, especially Will, who was a wonderful resource of information. They have the option to talk with you over the phone or via text, and both ways proved very helpful. When I visited the pharmacy, I was pleased to see there was a parking lot (finding parking in Little Tokyo can be difficult sometimes). Will was there and was very friendly! He looked our order up and proceeded to print right away. Moises let us know how long it would take and would periodically check in to let us know how much longer. He later had to go on break and let me know another person would be finishing up the transaction. He informed his coworker the details of our transaction and that we already paid. When he got back from break, he again checked on us and our order. He explained their printer got stuck and only 30 of 40 printed. He gave us a couple of options on how to proceed--- if we would like a partial refund or if we wanted to wait for them to fix the printer and reprint. We opt for the partial refund. I'm not one to go on Yelp often to review places, but this review is very important and what I believe to be necessary, as I am certain others can be helped like I was. Access Medical Pharmacy has basically saved my life. I suffer from multiple life altering auto immune diseases. In a matter of 4 years my life went from normal, working 2 jobs and loving life to slowly feeling less and less like myself... my body was changing, slowly. After my diagnoses I was forced to live a life in bed, with no hope and certainly no one in the medical world that I felt treated me as anything but a number. I started to believe I was a number. My health got worse and worse and no one knew why, nor did anything other than throw different medications at me to try. Access Pharmacy changed my life. They listen. They problem-solve. They help!! They battle insurance companies for you that NO other Pharmacy would ever even consider to lift a finger to help with, and even offer free delivery for your prescriptions!!!! Are you kidding me??! Amazing. If there is a way or even a chance to help me afford any of these sometime costly meds- by means of programs- they know all about them and will guide you through the process, because the bottom line is- they are good people, with good hearts. 1 am 82 years old and disable i have phanton nerves pain also a back pain which is tremendous painful also de synpathetic nerve also genertates tremencdous pain disababing my only leg i have all this conditions afects my nervious system and all the function of my body for a few year i have been taking hydrocodone -acetamin10-325 mg and without any notice the pharmacys cancel my doctos prescription because i told that i get other medicatrion from rite aid. i am reporting this pharmacy to dea and any other agency that deals with this racist and prejudice crooks pharmacist i am in terrific pain now and because a pharmacist exercise his control on medications pharmacyst was upset because i get medication from rite aid thats why he took this cruel and inhuman action to suspend my prescription three times my medication was short from three to five pills so i believe they are reselling the pils in the blact market so be careful dealing with this unprofessional crooks read more

If you are looking for a pharmacy that cares about their customers, you've come to the right place. I can't say enough about this pharmacy, and how they go out of their way to fill the prescriptions you need. After learning that they take insurance and find manufacturer's coupons for you, I transferred ALL my family's medications to them. It's so refreshing to go to a neighborhood pharmacy, where you receive individualized care, and knowledgeable and friendly service. I also get my over-the-counter meds and supplies - they have all the essentials. To the gentleman helping me, Payam, we appreciate everything you do for your customers and want to make sure everyone knows how wonderful this pharmacy is. I walked into Access Medical Pharmacy very friendly doctor went over my prescription with me and clearly explain what I need to do... I realized if I had gone to big brand name pharmacy, I need to wait a long time and even longer if I need consultation...Access Medical pharmacy also provides curb side pick up and free delivery!!! Payam and his staff at AMP have been a real blessing for me and my wife. Both of us, but she, especially, have had ongoing medical challenges and we have benefited enormously from their time, attention and skill. Payam will always go the extra mile to serve the needs of his customers. I have had good relationships with the people at bigger pharmacies, but nothing like this personal attention. And though it is not convenient to find parking in the area, you generally don't need to, as they deliver!
