Horrible customer service. The cashiers are all so rude. Never have a smile in their face. Treat customers like garbage.

Siempre voy a esta tienda y el servicio al cliente siempre ha sido muy bueno. Sin embargo, hoy 08/09/2025 aproximadamente a las 3:30 PM, me atendió una cajera llamada Karen y la experiencia fue muy distinta. Todo comenzó cuando le pregunté sobre la promoción del 40% de descuento aplicable a un solo artículo. Mientras me atendía, ella estaba entregándome las mercancías sin bolsas, así que le pedí que me pusiera mis compras en bolsas. Al terminar y pagar, le recordé nuevamente sobre las bolsas, ya que tenía todo en el carrito sin empacar. Su respuesta fue extremadamente ruda: me dejó sola en la caja y me dijo que fuera yo misma a buscarlas. Es la primera vez que veo que en este lugar entreguen las compras de esa manera, sin embolsar y con tan poca atención. Afortunadamente, un señor que estaba allí me ayudó con las bolsas. Sin embargo, considero que la actitud de la cajera fue poco profesional y no representa el buen servicio que siempre he recibido en CVS. However, today, 08/09/2025, at approximately 3:30 PM, I was assisted by a cashier named Karen, and the experience was very different. It all began when I asked her about the 40% discount promotion applicable to a single item. While assisting me, she was handing me my purchases without any bags, so I asked her to put my items in bags. Once she finished and I paid, I reminded her again about the bags, as all my purchases were still in the cart unpacked. Her response was extremely rude--she left me alone at the register and told me to go get them myself. This is the first time I have seen purchases handed over in this store without being bagged and with so little care. Fortunately, a gentleman who was there helped me with the bags. However, I believe the cashier's attitude was very unprofessional and does not reflect the good service I have always received at CVS. read more

This has been the worse pharmacy I've ever been to, there is a huge waiting line no matter what time of the day to drop off and pick up, the unprofessional and lack of compassion service I've witnessed by the staff is horrendous, they seriously need to improve in every way, I will be changing pharmacy read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This pharmacy is a joke. There's ALWAYS a long line to Either drop off or pickup Rx's, whether inside or drive thru! They have three ppl doing prescriptions while the drive thru line is to Kendall drive and the inside line is around the corner. ZERO sense of urgency! To top it off the window approaching the drive thru they never open it to see if they're actually open. Even when complained multiple times to the mgr. Nothing is ever done. The mgr. I would honestly give negative stars if I could. This has to be the worst CVS on the planet. Multiple calls to pharmacy, over a period of multiple days and months. Many hours spent on hold waiting for them to pickup and just to be hung up on while waiting. Your best bet is to call the actual store and tell them the pharmacy isn't answering - this was the only way I could get through. My prescription had been there for over two months - medication was on backorder, but then a coworkers same medication got filled the same day his was called in after mine had been there for over a month. I don't get it? Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. With CVS being such a massive company, I don't know how they continue to allow such horrible service. read more

This pharmacy gets worse everyday. If you call them the wait is up to 1 1/2 hours, drive through up to 1/2 hour, going inside up to 20 minutes. What a disaster! I would love to know who owns this place to make them aware of poor service and wait times. read more

CVS had emailed to leave a review on my last experience here. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth removed and my boyfriend had gone inside and dropped of my prescription while I was in the car we came at 12 and was given a wait time for 7/7:30. My boyfriend had asked if there was a way to speed this up as I was already starting to feel some pain and he was told there were backed up for the day and it wasn't possible. I even called around 3 to tell them if they could have it ready sooner but they did not pick up. The prescription was ready a little earlier around 6 and but I was in a lot of pain. We picked it up no problem and that was that. NOW for my review I gave my HONEST review that this pharmacy took a while to give me my prescription and I had to be in unnecessary pain, and I gave them a 5 or 6 on wether I would recommend this CVS pharmacy to family of friends which was me being generous because I WOULD NOT (the pharmacy I usually go to would've had that for me ALOT sooner.) now yesterday on 7/22/2023 at 6:12pm I got a call from this CVS from an older man. At first I thought he was going to apologize about the miscommunication and how I had to be in pain BUT NOO what I got was far from that. He was basically saying how someone from corporate came down and they got in trouble for the review I left. Then he started getting very aggressive with me and basically called me a LIAR for the review I left. I hung up on him because I'm STILL in a alot of pain from my surgery and the last thing I needed was some grown ass man bitching at me and calling me a liar for a review saying that they took a while WHICH WAS 100% TRUE. He then started harassing me and called me another 3 times I picked up on the 3rd told him to LEAVE ME ALONE and I don't wish to speak to him. I really wish I got his name but I'm sure it won't be hard to find out which man was man working at 6:12pm on 7/22/2023 who could've called me. If CVS is reaching out to me for an honest review and ASKING me how my experience went I really don't want to be harassed by their employees who can't own up to their mistakes and egos are so fragilely bruised. I worked in customer service for years and you have to take reviews as a way to improve not a way to harass your customers. Do better and stop taking your frustrations out on your customers. This has been the worst CVS location. Let me start with I have been a long time customer of CVS but at a different location while not perfect they always had a great attitude. We recently moved to the area and last month when at my doctor sent my refill to my normal location, I called this new place asked them I had medicine to be picked up but my doctor had sent it to the old place they said no worries once ready to be picked up they can transfer it. I went to pick up to then discover a controlled substance can not be transferred and I had to drive 1hr away to pick it up, it was the weekend and could not wait until Monday. Fast forward a month later, today I had my doctors appointment he sent the prescription to the current location at 2:45 or so, my husband went to pick up roughly around 7ish was told it was not ready yet. He goes back at 8 and was told they were closing soon and short staff will send the medication to a different location. My husband unknowingly leaves just to be told sorry sir that medicine can not be transferred. He comes back here, I am home sick cold/flu and on hold for 28 mins when they finally pick up 8:57 I get transferred to be told sorry it's 9pm come tomorrow!!! What?! Wait! No my husband has been there how are you playing this way? This is my health. Sorry nothing we can do. As normal I ask for a manager and was denied one bc there was nothing they can do system won't let them. I loose it let out how the F is this possible are you kidding me?! The response was oh no I will not tolerate that kind of talk and was hung up on. I admit not my best reaction to let out a bad word and being sick in pain is no excuse but the way they showed no care, respect, or concern. Talk about gaslighting being patient going back-and-forth from one place to another being on hold for so long for them to finally said say sorry for misunderstanding we will have it tomorrow. What misunderstanding?! I will not continue service here and might need to switch to Walgreens. The damage is done I must now sleep with severe pain and suffer all night. I have lupus and fibromyalgia this is a much needed medication that at my original location never played with that medication bc they know the importance to keep the schedule. read more

I would like to start by saying that I have been a loyal CVS customer for many years. But ever since they moved to the current location on 136 Ave and 88st in Kendal, it has been a nightmare. They never answer the Phone, and if they do, they put you on hold for over an hour. Then they come back to tell you sorry, but I am the only person to answer all the calls . But now. My Husband has been out his Medication for over three days. because according to the Technician, they ran out of the Medication and the suppliers hasn't delivered it. today we received a text message where they are telling us that this medication will not be available until the 25th of April. This is a Medication that my Husband can't be without. I can't transfer to another Pharmacy. because is a new Prescription. This is unacceptable. I can believe that a Pharmacy can run out of Medications for over five days . So. by this being said. Iam reporting this to Medicare and my Insurance Company. and will take it from there. My Dr's office called my daughters' medication to that location by mistake. I usually go to another location. I called the pharmacy to figure out if it was at this location. I called the pharmacy and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes for them to answer, somebody got the phone and hanged up. I dialed and waited another 30 minutes. I dialed again and talked to the assistant manager of the store and gave her all my information, she said they were going to called me. NOBODY Called. It has to be the WORSE costumer experience ever. I still don't have my daughter's medication and can't go to another pharmacy until they release it from the insurance. NEVER GOING TO THAT LOCATION !!! read more

This pharmacy has gotten awful since they relocated to a bigger store. Every single time I have medications to be picked up the wait takes at least 30 min. And when you get to the counter they never have them ready and you have to wait an additional "few minutes". Today was too much. They got my prescription three days ago and told me it would be ready yesterday. Went today and had to wait for them to get it ready which was 25 min wait. I am done with them. I mean, if I needed drugstore cosmetics, this is where I would go. OPI, Seche Vite, Orly, Sally Hansen Triple Strong, all in one store. I could not BELIEVE the array of beauty products at this location! In addition to the huge wall of cosmetics, and professional hair care products. Wow CVS!
