I had to shop for other items so Lucia took the vitamins to the register for safe keeping. My mobility is compromised so I really appreciate the extra help. Lucia's kindness makes me want to make this Walgreen as my go to store. She really gave me concierge quality service and thoughtfulness. 5 stars to Lucia!

The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

Voy a la farmacia y espero por una hora para que me atiendan y veo todos están llenando prescripción para ponerlas en los shelf y nadie atiende la gente que tienen allí. Luego le digo llamamos con el doctor y ya mando la prescripción y luego dice si ya la tenemos pero no sé la podemos dar hasta manana y a todo esto ya son 6pm y dice regresa manana hot no. Llegó next day at 10 am y me dices no podemos estamos muy ocupados venga en 2horas más y ya espere una hora para que me diga eso y ya pasaron 3 días de la misma manera y todos dando vueltas doing nothing solo pretendiendo hacer y los que hacen solo llegan órdenes para poner en stock a pacientes que ni siquiera saben cuándo llegaran . I wish there was a MINUS rating. I have no complaints about anything in the store that has nothing to do with the pharmacy. Everyone and everything OUTSIDE the pharmacy is fine. But the PHARMACY NAZIS are beyond belief. They err and make mistakes on a regular basis. I phoned in prescription refills via the robo voice mail and a week later several are missing and that arrogant, pissy little witch, with the two-tone hairdo: DIANE, will NEVER admit they made a mistake and neither has learned the art of apology , other than "Well, maybe {we were wrong}, but next time why don't you talk to a live person". OK, then why the heck do they HAVE the robo system in the first place? The only decent person in that pharmacy is Johnnie, who is kind, soft spoken and springs into action. Also stay away from the shiny bald guy Pargev Varshapetyan who appears to have no interest in pharmacology but gets excited when his friends call or are around, ignoring everyone else. Sickening place, especially when you ARE sick or in pain and in need of medication. And hey, I still don't have the prescriptions I need, a week later. Arrogant dismissive insolent bunch. Understandably so, the Hindu in charge of the controlled substance distribution without any other guidance, and lack of communication with his under employees, requests you to come in for a pick up... Like any normal 30'year old picking up .05 milligrams of Xanax for his 74 year old father you go to the store.... Only to wish for an "actual reason" you guys can figure out, separate from the wonderful products, which you may or may not think you contribute to...in terms of walk in sale revenue through morons like me, who actually end up buying shit they don' t need, but are lured, not in the senses like "conjuring up a muse for a sale" but, find the issue in " lying about product availability, when it comes to old people.....and young people... I'm sure they should add a course in the curriculum for pharmacists called " controlled substance sales, reasoning guidelines They "lie" anyways " say they don" t And ruin the outing by lying.. Terrible, just terrible. Goons and clowns working here. Pharmacy doesn't know which way is up. Had to go back twice because they forgot things. They've got a silly looking meathead with little penis syndrome working behind the pharmacy who offered to fight me after his shift at 9. I took some video of the ridiculousness. The pharmacists had to "hold" the big PUSSY cat back but he simply posturing as an adolescent animal trying stake his claim would. He wasn't even apart of our interaction, just felt the need chime in at the last minute and try to portray a tough guy. Made himself look stupid and weak. Bald head, chin strap facial hair. KEVIN, the "Manager", is disinterested in helping customers, this is the third interaction with him where he's been hurt and makes it clear that he'd rather you go to another store than have to deal with anything less complicated than pulling something off the shelf. Note that this issue came up with Kevin a year ago, and he's consistently uncaring if it doesn't suit his agenda or his timetable. That that's not how you handle loyal customers. They employ one "homeopathist", who apparently splits their time between stores, and was not available the three times we called. Apparently, she runs her own business and puts more of her time and energy in that then in being on site for walk-in customers. Did manage to schedule a call with the owner, we'll see if that makes any difference in how this rather entitled staff handles loyal customers. Called on a Thursday around 3:30 to see if they had anything to help me address what felt like a hard-hitting cold or flu, RIGHT before a 4 day business trip starting that evening. Got transferred inadvertently to the pharmacist - a woman who was lovely and took the time to go through over-the-counter options. She said she would put them aside for me at the register. I literally jumped in my car and headed over- and traffic being what traffic is at that time, wound up right at the correct exit at about 5:15 (they close at 5:30). Called the store, got someone named "Kevin" who said they were 'already closing up for the evening' (? it's 5:15, but okay). I plead that I'd been in the car for close to 45 minutes for what should have been a 20 minute commute, and could I please purchase the items, perhaps they could just leave them outside or with a neighbor. NOTE that I've been frequenting this business for close to 30 years, and like so many businesses, have observed what used to be genuine kindness and care for customers dwindle along with the rest of the retail culture. So Kevin again repeats he's 'already closing the register' and cannot help me. I manage to park and make it to the front door at EXACTLY 5:31. EXACTLY. The store is already gated and there is Kevin - RIGHT by the front door - and he ignores my knocking. Yes. This 'caring' business about wellness that knows I am trying to beat a horrible cold before travel chooses to IGNORE the 30-year-loyal customer because it's uncomfortable for Kevin to show some compassion or kindness. He waves for me to go away. I plead that the pharamacist left everything right there at the register, could I just please pay cash and get my items after being in traffic for close to an hour? Again, he ignores me. That will be my last trip to Capitol Drugs. Caring and wellness, this place is definitely NOT about. And Kevin: I hope you never are on the receiving end of the unkindness you showed this 30-year-loyal customer... WOULD GO TO KING'S DOWN THE ROAD with far cheaper pricing for the same Chinese and Homeopathic remedies at 1/3 the cost of the re-branded Capitol Drugs items.
