Worst pharmacy ever! Dishonest about having no refills, when I tried to transfer my medications over to a new pharmacy, even after my doctor confirmed to them that I did. When I told them about my doctor's confirmation, they kept putting me on hold and passing me over to another pharmacists like 5 times! Having me to explain all over again the situation. Finally after someone there was willing to hear me out, they then magically found my doctor's confirmation about my refills. I now go to this new local pharmacy called Allied Health Pharmacy. They are 100x better and efficient, and cheaper. read more

Physical plant falling apart. Looks like they're cleaning up after a flood. Or not. Tells you right away how much they care about the place. Should I be surprised they don't bother to restock items diligently and that they're always out of whatever I need? Nope. They were close to where I live. All they had going for them. CVS. I love the idea that you can buy cigs, suntan lotion, boil medicine and candy all in one sitting. I love this cvs pharmacy. I've been to so many pharmacies that never get it right, are late with my prescriptions and that are just plain rude. At this cvs you can tell the employees are really trying to help the customers and are going as fast as possible. They are always slammed and still manage to always get my order fast. In fact one time when I really needed my medicine, a woman employee went out of her way to make sure I got it as soon as possible. read more

This is always the SLOWEST checkout of any store. Every time I come here and am ready to check out it starts off with one cashier, and a line that builds up, and something that takes forever with a customer like a credit card not working . Then eventually (sometimes) a second cashier then comes up and helps. Why does this happen every single time ? They need multiple cashiers. Other than that, pharmacy and all is cool. read more

Always really long lines but not even like its a lot of people in the store. I wish they hired more clerks because I have been going here for years cuz it's near my home but it's always had too long of lines for what should be a quick in an out store. Pharmacists do spend too much time talking to one another, I switch to target in Glendale!!!! Just so I don't wait for them to feel like helping me out when my prescriptions should have already been ready cuz I called in way early and was told it would be ready but wasn't. I'm not sure why this cvs doesn't have 5 stars. I've never had a bad experience and I come here all the time. when I walk in, they always say welcome to cvs. I know exactly where everything is and the cashiers make the lines go by quick if there is a line. Everyone always seems to be working and when I'm ready to pay, they ask if I found everything ok and what my cvs card number is. I went to this pharmacy for over 4-5 years because It was close, convenient, and familiar. But consistently, time after time, this place has proven to be the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Staff usually will barely give a grunt to greet you - there is absolutely no concern towards customers satisfaction or service. The place is always understaffed and always busy, so you just become another sardine squished into their client list, that could barely care about to begin with. Have literally heard the head pharmacist, a very unfriendly, bald guy, talk on SPEAKER PHONE in the middle of the pharmacy with a client about their prescription. I repeat, he had a customer on SPEAKER PHONE, that I could hear all the way in the back of the line. I understand high customer volume being a thing, but this place doesn't even uphold the simplest of moral and ethical guidelines when it comes to customer privacy. Had another occasion where I had an emergency eye problem(8-9 level pain, where my pupil was constricting and could have led to blindness) so I had my eye drop prescription filled there. I called to double check they were filling my prescription, which Is something I routinely did there, because of the countless times I showed up to a prescription that wasn't filled even though I was told it would be ready. It took me another 48 hours to have them fill this emergency prescription and the reason being only pure negligence and miscommunication on their part. I called them a total of 4 times within these two days to ensure my prescription was being filled. I would write more but I think that's enough. If my review isn't enough, I welcome you to go in and give the place a try for yourself. I have nothing but faith that it will live up to its reputation. read more

I just left the store in North Hollywood on Victory Boulevard and Laurel Canyon. The item that I wanted to purchase was out of stock. I however did find a package Valentine's stickers that were displayed with a price tag of $0.99 on them. When I went to the counter to pay I was told that the items in the package we're actually $0.99 each and asked how many I wanted to purchase from within the package. The manager Eddie was called over and told me that he would not follow the store's policy and he would allow me to purchase two of the items in the package for $0.99. I left without purchasing them. It was just Valentine's stickers for my daughter's class project, And if the manager would have been a professional and apologized for their error and explained, rather than BLAMING ME it would have been fine, but he was reading his voice and caused such a scene that other patrons began shouting. Eddie has ZERO customer service skills and sucks at ordering too because THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING!! read more

I've been taking my and my family 's medications for many years. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The refills are done promptly, calls to doctor's office are done in a timely manner. I would recommend this CVS pharmacy to a friend. read more

Cashiers need to be trained to ask the customer if they want to buy a bag for 10 cents before allowing them to swipe their card. This is the second time I've been given attitude about the bag costing 10 cents when I ask for one after the transaction, but they didn't ask if I needed one prior. The first time it happened the guy actually refused to give me a bag and I even stated I'd be willing to swipe my card for 10 cents but he said he couldn't do that. I actually feel bad for being rude to the guy that just did so again, because he at least did give me a bag, but I'm just frustrated and if the store is going to care that much about a 10 cent bag then train the staff to ask if we need one. read more

The pharmacist there should not be in customer service anymore. His undertone and rudeness as just made me switch to ride aid. I went in to fill a prescription that he said he did not have. I asked him if you could order it and he said he wasn't sure when it would come in. Story to bring it to another pharmacist. I asked him why and he said I'm not having this conversation again and turned his back towards me. Don't bring your personal life into your job or just get out of customer service.and if you actually call CVS his main corporate customer service they are very nice on the phone but seem to be reading off a template and told me they could not guarantee a call back or resolution which seems kind of pointless to have a customer service unless you do have a resolution read more

i am giving five stars not to this cvs store, but to the gentleman by the name of yaseen, that helped me last couple of times i visited. management never gives help in this store, which results in very long lines, the entire store is a mess, no one answers the phone. unless i absolutely have to, i avoid this location. but to my surprise last couple of times i came to shop, i was greeted and helped by yaseen, haven't seen him around before, he is very eager to finish line, help customers find items and he seems to be very patient, i'll come back for this kind of service definitely. read more

So, I always get my rx from this CVS, and I needed a refill on a medication they already have on file. Yesterday, I called the pharmacy phone #, entered my prescription #, and requested to pick up my medication tonight at 8 pm. I get to the pharmacy, and tell the kid behind the counter that I'm here to pick up the medication I ordered for refill. He said, "It doesn't show that I have anything for you to pick up", and he proceeds to look me up in their system. He said, "Is there a reason why you haven't gotten any of this medication in 2 months". I say, "Of course I have. I've been taking it all this time. I still have some." His response, "No you haven't taken any in the last 2 months." What???? You know better than me what medication I've taken EVERY DAY? Then the pharmacist comes over, and asks me, "Are you going to wait for the prescription?" I said, "Well if it's not ready, I guess I have to". She said, "Well you didn't order it, so I just need a few minutes to get it ready". I say, "I did. I ordered it on the phone yesterday." Her response, "No you didn't"......????? Apparently this CVS employs omniscient deitys. Silly me for thinking I know more about what I do in my life then people working at CVS read more

beware of pharmacist jake chang!! i came in and received a flu shot - sun valley location and now 3 weeks later have a shoulder injury according to my doctor because of the improper way he administered the vaccine in my arm. do not let this traveling or floating cvs pharmacist administer the flu vaccine!! read more
