They literally can't seem to do anything in time, despite giving you a pickup time...when it's never ready. You end up coming back several times for the same prescription. Nothing on their app seems to correspond to the reality of what is available and when to pick it up. I ordered three gummy bear vitamins for my children. I came and picked them up; when I got home, I realized two bottles of vitamins were fused together and one bottle had separate gummies. I look and realize the two bottles that fuse together like one big gummy are expired and the one not fused together fixing to expired. I brough them back immediately and got refund. Don't their stockers scan products regularly on the shelves and remove expired and fixing expired products; then bring them back either tossed them or return them to the manufacturers for some credit? I guess they do not and just leave expired stuff on the back shelves and mixed in with other products so they can sell to online purchasers.

Why do I keep letting people be unnecessarily be rude to me and others? Why is it so hard to greet a customer and say hello? Or even just a smile vs. a glare. I am talking about the CVS pharmacy. Generally, using their automated systems and having prescriptions renewed automatically, thing work…read moreout ok. BUT, when they run out of a prescription, CVS crashes and burns. You may go there and expect to pick up a prescription and they will tell you..we are out of that one. That's it. "It may be on the truck tomorrow afternoon." They have no way to let you know in advance. They have no store inventory program to check and see if it is available in another store. They may call for you to try and find it. If available, it is up to you to go there to get it. When they say they deliver...that means USPS...the post office..not a delivery service like UBER.

Horrible experience! I had 4x6 photo print here and they couldn't even tell me why the photos got…read morecut off. When I uploaded the picture it was fine. Everything was inside the crop frame. What really frustrated me, was the attitude of the store manager. He was looking at me like I was dumb, and couldn't speak English, and told me to call corporate. He was saying something about photos on the phone app came out like that, which made no sense. Throughout the conversation, he wasn't even trying to help but rather brush me off telling me to go print at another location, saying maybe they have better photo printing technology...I called 1800 photo, and they said I could go back asking for a refund, which this manager couldn't offer at that moment. And nope I'm not going back there ever!
