Unfortunately, my experience at another Walmart location earlier that day was extremely disappointing. At the previous Walmart location on Lead Hill, I was treated rudely and felt completely disregarded when I explained my situation. I was told they could not assist me because the item had not been purchased at that particular location, and I was given no meaningful help or consideration. Thankfully, my experience at the Pleasant Grove Walmart was completely different. Walmart associate Bill and manager George were absolutely wonderful. They listened to my experience, took the time to understand my situation, and helped me with my return right away. They were kind, patient, professional, and genuinely understanding. After the experience I had earlier that day, their kindness truly meant a lot to me. Bill and George are excellent examples of what outstanding customer service should look like. I have never had such a positive experience at a Walmart in Northern California, and I would absolutely recommend this location to my family, friends, and coworkers. I will gladly return to this Walmart knowing that I will be treated with respect and care. On two separate occasions, she has physically taken products out of my hands without asking a single question. The first incident was when I wanted to purchase a makeup brush. The box was not sealed, and I simply wanted to feel the bristles before deciding to buy it. She immediately snatched it out of my hands and said I wasn't allowed to do that. The second incident happened with a nail polish I fully intended to purchase. I tried it on to see the color, and instead of asking whether I planned to buy it, she once again grabbed it out of my hands and told me it wasn't allowed. Because of her behavior, I walked away without purchasing either item. She has directly cost your store two sales. If there are policies regarding testers or opening products, they can be explained politely. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to snatch merchandise out of a customer's hands or treat them with such disrespect. A simple conversation would have handled both situations. I hope this behavior is addressed, because if this is how customers are treated, I won't be returning while she is working there.

Most of them are kind, helpful, and know me by name because I'm there so often. This review is not about them -- it's about CVS corporate and the way this place is being run. The touchscreen register systems are awful and constantly unresponsive. Employees have to keep tapping the screens over and over just to ring people up, which adds several extra minutes to every transaction and creates unnecessary stress for both staff and customers. There's no reason a company this large should have equipment that works this poorly. On top of that, dealing with my son's prescription prior authorization every month has been exhausting. Patients should not have to act as the middleman between the pharmacy, insurance, and doctor's office over and over again. It honestly feels like CVS is cutting corners on staffing, systems, and support while the employees are left dealing with the frustration from customers. The workers deserve better than this. It's frustrating for both staff and customers, and it really needs to be addressed.
