It's usually filled with about 10 customers and be maybe two staff members. I'm not sure what the crowds are like on Saturday night but it always seems like they ran through the store. Products aren't always stocked. Things are generally placed all over the place. So finding the things you need is somewhat of a hunt but generally always in the same area that it is supposed to be. So naturally that brings some frustration but the store is huge and spacious that they have a lot of alternatives to keep you happy. You'll also find some very niche items like firewood, knee braces, elder care supplies, at home testing kits and more. Lastly parking is fantastic. They have a lot which they share with a couple of side businesses.

She gave us hostile looks, acted irritated when we asked questions, and made us feel unwelcome before we even reached the register. When we went to check out with about $160 worth of merchandise, the tap-to-pay reader would not light up, beep, or respond. Instead of considering that the machine might be the issue, she immediately blamed my card and even claimed the payment had processed multiple times, despite nothing appearing on our end. Then the next customers had the exact same problem with the exact same machine. Her entire demeanor changed. She suddenly became apologetic, helpful, and immediately took them to another register. With us, she was dismissive, accusatory, and unwilling to help. With them, she immediately found a solution. We confronted her about the obvious difference in treatment and told the manager directly that her behavior toward us was racist. To the manager's credit, he was professional and handled the situation appropriately. The employee was the problem. We are minorities, and the contrast in how she treated us compared with the very next customers was impossible to ignore. This was not simply poor customer service. This was clear, blatant racist treatment. No one should spend money at an establishment where the quality of service appears to depend on someone's race, ethnicity, or appearance. Every customer deserves the same basic dignity and respect. She should be immediately fired. We will not be returning.
