Unfortunately, there are many people in the world that are not willing to help you out or ask someone else for guidance, if they don't know how to assist. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

I wanted to pay out of pocket for my prescription but the pharmacy refused. I didn't even give them my insurance info, but they said it popped up so they have to use it. After researching this, what they told me is a lie. That is either laziness, because they didn't want to reverse it, or due to financial kickback. Or possibility due to stupidity--after reading the other one star reviews, I find this more likely than I originally thought. Gross and disgusting behavior by medical professionals. I would have made this my regular pharmacy but after coming here one time, I'll never use this pharmacy again, and I recommend that you use a pharmacy that is more ethically operated instead of lying to PATIENTS. Stay away. It wasn't my primary issue, but I'll concur with what others said about the slow line. I was lucky, there were only two people ahead of me when I came but it still took over 20 minutes. There is no system, no urgency, and no communication. People are just standing there, confused and frustrated, waiting for what feels like forever. This is not a one-time issue--it's every single time. This pharmacy is clearly understaffed, but more importantly, it is poorly managed. There is no triage system, no separate line for quick pickups, and no effort to move things efficiently. It's just chaos. And this is a pharmacy--people here are often sick, in pain, or just trying to get essential medication. What makes it even worse is that some of us don't even have other options. I would prefer to have my medication delivered, but my insurance does not allow it--so I'm forced to come here and deal with this situation. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and honestly a health concern to have people packed into a slow-moving line like this. Management needs to take responsibility and fix this immediately. The American healthcare system is poor at best. So, I searched pharmacies on yelp and called down the list of top rated to ask if they had it in stock. Was told over the phone that they could fill the prescription within the hour here so headed over. Area is not great, but it's around the corner from a great hospital where I got my first covid vaccines so street parking is possible. Once I checked in, they told me it was a 20 minute wait. No problem processing my insurance. Surprisingly, there's also a yelp check in offer! Not only did I leave with my prescription filled fairly quickly, but also with a tote, pen, and calendar. Unexpected freebies were a great finale to an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you, 986!
