The line was getting rather long for check out, so this triggered another employee to open up by the photo section. Unfortunately, there are many people in the world that are not willing to help you out or ask someone else for guidance, if they don't know how to assist. I had a digital coupon for the pill and I wanted to use it but this young man, did not even try to read the instructions on the coupon itself. He quickly wanted to dismiss my request without even reading it all the way. He didn't want to read it period. Lazy and not helpful at all. I was not asking you to put in any numbers, simply read the instructions on the coupon and follow the prompts, but since you saw a line forming, you decided to dismiss it by saying "it doesn't work" I was annoyed and i wanted to get out of there rather than deal with a lazy worker.

I go that's raw meat. Then I go to use the bathroom and the older lady in the back looked at me like I had leprosy. No one smiles. No one's helpful. Then I go to check out and the check girl she's young looked at me and said separate I said separate what and she goes is this separate? I said no it's one order and then she just gave me this annoyed look like I shouldn't even be shopping in there. Then I come to See she's putting my meat in with the produce so she probably meant do you want me to separate the food but I didn't understand what she was saying then she just gave me attitude the whole time throwing all of my stuff in my meat with my veggies, horrible experience I will never be back.

With the Rite Aid having closed, I'm sure they are getting slammed with more work and on top have to deal with corporate demands. The Pharmacists is always helpful in making sure we know how to take our meds and the techs are great and very patient‼ I do dislike longer wait times in the drive thru or inside but everyone is seen working diligently. What more could we expect.

I went into this store to buy juice. I am a senior with several spine surgeries and cannot stand very long. The cashier was talking to her friend and did not notice the long line so I put the basket down and said "It will be faster to drive down to San Diego"! The cashier started to yell at me saying that I need to be paitent! I said "I'm sorry but as a disabled senior I cannot stand very long" and left the store.
