I've been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years now & never once complained. Today that changes, but not because I was treated poorly or unfairly. I just want to say THANK YOU! to all the employees at this location. You guys have never failed me or disappointed me. Yes, I've noticed a few changes and it breaks my heart to see this place fall apart. While I waiting in a long line to pick up a prescription, I was contemplating giving CVS 2 stars (for the long, long wait). However, I realize that they were short staffed and I was being impatient. Once I got to the front, the person was friendly and highly helpful. They even saved me $75 on medication for my mother. For customer service alone and a huge parking lot, they get 4 stars, taking 1 star off the wait. read more

My sister had an appointment at 5:30 and got ignore until after 6:00pm and there was no one there. Also people where rude to her, and she didn't even get her card saying she got the vaccine. I would give them 0 starts but I can't. If you are getting the vaccine go somewhere else. read more

Worst CVS of them all. Switched all my moms medications to another pharmacy. This particular pharmacy and their system is seriously horrible!!!! They need to get it together as in calling patients back when medications are in back order so at least the patient is aware and knows to start tracking their meds somewhere else. read more

I go here for my mother, because that's where she turns in her prescriptions. If it wasn't for that, I'd avoid this pharmacy. There's always a line, they are very slow, and they seem to have a hard time locating the prescriptions that have been processed. Short staffed and very disorganized. read more

This CVS is always my last resort. The employees are clearly unhappy, and it turn take out on us, the customer. Patricia today put my change on the counter, and called for the next customer over before she even gave me my receipt, or before I finished picking up the change off the counter. The worst pharmacy ever- they never have prescriptions filled-the wait time is ridiculous. Most recently, they messed up on the level of my medication! Thankfully, I noticed it and brought it to their attention. They lost my doctor's original fax- I had to call to have it resent. And to top it off, they loudly announce the medication you're taking. Me and my cousin came here, we waited to be attended by a cashier. Cashier calls the next person in line so we go and she starts to say that the line starts on the far right side. (mind you there's no line or sign that says "line starts here") so she doesn't wanna attend us ( she had a really bad attitude, idk maybe the people who shop there are ghetto and they just are over their customers) but I was in the right. Anyways she took us next after some other people and than we tell her they should put a sigh and she says well people who come here already know. Ok. Here goes. This is the single WORST CVS I have ever been to. They are understaffed, and the old ladies who work there have absolutely zero professionalism and not a single shred of courtesy. Someone asks if they have a restroom, they snap back "No!" It is clear that they don't want to be there. The selection inside sucks, and the place is a mess. Prices are too high too! I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. The grouchy trolls inside wouldn't want to be bothered anyways. read more

AND, when I asked a pharm tech (NOT a pharmacist), the guy responds in a holier-than-thou tone that "a pharmacist will help [me]." In general, the rest of the store is as expected--so no 1-star. This CVS pharmacy has been around for years! I grew up in Sun Valley and I remember visiting this store with my parents when I was a little girl. I do wish they had more cashiers. The line can get pretty long real quick! The best part of this store is their discounts! You can find great deals for food and beauty in this store even though they are next to Ralph's. read more

Yup, listen to the other reviews, this is worst pharmacy! This is actually my first bad review I ever had to leave. I had to refill my birth control pills, which required a renewal prescription from my doctor. Yesterday, my doctor called me saying that they refilled my prescription. I called CVS today to refill it and I was put on hold for a loooong time. I hung up since I was at work and couldn't stay on hold for that long.. I called back during my lunch, and again, I was put on hold for a long time. When they FINALLY picked up my call, they hung up on me! I called back again and I got through to a person. I explained how my doctor called yesterday to confirm that they refilled my prescription. The lady on the phone asked me if I changed my insurance, then I said "No it's the same". She said let me try running it again and then said it didn't go through. Keep in mind, the last time I picked up my pills was a month ago and I had no problem at all. All of a sudden this lady tells me the pills aren't covered by my insurance. So before I can talk, she says "You need to contact your insurance BYE!" and just hangs up before I can get a word in. WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!! To me, she was just being lazy and didn't even try to see what the real problem was. So I ended up calling my insurance (which I already knew they weren't the problem because the same pills my doc. prescribed were covered 100% last month). My insurance was also confused because they said that my pills were in Tier 1, which should be covered. To make the story short, my insurance company had to contact CVS to see what the problem was... CVS ended up saying that there was a "glitch" on their end and my prescription will be ready tomorrow! I don't know what kind of pharmacists they hired at this location, but if you hate your jobs and don't know how to deal with customers, find a new profession!!!! I came in here to buy an energy drink in order to withdraw money to give my niece a monetary birthday gift at the Chuck E Cheese next door, but I wanted to use the restroom first. I asked an employee if I needed a key to use the restroom, and she said "Sorry, there's no restroom." I shook my head in disbelief and disgust, thinking if this were a predominantly white neighborhood, there sure as hell be a bloody restroom available especially for paying customers! read more

By far the worst Pharmacy Ever! First off all i think they make enough money to hire more staff..Come on! second they never want to help patients with contacting medical. They act like they're not allowed. They just don't care about helping the poor elderly patients. You could be terminally ill and need your meds. They simply can give a rats ass if they die. I bet if it were their mother or father it would be a diffrent story. My dad has medical and has recieved his card but won't be actice until 10 more days.. Well guess what another pharmacy said no problem we'll call medical to unblock it so that my dad could get his meds and they did!!! This pharmacy don't care about their customers. I've been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and kind and they always do their best to help me. Feels like family. To top it all off, they do the prescriptions fast if there's no line or they text you to let you know when it's ready. They show a genuine concern for you. read more

Basing my review on Tonight's visit. Went there to see if they could transfer a prescription from Kaiser because my Kaiser was out of stock of the medication. When we got there we asked this young filipino lady if she can do that and she was more friendly than her other co-workers. One of her co-workers overheard (some girl with straight blonde hair) and said something, but me and my mom didnt understand. The girl that was helping us was looking through a pile of prescriptions that were ready, so when we noticed my mom said "Excuse me, sorry we didnt order it yet" and the blonde Dragon lady says "Oh, now you want to tell us that?!" then looks at the girl helping us and says "Look now she wants to tell us that!" WTF?!?! No respect or professionalism! I could already tell that she didnt wanna help us and she was the one who had to call Kaiser for the transfer. So as we were waiting i was sitting on the floor right behind their counter. Then i hear "See this is WHY i dont like doing transfers when we have so much stuff to do! tell them to go to a 24hr pharmacy!" WOW! I know that you guys are almost closing, but no attitude should be given. Right after i heard that i was like mom lets go. Then i went to go talk to the MANAGER! and he said that he was sorry and that there should be no excuses for acting like that even though its been a long day. Ill talk to her and shes not a regular. He offered us a $20 gift card, but i denied it and said no its fine i just wanted to let you know what kind of employee you have here! We wasted time there when i could've been home in bed because i have the flu and bronchitis! which i didnt even get my medication! If they didnt feel like helping us in the first place then just say they cant do that right now and save us the trouble of getting attitude from that DRAGON LADY! This place is the worst pharmacy and dirty crappie store ever. Don't go there if you are not willing to wait for your prescription for 3 to 5 days, also employees there need help with personal grooming, dirty cloths, they take no pride in their appearance. floors are so dirty it reminds me of a junk yard, Noone in pharmacy can communicate in plain simply English, what a shame. worst pharmacy experience i have ever had. the staff is so fucking rude they literally stay gossiping even as they are helping you out. the woman was rude and gave me attitude throughout the whole time and then told me the system had shut down and it would be back in 5-10 minutes. it came back in 3 minutes luckily but she finally told me my prescription would "be ready in a couple of hours". "A COUPLE OF HOURS? what time do you even close?" I asked. she then said they could text me when it was ready so I agreed and had to repeat my phone number literally 10 times until she finally listened actively to the numbers I was saying. then i went to go pay for my items from cvs at the cash register and the lady said the system was down and proceeded to scan each of my items with the LRT gun you use at work for retail in order to input all the prices in the register. it took so long to buy 5 items and i worked at a cvs previously last year. it isn't that hard to act like a decent human. this cvs sucks ass!!! read more
