Eileen Munch the District "Leader" contacted me and promised that my insulin would be brought to the correct location in Saturday morning by noon. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a requirement to work here is to lack all customer service skills. Pros are parking and access is pretty easy no matter what direction you approach from. They have a self check out so I didn't have to wait for someone to actually acknowledge I was in the store. If you don't catch what I'm saying it's that not one employee said hello, welcome in, can I help you find something. This was obviously the first con. Second was the pharmacy was shut and locked down early afternoon on a Thursday so I couldn't even ask a question for what I needed help with. So I had to walk up and down every aisle nearby to try and figure out where or if they had what I needed. CVS is always clean organized and quiet! Came here hoping to score some Elf on the Shelf clearance items like my Yelp friend Aly had found and a hand brace for my husband. Hand braces were a bit high. I missed Christmas clearance by a day as it had just hit 90% of yesterday the gentleman said. I did score 2 giant 20" Hello Kitty stuffies for the girls for Valentine's Day. For the girls who pretty much have everything. The gentleman working was so sweet. read more

Pharmacy employee pulled the shade down to close the drive thru as I was pulling up to pick up my daughter's medicine at 5:53pm, 7 minutes before they are supposed to close. I quickly parked and went inside only to see the pharmacy completely shuttered. Pharmacy lines can be crazy long. You can see several employees running around....yet only one register open. If somebody has a problem or question with medication/insurance it bogs down the process. They do have a questions window; however, I've never seen it used. read more

The pharmacist at the pharmacy sucks. She is rude and never really wants to do her job. She's so unpleasant and thinks that she's better than everybody. I honestly hope they find a better pharmacist than her. If you can't handle people trying to get their medicine and you want to hang up the phone constantly on them then you shouldn't be a pharmacist. read more

Went to this CVS store yesterday to inquire about the free N95 masks. CVS at this location is selling the same mask that are free at other stores. I feel like the store got over on me. I paid over $10 for a box of 3 yesterday when I was at the store. These are the same mask that are available for free at Safeway. Frys also have them for free. I find it strange that it has been impossible to purchase N95 masks. Now, all of a sudden CVS has the mask to sell. FISHY read more

This review is for the minute clinic. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The first time I took my son here was for strep throat where they did not do ANYTHING for him. They looked in his throat and said they didn't see anything, yet when I get home, I looked at his throat it was covered in puss pockets. I decided to give this place a try again since it was only for a physical for my daughter, I made sure to check on the website to see if they did physicals which, they said they did. I took my daughter here and they REFUSED to do her physical because "I don't know your history" they also refused to do a hearing and seeing test because they weren't able to yet the vision test was on the wall. They said because they have no way of checking her physical strength ( if she could lift 35 pounds). They told us we would have to make an appointment with a physical therapist for that part . (Makes no sense to me), Then they suggested we take her to an urgent care or an Emergency room for her physical. Why would I waste the ER's time or urgent care's time for a physical. My first clue should have been when we arrived there was no acknowledgment because the two staff members there were too busy talking and joking with each other. read more

I have yet to place a new or refill order without a problem occurring. The professional staff is pleasant, but not to be considered competent. One exception is RPh., John. Last week I used their phone system to Re-Order a medication and sure enough it was lost. Main store seems to do better but cover the directions on a container with price/Security tags. This all indicates to me that I am an object, not a patient, not a prized customer, but someone to get money from and then get the heck out of the store. read more

No complaints about any of the sales associates, they are wonderful. But I recently had the very unpleasant experience of talking on the phone with a pharmacist who was, without a doubt, the most unpleasant, disinterested, unfriendly person I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. He could not have cared less about my problem and believe me, it was obvious! So curt and nasty. It was like talking to a robot, except that a robot would have cared a lot more. I hope that a person who is ill and needs help does not have the bad luck of having him answer the phone! Some customer service empathy training needed here! Keep this guy off the phone! read more

This store is alright.. they usually have a lot in stock but there are also times they don't. Which is fine because everywhere you go will be that way. However, their pharmacy SUCKS! Literally the worst service I've ever had. On multiple occasions I've been told that I don't have a script there when I know the doctor has sent it. Then when they actually do have it, I never get a call stating it's ready. It's a constant hit or miss on whether I waste my time going there or if I actually can pick up what I need. I'll just take my service elsewhere even if it means I have to pay more because this is ridiculous. read more

This place sucks! Called in a prescription refill 2 days ago. Today it was not ready, said to come back in an hour. 6 hours later it is still not ready. Go somewhere else! This happens all the time. Staff is nice, but cannot get you in and out in a timely manner. read more

The pharmacy doesn't sell syringes unless you got a prescription from that pharmacy. Got a mail order prescription from a compounding pharmacy? You're out of luck. I guess recycle, reduce, reuse is back in style. read more

I'm frustrated,annoyed, and will start changing my pharmacy somewhere else, This cvs location sucks!!!! it's never a good experience, every time I pick up my prescription or calling them, I've given them many chances, first of all, I can't believe they are closed daily from 1:30-2p for a lunch break, second my prescription is never ready even if I got a call from them that my med is ready for pick up, They will tell you excuses like we don't have it because it wasn't picked up on time so we gave it away or something to do with insurance etc, Im always never happy when I come out of this pharmacy, I'm over it, btw I've been coming here for years since it open up so I know what's in and out, the line to pick up is always long if not you still have to wait for a while, I'm not sure if they have enough staff I'm not sure , all I can say is I'm very frustrated customer I'm signing off forever read more

Not a very good branch, was happy they had a minute clinic! But noticed a huge line for the pharmacy. They also had a huge line at the check out booth. People there were very annoyed, and getting frustrated. When we had to wait for the minute clinic, the waiting area was very messy. This is truly the WORST pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! First off, my husband by mistake dropped our sons medicine off here this morning. I have been trying to get through to have it transferred to Walgreens since 1pm! I have not been able to get through. I have waited 35+ mins on hold at a time! Then finally I stopped by on my way home to see if I can get it transferred..... they just have the rudest people in this store/pharmacy.... she looks at me Blankly while I tell her my problem and how I need to get it transferred. Walks away and grabs a card. Then proceeds to tell me. 'Walgreens need to call us to do a transfer.' I said they have been trying to. She respond back with 'well, tell them to try again!' So I told her all I've been trying to call you guys since 1pm and haven't been able to get through! And she respond back with ' there is nothing we can do until we get a call from Walgreens to transfer the scripts...' they is nothing they can do ? Like are you serious?! I have never been so frustrated before! My son has to have this medicine tonight especially since it's for his asthma! And the only thing they can do is stand at the window and be Condescending ? CVS need to up their customer service! My family and I will NEVER return to this horrible place! Wish I could give them a 0 star rating bc they don't deserve even 1star! read more

If there was a rating of zero stars I would give it that. This pharmacy is the absolute worst for so many reasons. Extremely long wait times, I legit have to plan at LEAST 30 minutes for the drive thru pickup for prescriptions that are on auto-fill. Even if I get a notification that they are ready there is about a 50/50 chance that they actually are, numerous times have I been at the store to pick them up and I'm told to come back a few hours later because they aren't ready. So now instead of at least 30 minutes taken out of my day there goes an hour. This doesn't even include their ridiculous Covid vaccination protocol, I booked my child's appointment, took her down there to be told they don't do the dosage at that location even though the email confirmation noted this specific CVS. Then was advised to try another store down the street when the location I was actually in had minute clinic in it that what do you know administered the children's dosage- why the pharmacist didn't recommend the minute clinic just steps away was another reason of disappointment for this CVS. I understand they may be short staffed but that shouldn't impact proper customer service and overall organization. Continuously disappointed but am forced to use CVS due to insurance purposes. read more

Minute Clinic was a joke. The"nurse" googled my husbands rash and send him home with over $112 worth of medication for everything under the sun and giving us no diagnosis. Even thought their website and their customer service number CLEARLY told me that they can do a skin test. I can google pictures of rashes too. Does that mean I can work at a CVS minute clinic? Wasted $211. Should have just seen a dermatologist in the first place. read more

The customer service is awful. I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else for any and all prescription service. I have had multiple problems here including them losing my refill. I will never use any CVS location again and will recommend no one else use them either. read more
