This is probably one of the nicer CVS's I have been to. I do not live in this area, so this was my first time coming to this location. I was kind of surprised with the selection of items at this place. For example, there was so many ice creams to choose from. They even had ice cream cake which I thought was crazy. Great grab and go place for a last-minute birthday gift. There were so many cosmetic, deodorant, vitamin brands, etc. to choose from. I came here because the pharmacy closed later than all the ones near my house. I was already nearby at the UCLA urgent care down the street. I drove over after my appointment and my medication was ready. I was surprised they finished it so fast, and I was expecting to not have it ready yet. I was just going to ask the pharmacist if they could work on it, but it was done already.

It's a decent size CVS but doesn't have a lot of the items in stock. We had ordered a prescription and we were told to come there. At first they couldn't find it, but eventually did. Then we had to wait in line to get it. Mostly all CVS pharmacies look and feel the same -this one was no exception. Except without my prescription I wouldn't have gotten better and I was in town for a wedding (I had an earache)!

Zaveh, the master vaccine injector at CVS on Agoura Road!

If you are due for any annual vaccines, this CVS has the best injection specialist (or pharmacy employee?) who will administer shots with ZERO PAIN. His name is Zaveh and he is incredible. Went with wifey to get the double flu-COVID booster, and wifey is a real screamer. But not a peep out of her - shocking but true. Zaveh is a master at injecting. She said it didn't hurt at all. With me, I can tolerate a lot, but she's like a squeaky yelper. Pretty amazing. Zaveh is not at the Minute Clinic - only the pharmacy, but you could probably request him, or at least find out when he's there. It's definitely worth it, especially for those super painful Shingrix shots. Pretty amazing guy!

The facilities are immaculately kept. The rubber on the pumps is fresh and not grimy, the bathrooms are sanitised, and the food mart is well stocked and organised. Not to mention, the touchless car wash (which is better for your car's paint) works perfectly and does a thorough job. Rare gem in the gas station world.

Today I came in since my tire lost a bit of air. I asked the clerk if he had exact change for three dollars that they're asking for the air pump, which seems crazy on its own. He doesn't tell me that I get free air with pumping gas, and I had to read it on my own after I already put a dollar in the machine. The sign literally says that it's against California law to charge for air when you pump gas as well, I'd only put a dollar out of the three dollars in, I told the clerk since I'm pumping gas, can you turn on the air machine? He basically just told me no and laughed. The girl behind me in line said the same thing happened to her last time. I will be following the instructions on the sign, filing a complaint with the state of California. It's only three dollars, sure, but it's not right behavior to make an extra couple bucks after I just pumped $50 in gas.

But he always takes his time to make it personal with each and every customer that walks in. Good selection, and a decent size store. Always clean and stocked. There are more 7-Eleven locations worldwide than there are McDonalds, Starbucks and Taco Bell locations COMBINED!!!! Doesn't seem possible does it? Trust, I was just as shocked as you were when I did the math. 1) Burger Giant McDonalds has approximately 38,000 locations in over 100 Countries. Hence why they are the 'Big Mac'-Daddy of the burger industry. 2) Starbucks, maybe you've heard of it, Has approximately 35,000 locations overcharging, err I mean serving 84 Nations globally. (Jk I love Starbucks). 3) Taco Bell, where everyday can be Taco Tuesday if you choose, has approximately 7,800 locations in 26 countries on planet earth; I'm keeping my fingers crossed that Elon Musk brings one to Mars ;) The math: 38,000 + 35,000 + 7,800 = 80,800 Meanwhile, 7 Eleven has a whopping 83,000+ locations in 19 countries globally making it the retailer with the most locations in the entire world. So yeah, it's pretty easy to say the 7 Eleven is the King of Convenience. From chips, candy, cookies & coffee to beef jerky, beer, bananas, and batteries, 7 Eleven Is your go-to for the basics! They've got toilet paper, sundries, car chargers, bread, milk, eggs... Freshly prepared donuts, pizza, hotdogs, chicken wings, empanadas... Soda, water, wine, energy drinks... And of course their infamous Big Gulps & Slurpies!!! 7 Eleven is a one-stop-shop for what you need, when you need it. In my encounters to various 7 Elevens over the years, I have always found the staff behind the counter to be nice, friendly, easy going people. It's a place where you go in with a purpose, grab what you need and bounce... And that my friends is what the convenience business is all about! So, go support your local 7 Eleven and soon you too will be singing the tune "Oh Thank Heaven..."
