When I asked for replacement applicators for the cracked ones, the owner wanted to charge me. So I called around and found another compounding pharmacy, closer to me, that sells the vaginal cream for about half the price, and they use a more advanced type of dispenser, more like stick deodorant, though it's still a cream. So I will no longer be wasting cream. When you have a loyal customer like me, first, you shouldn't raise the price so much, and because you now use lower quality applicators, you should not be charging the customer for them.

It hits you right when you walk in. I thought I was going to gag, I covered my nose and did my best to get what I needed as fast as I could. Self checkout was having issues so I was trapped in there for so much longer than I wanted to. Please do something about that. I can't imagine the poor employees having to spend all day in there. I feel like I can still smell and it's been days- it's that bad.

Upon research, it does look like they DO bear responsibility for the safety of guests in their parking lot. They cannot take this matter lightly. Unlike another pharmacy that I went to (don't remember the name now but it wasn't a chain). Allegedly, it's long lasting relief. That's what it says on the label. Nope. My eyes felt dry within minutes. I should have bought two bottles instead of one. Southern California is ridiculously dry, windy, and dusty. Even close to the ocean, SoCal is too dry. This is the wet winter season in Northern California, and it never gets so dry near the ocean in the summer in NorCal because of the thick cloud cover from the marine layer. Just not used to this level of dry.

Staff member quickly greeted me and I was in and out with my photos within literally a minute or two. Even though I just popped in quickly, the store looked really clean and organized. I didn't look at the photos until I got home and one of them looks like the contrast was off but the other looked fine. So I would just recommend to look at your prints before you head out ;)
