The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.

Unfortunately, my experience with Bernardo was the worst customer service I've had in a long time--especially troubling in a pharmacy, where customers are often sick, anxious, and vulnerable. I fully understand policies and wait times, and I always try to be respectful, having worked in the service industry myself. What I did not expect was the dismissive and rude way I was treated. While I was waiting, instead of simply asking if I was okay with another customer going ahead of me, Bernardo abruptly said, "Not you--I'm going to help the woman behind you," even though she arrived halfway through my wait. I've stood in long lines before and accepted delays without issue, but the lack of basic courtesy and communication was upsetting and unnecessary. Customer service in a healthcare setting should come with a baseline of empathy and professionalism. That was completely missing here. Bernardo could benefit from additional training in how to interact respectfully with patients. Based on this interaction, I would not feel comfortable being assisted by him again. Bernardo? More like BerNADA--because that's exactly how valued I felt.

The Target effect is real. The fam has been going to Target for ages. We buy nearly everything…read morethere- household goods, toys, electronics, groceries, and more. It's so convenient for a one stop shop. So many times we go here for a couple things and leaving with a cart full of stuff, and forgetting to get what we came for in the first place, and that cycle repeats itself. Downside is sometimes the stock isn't as great or when looking at the app, it'll say in stock, but it isn't actually at the store. The employees have been amazing double-checking for us when needed though. Self checkout is great, and it's changed over the years. They always need my ID when it comes to certain medicines, including children's dimetapp. Parking can be tricky once a while, but I guess during popular weekend times and right before holiday or something. Love the sales and deals. We load up so much when they have those spend X and get a small gift card deals, esp when paper towels, tissues, etc. stuff are involved. They also have new chip flavors once a while, which is fun. Love trying that stuff.

A clerk told me they may be making the store smaller. That's why some shelves are cleared out. I was here on a sunny Saturday. Not too many customers, so I had a quick and easy experience. If you are buying liquor, or even cough syrup......regardless of how old your are (I'm in my 70's) they require that you let them scan your driver's license (which gives them a lot of your personal info they have no business knowing). I can't speak for the pharmacy, cause I don't use it.....but I have seen a lot of one-star reviews from others.....? I won't miss them.....and look forward to a good store to move in to take their place, that will have full shelves and good management.

They have a small selection of sundries and snacks to keep the kids happy and if my insurance didn't require me to do mail order prescriptions, this is just the type of pharmacy I would use on a regular basis to fill my prescriptions, not just for a quickie prescription for my daughter.

I don't need a consultation, I just want my second batch of pills on my prescription. There is no one at any other window, just one super long line and you stand there for 20 minutes, when you finally get to the front, the lady first looks at my (hard copy) prescription and acts like she doesn't know what to do. Then tells me I need to go stand in the other "line" after I wasted 20 minutes. Every time I go here, they don't have my prescription and I ask my doctor, he shows me where he sent it (this has happened with two different doctors so it's not the doctor, it's this poorly run place). It's one of the worst run pharmacies I've ever been to in my life - and the people that work behind the counter absolutely could not care less. I hate to sound like one of those "in my day" people who whine about everything but it's true in this case - pharmacies used to have people who cared about the people coming in. This one just has people who want to get through the work day. They couldn't give an actual flying yahoo about any customer, they have the same attitude as a McDonald's worker. They act like they're being put out and the people in the (long) line are morons for using this pharmacy (perhaps that's true now in retrospect). They never have enough people working there and every time I come in, they come across as so ridiculously incompetent, you wonder if these people actually have the education to be working in pharmacy. Management at CVS will read this and laugh and go about their day. They don't care. Look at all the other reviews here. It's not just me, it's everyone. The aluminum seal was partially unsealed and it was too late to return to get a replacement: pharmacy is closed and I am due for my dose. Counted the pills--all there so took my dose. Tried calling the next day. The pharmacy terminated the call twice. Check your prescriptions that are filled to make sure the tamper-proof seal is intact before walking out.
