This family-owned business went above and beyond my expectations. A lot of places offer 2-5 day service, but they're the only place in the area that I found to offer same-day service. Mr. Gabriel was very nice and professional. He fixed my PS5's HDMI port and got rid of the drift in my controller, all in less than two hours. They were very reasonably priced. I have no complaints. Cyber PC Laptop is located inside the Laundry Depot. I had a good experience because I called ahead and got a quote. He told me $60 for IPhone 6S Plus and $40 for an IPhone 5. I also was able to purchase a charging cord for my Google Pixel here for $15. They said that each would take between 20-30min and I was able to leave the phones there and pick them up. They printed a receipt for me, and explained about the warranty. Each of my phones were labeled and still had the screen protection on when I arrived. I went to have my Iphone 7 repaired a week ago. The guy's customer services was amazing!! Initially, my screen was cracked and my home button was broke. He ensured that once he replaced the screen the home button would work 9 times out of 10. I was scared that if he fixed the screen the home button wouldn't work so he offered me a huge discount if that happened. I would select -10 stars if I could. This is the one of the most unprofessional establishments I have ever wasted money at. I came here to get my screen repaired on my iPhone 6 Plus. DURING and not AFTER an employee repaired my phone, a piece inside of my phone was damaged. As a result my phone is unable to obtain cellular service and in that case is useless. This phone costs over $600. Not only did they refuse to give me a full refund (KEPT $45 for "labor") but they put a broken screen back on my phone that wasn't even mine out of a trashcan. I could tell because my screen was broken in different areas. My phone was not returned to me as I brought it in. It had screws missing, a screen that was not mine, and is now unable to obtain service. What makes matters worse is the employee attempted to troubleshoot how to fix my phone via a YOUTUBE video. These people are really a joke lol I'm a college student who works full time as well so every penny counts for me. If you need your phone fixed, pay the extra couple bucks and just go to Apple or a more reputable company maybe inside of a mall. Avoid this nightmare, save your money, and just never come here. read more
