Scott apologized repeatedly, and immediately got to work ordering replacement parts. I have since received all the OEM replacement parts, and the bike is back to perfect. The customer service I received during the purchase process, and after the delivery, was nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate to do business with Triumph Cleveland again. I wasn't asking for any type of repair, just a standard oil change. But he must not be confident enough in his skills to handle it. I watched a YouTube video and it literally took a 60 year old lady with no mechanical ability at all to do it myself. I certainly wouldn't trust this arrogant ass to to a real repair if he is scared of a simple oil change. It shouldn't matter what brand it is. And maybe he shouldn't show scooters on his site if he doesn't want to be bothered with them.

Since this was our first time buying a dirt bike, we had a lot of beginner questions about maintenance, safety and sizing. After speaking with another sales person he said he would send me a pic. The part looked horrible and their price was almost double normal retail price. No big deal,so I declined to purchase that part. They then became very angry stating they had removed the part just for me went through all the trouble and now they are expecting me to buy it. I cannot believe these people are in sales?! I have 7 (and growing) old and new bikes and am constantly buying parts and upgrades on line for them from retail sellers and individuals worldwide...so much my mailman thinks I run a restoration shop in my garage.
