It's on the Capital One website or in the paperwork that came with the card; it never mentions this 15% or other mysteriously applied 10%. The guy was a manager. We'd better get our $100 bucks as promised for using the card. Not worth it, stick to better cards.

Christine told me she wouldn't put too many jalapeños on it since I don't like it too spicy. When the burger arrived I began to devour it! This burger was to die for! A mixture of sweet from the pineapple and teriyaki and the spice from the jalapeños and onion. It was the perfect combination on the juiciest burger I think I've had! I let him know of my search for binoculars and he did indeed escort me to the binocular display case, and called for another employee to take over who knew more about them, which I appreciated very much. The next day, I returned in search of another item, and he was on shift again. He assisted me, used his inventory gadget to look up merchandise, and let me know what was in stock. Thanks Kevin!
