I came here after being recommended by a friend because I needed gear for my MSF course. Glenda was wonderful while she helped from picking and trying on helmets to even finding boots online. I will totally come here again and recommend any new and experienced riders that need gear come here.

    Helmets galore... lots of choices!

Great crew! Friendly and willing to help. Their Bilt housebrand gear is a bargain for what you get. Even better at sale prices.

While my car was at the shop, one of the employees came out and told me they had broken one of my lug studs. He initially said it would cost $90 to fix. When I asked why I was being charged for something that happened while the car was in their care, I was told it was likely because a previous mechanic had overtightened it. That explanation did not make sense to me because I had personally torqued the lug nuts to 80 ft-lbs with a torque wrench before bringing the car in. The vehicle had also been parked in my garage for several months and was in proper condition when I brought it to the shop. A few minutes later, the manager came out and said the repair would actually cost around $400 because additional work would be needed. That sudden change from $90 to $400 was very frustrating and made the situation even worse. This is also not my first issue with this location. In the past, I brought my truck in to replace a TPMS sensor on the left rear wheel, but the sensor was replaced on the right rear wheel instead. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, communication, and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

Whoever designed egress/ingress to the fueling station was definitely not an engineer, or someone…read morewho possesses even the slightest understanding of traffic flow. Left turns are a no-no! There must've been a hundred cars or more attempting to move in & out on Monday, April 6, 2026. The biggest problem are customers making left turns, all of which should be eliminated. At the traffic light intersection on Enchanted Park Hwy. cars making left turns towards the gas pumps cause a horrendous back-up as there's less than 100' or so from the traffic light. There should be cones/barriers & signage prohibiting left turns. Additionally, vehicles exiting the gas pumps should be prohibited from making left turns there as it creates a hazardous condition. As cars exit the main parking lot, while heading north, drivers attempt to make left hand turns to enter the traffic lane of vehicles already in line, causing additional headaches and frustration. Barriers/cones/curbing & signage should be installed to prevent left turns there. Many customers have already figured out it's safer & creates less congestion to take the lane of traffic off Enchanted Lake Hwy. (adjacent to Olive Garden Restaurant) which offers right hand turns into the lane proceeding to the gas pumps. Left hand turns are the bane of traffic flow. I'm not an engineer, but having retired from Law Enforcement after 30-years. My knowledge & experiences with traffic control would help the shopping experience at COSTCO Federal Way.

The turkey provolone sammy was really tasty and quite sizable for $6.99. Nowadays that size sammy is $15-19 at other restaurants. It had great flavor and tons of meat- so much it was hanging out the sides. The $1.99 slice of cheese pizza feels equivalent to two slices from their fresh $9 whole pizzas. We dabbed away some extra grease from the cheese pizza. We've had their cheese pizza numerous times before and my only issue is the salt content being too high and feeling like we have to chug water later in the day but it's still the best deal around for pizza. Also love the compostable plates they use. Not sure why they aren't compostable in California but glad to see that.
