Angel went above and beyond for me. I came in to purchase a license plate frame. I had purchased a Tech 5 Air vest the day before at another Cyclegear store and was wearing it. I had noticed a vital velcoro fastener (turns the vest on) had started to become unstitched and was falling off. I told Angel the above and she immediately said that shouldn't happen with an expensive item like the Tech Air and she could swap it out for another one! I told her thank you, but I didn't have a receipt. Since I was leaving on a trip, I didn't have time to take it back to the other store and figured I would just repair it myself. "No receipt no problem!" Angel said. She called the other store and before I knew it had a non-defective vest! So great. Additionally, I saw Angel multi-tasking with other customers and her crew with a smile on her face and with great aplomb. I highly recommend this Cyclegear store. I brought in a rim with a tire and needed the tire changed out, purchased one from them and wanted to have them instal it, they told me it was a 48 hour turn around time but have had my tire for a week! He specifically looked to see where my boyfriend was (at the back of the store) before he leaned across the counter and said, " I. Can't. Help. You. " while giving me a nasty look.
