We purchased tires. We were told that an alignment was needed for a higher price of about $150. THE CAR IS PERFECTLY ALIGNED ALREADY! I looked at the old tires. They were precisely worn and showed the same tread depth Left, Center, and Right. The employee admitted that an alignment is unnecessary. Les Schwab has a policy to recommend items that are not needed. That is dishonest. Dishonesty at the corporate level is more troubling that a bad employee. The bad employee is now at the top and cannot be stopped. I would not buy anything from this company. read more

This was a very pleasant experience. The staff at this Les Schwab are very professional and highly trained. I went in for an oil change (that was reasonably priced) and tire rotation. Since both need to be done every 5,000 miles combining these two services make it very convenient. I'm aware that not every Les Schwab offers the convenience of an oil change so I'm very pleased to see that my Les Schwab performs this service. I also appreciated being able to set up an appointment and getting my car in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Scratched up 3 out of 4 of my tires only one that they did not scratch is the one that was not replaced. Told me there was no possible way they could have. I have pictures in the parking lot of the tires that have no scratches which i will attach. He told me it was not their parking lot but i have the guys hand in one showing where the nail is in the tire and cannot be fixed. Also a picture with the white curb they have and the geolocation thanks to apple. I've been coming to Les Schwab since i was 19 I'm now 33 and I've never been treated like this, well besides one other time. But this is the maddest I've ever been. To be gas lighted like these were not from here. The front left tire has the picture with the curb and had no scratch now it does ? But you guys can't possibly scratch it? read more

This is our go-to location. We've been coming here for years. Not only is it conveniently located near our house, but we have always had exceptional customer service. We have bought multiple sets of tires here, including car batteries, snow chains, etc. I have also stopped by their free air pressure check station when my tire pressure is low. I've never had to wait long either, even for a free service. Their lobby and waiting areas have always been clean. The lobby area has a popcorn popper and free bags of popcorn while you wait. They also have free Wi-Fi and restrooms available. Not only would I recommend Les Schwab Tire Centers in general, but I would highly recommend this location. read more

Wrong wheel on our car!! We got our tires rotated this Saturday. Later we saw they had put the wrong wheel on but they are closed for the weekend! Now we have to wait until Monday to get our wheel back.. who knows which car it is on? We have a Ford wheel on the back passenger side of our Outback. What a disappointment. Go years I've been a Les Schwab customer with all of my family vehicles. Beware!! was scammed by this place. To begin with, I went in in March 2022 to check out a grinding noise, and as it turned out two years previous when Les Schwab had change my brakes they left some pieces from an adjustment kit inside of my drum and that is not some thing that is part of protocol in fact, it was a mistake. They couldn't really explain how it happened. THEN I was told I was in need of new rear brakes "asap" as they measured them at 1mm. I immediately went to another location, Vancouver Toyota, to look into a quote for brakes from them so as to compare prices. I was just about to be getting a major surgery for cancer and finances were extremely stressful as was my situation. Finding out that I needed brakes was very upsetting and stressful. Vancouver Toyota called me to say if they were confused because the brakes measured at 3 mm and were just fine. I was shocked. I had literally been borrowing a car from someone because I was too scared to drive my own car due to the brakes situation, and a surgery cU Ing up within two weeks. I went back to this business and recorded my conversation with the manager, asking him to explain. He struggled stringing two sentences together, that sounded like they had any truth in them. I showed him pictures of the measurement from McCord Toyota, and he was trying to make up some excuses, as though I am in an educated female, and I'm going to fall for that since then, I have had three safety checks at other Les Schwab locations as well as the rear brakes also being assessed when I had my last complete oil change at Vancouver Toyota. Only now am I thinking I might be closer to needing brakes... A year and a half later! Be careful of the manager because he will lie to you and top of the brakes, they found leaking struts/shocks which have not been identified as leaking since then. there a bunch of other thing is they quoted me as needing...$2300 was the estimate. I just listen to the audio again and it's making me laugh out loud to hear him struggle. NOW the real question is what do I do now because I used to really love a Les Schwab, but I am in need of new brakes, finally or at least I'm near there and I want to get new tires. Les Schwab has locations up and down high five, and therefore are a wonderful resource whenever there is an issue but is it worth the high price and can I trust them anymore? I think the managers name was Joe or Mike mind you it's now a year and a half later and my car is running fine someone tell me how do I renew my faith in Les Schwab? read more

I have been coming to this location for years. They are probably the best tire shop in the area. I was in there today with a battery issue and Steve was able to fix it in about an hour. They were very busy but they are extremely efficient. I can't say enough good things about this locations professionalism and efficiency when it comes to getting your car back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I did have a small problem with a lawnmower battery that I had bought from here last summer. It was not taking a charge but did not produce enough amperage to turn the lawnmower over. So apparently if you are buying wheels and tires and a lift it's more important than customers, waiting 15 min and still not acknowledged , 4 people behind me. All I needed was a screw taken out of one of their tires... ridiculous and guy helping lady decide what tires she wanted took forever, but he could have acknowledged customers that kept coming in. And they took the lady's car that was 4 behind me before mine , half hour later and my car has not been touched , and they just took another guys that was behind me. 45 min I. My brakes were squeaking (even when I wasn't touching the brakes!) and I took my car in to get diagnosed. The brake check was free, and the resulting report seemed like a lot of money ($241.00) So, I took their printed quote to my neighborhood Meineke and the best they could do on the exact same job was over $500. I have write this review. Deployed out of State in Air Force, my family member popped a tire down the street before closing time. I called them and Within minutes they sent someone to help. had to call my own tow however as it was unrepairable. These guys fixed tire after hours and did not even charge for guy coming out to help. This place is not tire repairs they are like family and care. I will never buy tires anywhere else again as they go the extra mile. They saved me from a tough stressful weekend to one where family member made it home in 2 hours and I could focus on my military job rest of the weekend. Thanks again Andresen Les Schwab. I hate doing automotive things. Its intimidating, obnoxious and always costs me money. However, I have always found Les Schwab to be decent and quick. I was in and out for a tire rotation in under 30 minutes. The only thing that prevented this from being a 5 star encounter was the lack of eye contact. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes before someone acknowledged I was there and took my service order. I would highly recommend any number of Les Schwabs, including this one. read more

Had an amazing experience with them. First went to Honest-1 to do an alignment for my wheels. They found somethings "broken" on the car and told me it's gonna cost about 4k to fix, even tho I ask for alignment only. Second day went to Les Schwab to do an alignment. Came in the morning it was a big line of people even tho the tire center didn't even open. When it opened everybody was trying to help and was very easy to communicate. Fixed the car really fast and good and not to expensive. I am really thankful to the stuff that fixed my car. read more

I'm a fan so far as one of my 63 year old friends has relied on them, however he has a brand new 2007 Rent a car Jeep and hasn't NEEDED extensive work but he's all about the money literally "knowing" NOTHING about cars or lots of things requiring discernment and "Common sense." so.... I brought a 2001 Chevy Metro in for an alignment ($99.50)-Shims included. but told cannot even start alignment because it needs 2-Front Excel Struts($178.32)+Labor $94.00, 2-Front Lower Control Arms($193.20)+Labor $120.00, and mentioned 1-Back Shock which, hasn't even been quoted in the total yet; but I don't think they are "price gouging", lying, or otherwise at this point. I've done my research and this is actually typical for this car with high mileage so I do not feel price gouged per say as of yet except to say my online price for struts was $89 for both? not $89.16 Each, but we will see if it was Excel Struts ALONE or Bellows, Mounts, or other connected parts that computer print out failed to list in whole.Total is $754.57 right now W/Out Back Shock+Labor quote. They did offer option to leave car with them over night and have work done around 2:00 PM tomorrow, instead of waiting up to 2-days with appointment to have work done which I accepted....we will see what and how everything unfolds as I will inspect how and what is done with video reenactments like a "Psychic Detective" TV Series. Update: So after work was done technician himself said "Well, that extra price over struts was for lifetime warranties (which I hear are only for the part itself NOT repair labor...that isn't a good work model set-up for anyone) and fees and such... guarantee. Strut work itself seems to have done well EXCEPT we have a big problem. Les Schwab mentioned "You need a Back-Right Shock but problem is calling around to find one because we don't carry or have in stock" --they didn't even mention it must also be repaired in pairs for both Back Struts/Shocks; This was said before All previous mentioned work and again after I reminded them about what they said as I replied back "Okay can you guys get on that for me I really appreciate it" --as if it's such a rare part they cannot find or something. After 2-weeks still no call back about Back Shock development. I go to Sears Friday not even 2-weeks after Les Schwab's work. I explain the situation with Shocks hard to find? set an appointment. At Sears appointment 2-days later, they had no problem ordering the SHOCKS/STRUTS from Autozone --2-blocks from Les Schwab!-- that night! Sunday left my car with Sears and was ready in 3 1/2 hrs. including alignment that obviously, like Les Schwab, is required after Strut/shock work. PROBLEM! Pointing back to Les Schwab. Sears alignment read-out read "Toes" were off some 30-Degrees! after 2-weeks with barely any driving... IMPOSSIBLE science FACT! SEEMS either Les Schwab lied or forgot, either way why was I charged $100 for alignment because why does Sears The NEW GUY, gotta lie DURING required work in the package? But I'm open minded a& fair and Will talk to Les Schwab about this VERY suspicous issue because claims about hard to find Shocks, then evidence about NO alignment on all four tires at all is unacceptable especially, when the "Toes" being off would cause other damages to tires and surrounding systems. If Les Schwab was banking on setting me up for more repairs down the road it's going to back fire on them Because, also I knew & could tell my steering was off which is what I told Les Schwab from the very beginning but they replied I needed new Struts so... However, I'm a more than fair person, and if Les Schwab MAKES THIS RIGHT or something special they have to say other than claim SEARS machine is inferior then I'd like to hear it. because otherwise it's just disrespect. WE will ALL see tomorrow after I call them. Right now, after SEARS my car in back is riding noticeably much smoother compared to squeaking. We called this Les Schwab location and explained we were doing our best to get there before they closed. Me being not Mr Car guy, was experiencing a tire pressure light on for the past two months. I filled with air periodically and it never went off. Well doing my usual stop by to get a fill I ran into Justin and jerry whom both simultaneously attacked the wheels when I arrived and after explaining my predicament mentioned it maybe the spare as it could have a sensor. I bought a used pickup with a tire pressure sensor warning. I brought it to Les Schwab on Andresen arrived about 11:55am. They were able to get it in by 12:05 and by 12:25 I was on my way free of charge. Wow! I couldn't of asked for better service. The technician checked my tire pressure, added air and reset my tire sensors and the warning is gone. He was very polite and told me the correct air pressure to have for the tires. Made my day! I was told by my car dealership that I needed a new tire because my brand new tire (less than a 1,000 miles) in my brand new car had a nail in an irreparable place. The dealership quoted me over $200 so I called a (female) friend who suggested Les Schwab: "I trust them 100%," she said. "Always perfect service, and never feel like they were trying to sell me anything but exactly what I wanted/needed. Every location is the same. Those guys work their asses off six days a week." Luckily they were just down the road from the dealership. I was welcomed in a very polite and professional way: the manager (I assume), said, after I told him the story, that they might be able to repair the punctured tire, he was going to look at it. After a very reasonable time the receptionist called my name and told me they were able to repair the tire. She handed me the keys and told me to go have a nice afternoon. Mmmm? What about paying? Its a complementary repair, she said. Now, don't expect to get a free service when you show up but the bill read under $20... complementary. I immediately called a friend who had told me just that morning that he needed tires for his truck; guess where he is going to buy them? at that same Les Schwab. The people were great, the place was clean, there was A/C in the building, coffee, a complementary telephone charging station... and all of that makes great Customer Service. I always come here to get nails and screws pulled from my tires. Today I saw the assistant manager Keith go above and beyond my expectations when talking to a customer. He came in the waiting room and told the lady they were finished and that she was good to go and he thanked her for coming in and letting them take care of her car. Start off by asking what a repair is going to cost before you agree to let them do the work. I went to them to repair a trailer tire for a boat assuming it would cost around $80 or so as I can buy a new tire and wheel off of amazon for that amount. I should have done the math when they tired to up sell me $700 to replace all 4 tires. When I went to pick up the tire I was floored when the told me the cost was $170. Hwy Fing robbery. At the end of the day I walked from the bill at told them to keep the damn wheel and tire. I would steer clear of Les Schwab. read more

I have been going to Les Schwab since I stepped into my first car when I was 16. This company is known and the most trustworthy, reliable, and customer service oriented vehicle service company out there. It almost feels unfair saying this because the employees working in the back are so cool, but the customer service staff has gotten so rude lately. I called ahead on my way home from work and asked if they had time to check my brakes and rotate my tires (that I bought there). With crazy inflation, I made the mistake of going to jiffy lube to do my brakes which they messed up. When I explained the situation to a les Schwab employee on the phone, the gentleman was super nice and said to bring my car on by so he could check them out to see what was wrong. When I got there, I filled the blonde customer service lady in on what was going on and she really snarkily said "do you want us to check their work" and other rude comments. I have always thought jiffy lube customer service was great however this last year the customer service people have been rude to me every time I have come in to rotate my tires. It is really sad to see a company that has had such a great reputation since I can even remember go downhill so far when it comes to customer service. These guys rock! I took my car to a Dick Hannah Subaru to check out a seized caliper. I'd had them do a little work before and I thought it would be a quick, simple fix. BTW, I'd had the same issue fixed at Gresham Subaru 9 months earlier. I should have learned the first time. Not confident Dick Hannah was being straight with me, I asked them to put the car on the lift and show me. Yes, the caliper was seized. The shocker was they wanted $1,500 for a front brake job! Seriously? I had fortunately talked to Steve from Les Schwab before I got to DH, and he's said he could do it for less than $500. Still in shock, I called Steve again from DH. He confirmed the price so I had them take it off the lift and limped it over to Les Schwab. I left it there for repairs the next day and they gave me a ride back to my rental car at DH. The next day I picked up my car from Les Schwab and it was fixed, for under $300! I was thrilled. Steve and the other staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they now have another loyal customer. read more
