My wife came to Pine Top for 2 days. We love trying out cool coffee shops and intended to try 2-3 coffee shops during our stay. The first place we tried was Cyclelogical Coffee and suddenly we didn't want to try others. We came back a 2nd time the next day and tried some more coffees. I got the Vamos (Spicy Mocha) and the Timber (and both were very amaflavored coffee's. My wife got an iced americano and a latte with cardamom, orange and cinnamon in it and both were also amazing. Whether you're a black coffee purist, an espresso enthusiast or a sweetened, milk heavy latte kind of person... this is the spot for you they do it all, and they do it all very very well. We also got the avocado toast on focaccia and it was very very delicious. Even their clothing/sticker designs are very well done. And as for the environment goes... it's the perfect place to work or study. Couldn't recommend Cyclelogical Coffee more. read more

The best coffee in the white mountains - maybe all of AZ! The Timber is by far my favorite drink but you can't go wrong with their whole menu! The vibe is super amazing and I love all the artisan goods and cool brands they sell in their mercantile. The manager Nicole is awesome and always is super sweet! The drinks, decor, staff and food are all five star status! My only compliant is it does seem to take awhile for the food and drink so it isn't necessarily a place to stop by if you're in a hurry. The back patio area is very relaxing and would be great to meet friends to catch up or to get some work done. My husband especially loved the breakfast sandwich with prosciutto and the specialty drinks are truly one of a kind! I absolutely love this place so much, that I drive an 1.5 hours from my place since I have no good coffee shop near me. I am not even a coffee drinker, I love their matcha drinks! Their lavender matcha latte (Ojai) and the Los burros matcha are both my favorite. In the winter I like when they add mint to it. They have real matcha powder and great quality alternative milk choices. The environment is also a place I just want to sit at and chill. The coffee here is amazing! I feel like my family are very picky about good coffee and this exceeds expectations! We got honey cinnamon oat lattes (Might be a little on the sweeter side if you're more into bold coffee flavor but I'm sure the syrup Could be adjusted ) and an americano and it was all tasty! I've lived in Pinetop since January of 2022 for clinical rotations at the hospital, and this is my FAVORITE coffee shop. It's vibe is artsy and laid back with some incredible coffee and pastries. During the summer they have live music, a large outdoor (backyard) space, and recently opened up a gelato shop (Nancy's Fancy) in the back of the coffee shop. The staff are friendly and the drinks are the most consistent I've had as far as quality and taste every single time I go. Wish I could come every day of the week. read more
