Just got off the phone with Rose. I am out of state and sent my mom flowers today for $132 (upgraded to deluxe). Was missing many roses and ferns and other flowers from the description, and her response was that they didn't have those, so they replaced them with what they had at the same value. She said the description states that they will replace with something similar if they don't have it. Seems they didn't have anything from the bouquet I ordered. Looked very different, smaller. She said if I'd ordered a week in advanced, they would have had time to get what's in the photo. I ordered 5 days ago. So 7 days ago you would've had every piece in the bouquet? She also said "it's on the calendar all year but I'll note your concern with my boss." We order bouquets online based on photo and description. We can't always be there in person which is why we order online and trust we'll receive what we get. If you don't have a lot of the flowers from the photo, TELL US. WARN US. Don't cover yourselves with that "or similar" warning so you don't have to give us a replacement or refund. A warning to order 7 days in advanced to get what you paid for would be a nice thing to do for your online customers who are essentially now paying $132 for whatever YOU choose, instead of me, the paying customer. The vase was the same, and balloon was nice, so thanks for that at least. By the way, just looked at the description again, and it does NOT say that they would replace it with something similar. See photo. I'm sure it's hidden somewhere on the site. I hate writing bad reviews for businesses. We recently lost our dear aunt during an extremely stressful time for our planet Earth (spring 2020). I wanted bright and colorful flowers to reflect my aunt's energy, brilliance, smile, and warm spirit. My lovely aunt was also fond of blues and violets. Susan, the florist and shop-owner, guided me through the entire purchase. Susan told me not to worry, and that she would make something very nice. Well, Susan created an arrangement that looked spectacular. The beautiful bouquet/basket of bright flowers included yellow asiatic lilies, gladioli contrast with purple carnations, statice and gladioli, lavender carnations, and chrysanthemums in a rectangular white basket with handle. I get all of my flowers here at this location. The service is so kind and the store is so cute and great from knick knack gifts. I usually order flowers by how much I want to spend. I'll come in and say I was a bouquet of flowers worth $30 and they always create something beautiful. I've been using their services for over a decade and I will continue to come back due to their beautiful work and great service. It's good to know that the delivery fee is $20, if I'm not mistaken. The family of the decease confirmed none were received and I was one of the attendees of the service and definitely I did not see my 2 arrangements.
