Cy's Deli was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back. There were so many sandwiches on the menu that I wanted to try, but we ended up ordering the Rachel and the Papa Bino. The Papa Bino was easily one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had. The Rachel was phenomenal too. It's basically a Reuben made with turkey instead of corned beef, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Both sandwiches were very flavorful and were made with quality ingredients. The service was excellent too; The woman working the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ate out on the patio, and it had such a great vibe for enjoying lunch on a warm day. If you're looking for a quality sandwich shop with great food, and a relaxed atmosphere, Cy's Deli is definitely worth a visit. read more

Superb lunch spot. Sandwiches are huge-- fairly pricey -- consider sharing with a friend. Even a half was a lot for me. Service was friendly, helpful and efficient. Cy's has a fairly large kid's meal selection that will surely have something that will please even your most finicky eaters. Cookies are also decadently large. My wife and I ordered the #1 Melt and Roast and Toast from Cy's Deli to go to take to RMNP. Both sandwiches were a nice size and came with a side. We ended up getting coleslaw and pasta salad for our sides. The melt was my favorite with a generous amount of avocado and the tasty honey wheat bread. The roast and toast was delicious with the roasted red pepper aioli. The service was excellent and the deli had a cozy atmosphere. I love this place so much that I've gone there both days of my trip here! This cute and casual restaurant only serves breakfast and lunch. You order at the window and can either take it to go or eat outdoors on the patio. The latte is so rich and good! I also got breakfast sandwiches both days - eggs, cheese and a avocado on an English muffin. My husband enjoyed the breakfast burrito yesterday and the Rueben sandwich today. Ok .. I'm a foodie and kinda picky. I struggled to find anything really good to eat on this trip. Scenery and wildlife were amazing .. food was a struggle. I don't do burgers and struggle with meat. I was thrilled this deli had white meat tuna salad sandwiches. the bread was good ... sandwich was very good but large. I wish we would have just shared a sandwich and chips. My husband got the rubin and it was also good .. meat tender and lean. we tried the pasta salad .. it was just ok .. rather plain. If your in the area .. i recommend this deli. Wonderful customer service! Friendly staff, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted. It's well-shaded outside and very clean. Came in with my wife and two girls ages 5 and 7. We all loved it! Menu has plenty on it and had lots of choices. Restaurant is clean and service is helpful nice and friendly. We ordered several sandwiches for a family gathering. They did an excellent job working with us and had our sandwiches all ready when we arrived to pick them up. We were able to split the sandwiches as they were so big. The coleslaw didn't have a lot too it but it tasted good when added to the sandwich. read more

Charming lunch oasis close to the western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park in Grand Lake. There's free parking in the street and plenty of outdoor seating. You order your food and drink at their deck ordering window, and they take your prepayment and name, so you can later pick up your order at another window, where you can also pick up aluminum foil, napkins and utensils, and you can pick up some cold water as well. We sat in their shaded patio. Outdoor seating in the patio. There are small seating tables in the covered deck as well. I had their Reuben sandwich, which was huge and came with a side of pasta salad, and my girlfriend had the Grand Avenue wrap, with turkey/roasted red pepper hummus/provolone/cole slaw, also substantial, and with a side of pasta salad. We both ate one half of our sandwiches and foiled wrapped the other half to take on our hike later at Rocky Mountain National Park. With beers and tip the tab was close to $40, but the service was fast, the pickup setup was efficient, and you cannot beat the location if you are planning to visit the national park after lunch. read more
