Half Rack of BBQ RIbs mustard sauce cornbread & fries

Solid food. The experience was ok. Our server was great. We had a pretty decent meal. The drinks were great and the meal was paced very well. I would probably order something different next time. The ribs were good just needed a little longer to cook & they would've been perfect - and I probably should've gone with my sauce on the side the sausage was the same. A little longer on a grill & the casing would've been crispy & popped off. Nice vibe - very social and a nice mix of age groups.

This is a gem of Grand Lake! The menu is extensive with great apps, salads, soup, sandwiches, entrees. You can find Elk and more on the menu as well as great brisket, pulled pork and ribs. The service was super as it was all the times we have been here. The atmosphere has a great mountain vibe. Restaurant, bar, coffee bar and patio. If you can't find what you want at Sagebrush, you're just not hungry or a big grumpy gill.

On a busy summer weekend we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. Our server was so busy with large parties but she handled it with ease. She was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and it was delicious. I would definitely come back and try more of what they have to offer.

We all wanted BBQ, so we found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. We waited about 25 minutes for a table, but once we were seated, the food came out pretty fast. We all got the ribs, and they were absolutely delicious. The meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone, and the flavor was amazing. A full rack could easily feed two people because the portions were huge. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and kid friendly, which made the whole experience even better. We were really impressed with how good the ribs were, and we will definitely be back next year!!!

We were so happy to find a place open and serving food on a Tuesday midday in early February (with not much snow). It wasn't too busy when we got there but more and more people came in while we were there. Some locals and some visitors like us. Cute place with rustic vibe similar to a Cracker Barrel. I got the summer salad with salmon. Delicious- loaded with lettuce and fruit. Also some tasty garlic bread with it. Hubs got buffalo meatloaf sandwich with mashed potatoes. He liked it but wasn't the best ever. Ha. Waitress was friendly and service was quick.

Excellent meals, fast and friendly service. Cold beer!!! Go here when in Grand Lake.

A dried up, broken up semblance of a slice of berry pie, and as you see it, is how I received it.

My grandson is leaving for college. I am old. I planned a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Grand Lake to attend the theater. I planned this for weeks, choosing Sagebrush for our dinner. I wish we had eaten at anyplace else. We had a reservation, and arrived on time, but was seated next to the kitchen and carry-out station, so a lot of noise for dinner conversation. My grandson, and I, no matter where, always order mozzarella sticks and, in 15 years never had bad ones, until now. One bite, and no more! At $14.99, a steep throwaway, We told our server the appetizer was inedible, and she took them away. No alternative offered, but it remained on our ticket. Now, the entree. He ordered the steak Caesar salad, and ate the steak. The romaine lettuce was too soggy and wilted. Very unappetizing. My grandson asked me not to complain, even when I receive my plate of fresh trout, baked potato and a medicine cup of baked beans. I did enjoy the potato. The fish, sitting in oil, atop wilted lettuce, did give me a few enjoyable bites. Let's not even discuss the toasted, cold bread. Now, we decide to try dessert, to take back to the lodge to eat after the show. Worst decision, of all. I am sharing a photo. Now, I know pie, have made many, once worked at a successful pie shop, but this pie? Let the photo speak. The slice was, at least, a week old, with the filling so dried up, what kind of pie is this? The crust was broken up, as though difficult to remove from the baking plate, because it was so old! Another inedible selection. I mentioned I am old - social security old - and I work, so I am offended, and sad, to spend $105 on this lousy, disappointing experience, not to be remembered, fondly. I expected much better. A leftover hotdog from our picnic, earlier this day, would have been enjoyed, more - far more, and I would not have lost $105. A 1-star rating is generous.

We were a party of 6 hunting for a solid place for dinner outside the park while we were camping. We came here for the cute small town, put our names in, it was a 30-45 minute wait which was accurate and then we were seated. The waiter Tanner was so very nice! He was funny, helpful, knowledgeable on the menu, and very generous. He got everything out quickly and had us pick the best items for what we were all looking for. He even got my husband a "shot" of sprinkles to go with his hot chocolate when he found out he loved sprinkles so much.

The food was so good and fresh. Our waitress was very attentive and super sweet. We sat outside and the temperature was just right. Great place to eat. We will return on our next visit.

Fantastic Breakfast, Service and Venue! The cutest outdoor seating, so clean and welcoming. Our server was unreal with her knowledge of the city, the menu, the town and the area. It was my birthday and she made my breakfast magical! I had the wild game Benedict and my husband had one of their omelets. Both were delicious!!! 10/10, can't wait to go back!

This place is huge. It's really packed and loud. We waited about 25 minutes for a table. The inside has a sports bar feel with car license plates decorating the wall. Our server was attentive and helped us navigate the menu which is rather large. It centers around smoked meats with some wild game thrown in too. The game is in the form of some type of sausages or ground meat, bison or elk. They also have salmon and trout. We opted for the smoked ribs and the bbq plate of 3 meats. I chose pulled pork, brisket, and bison meatloaf. It was good especially the meatloaf. The side salad I ordered was huge. The ribs were good too. Pull apart tender. It has something for everyone. Just be prepared to wait as it's the most popular place in town.

    Tuna Melt

Well wow-- this was a great experience for us! My husband got the meatloaf dinner and the vegetable of the day was broccoli and I swear that stole the show. It was so delicious. The brown gravy on the potatoes was to DIE for as well! The buffalo meatloaf was so tender and you could get the red sauce or brown gravy and I think it would have been even better with the gravy instead. My tuna melt was fantastic though I do wish it had come with lettuce and tomato. But the sourdough bread was phenomenal and the tuna salad was wonderful and light and just what I needed. We also had the peach cobbler and peanut butter pie for dessert and we both agree the peanut butter pie was the winner! But both were great! The only negative? Pepsi products are served here and we are Coke people! But they did have Dr. Pepper so we did just fine!! Our server was nice and attentive and the staff we interacted with were all friendly. The restaurant has some definite charisma with the backstory being it used to house the town jail! So neat. Everything was clean inside, too! There were TVs in the bar area playing various sports games and that was really nice. Overall, definitely recommend. Bonus: as Memphians we LOVED seeing Memphis bbq on the menu!!! Can't wait to come back again sometime!

They had to close briefly to catch up with the orders after us and we felt bad. When you first arrive, this is essentially a shack. There's limited seating indoors that's like window seats. Then they have a large outdoor seating area. I do wish there was some sort of shade or covering because the sun was beating down on us. It was very hot and it felt like we were burning so maybe bring an umbrella. Now onto the food. The food was quite delicious. The fries were a good crunch and taste. The jalapeño potato salad was so good. The coleslaw is very tangy. The meats were delicious. We had the chopped brisket and the ribs. They're smoked quite well and the bbq sauce pairings were very tasty. I definitely like the hot bbq sauce (wasn't spicy but had such a good flavor).

We start our snack with the onion ring wow I was immediately surprised as the quality was like a five star restaurant onion ring housemate crispy flavorful perfect. I ordered A sandwich with half sausage and half smoked pork. That was absolutely delicious. I ordered a side of cucumber and onion salad that refreshing cold salad was pairing with perfection with the my smoke sandwich. They have four different barbecue sauces. All of them were delicious, accommodating the smoking of the meat My wife had the pulled pork plate served with mac & cheese this was also a really great mac & cheese, homemade flavorful and combine very well with the pulled pork. She also have the baked beans. This was perfect much much better than "canned bean" And they give us a delicious peach cobbler. I am still licking my fingers the place had to close early that day because they sold out. I was not very surprised because the food was so good that people just have to stop there to try it again So if you go to Breckenridge Val skiing, don't forget on your way back to Denver to stop in the smokehouse barbecue in Georgetown
