I had a very disturbing experience at this shop. All I did was show he made a mistake and made the hooks crooked and this wasn't his first time messing up the first time he made the ring white gold instead of yellow, I mean he does not pay attention to details whatsoever and the main issue was the way the owner spoke to me. He suddenly started yelling, slammed his hand on the table multiple times, and stood only a few inches from my face. His aggressive tone and behavior made me feel unsafe and extremely stressed. I left the store shaken, and the incident affected me so badly. No customer should ever be spoken to like that no matter how much they are in the wrong. you are a business owner and should learn how to speak to costumers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

A joke. I took my son's gold bracelet in to be sized. He proposed that he should add a bale instead of having the inch taken off. I agreed. Upon pick up, my husband went instead of me. It had a full inch of bracelet hanging off. My son is 1 year old. I'm not sure why he proposed one bail? Instead of at least putting two bales on so that the inch was not just hanging off there? Anyways, my son wore it for a few hours before it fell off. I shouldn't have trusted my bracelet with him when I heard his racist remarks about Afghans and Mexicans- SMH! This is a case of getting what you pay for. His appraisal, which cost way less than others in the WC area, was inaccurate. It simultaneously overrated and underpriced the jewelry appraised, per two other (very qualified) appraisers. Insurance based on it would not have fully covered its replacement. While the owner has a lot of "personality" (think of an outgoing and politically incorrect uncle at a Thanksgiving dinner), he may want to leave the appraising to others. read more

I needed to get a ring appraised. Fast and easy process. Received my paperwork in the mail very quickly. I noticed there was a potential mistake with the appraisal so I asked Mo if I could come again and he was able to update the appraisal at no extra charge. When I didn't receive my updated appraisal in the mail I called Mo and told him that the code to my building was changed so I hadn't received my updated appraisal. I was charged $135 for both and when I to put on the earrings for less than one hr outside , the locking clip fill right off my ear and I lost the lock clip! I would rate my experience as no star but I have no choice but to select a star. Worst experience ever! I made an appt to get a bracelet appraise. Showed up on time and the gentleman there asked what we need help with. I told him I would like to get a bracelet appraise. He said "ok, let me see what you have." As I reached into my purse to pull out the bracelet he said "it's not real". At first I thought he was joking with me but no, he was dead serious. Then he held out his hand for the bracelet. I gave it to him and he said again 'it's not real cause it's too yellow but let me see." I'm assuming he has some machine to test it cause he took it to the machine for all of 1 second then said "no not real. what else you got." At this point I was a bit embarrassed but soon was disappointed how rude this man was. Even though a had a few more pieces of Jewlery in my purse there was no way in hell I was going to ask him to look at it. I am very disappointed because I drove 30 miles to his store after reading people's reviews of how great the service was.
