If I could write a no star for this store I would give them a no star This shop on Wanut creek Sophia's collection I was scammed by them with three items. Everyone be very very very careful when buying things at this store. First of all I want to talk about the pair of earrings I bought from them for $1,500 dollars and now after 2 years I came back and want to sell these earrings because they have no value. but they did not accept and did not exchange or return, I agreed to sell very cheap if they bought it back but they did not agree to buy it back at any price. I have their invoice and documents very clearly, everyone can see in the photos Her husband told me it was three years ( only two year on receipt ) The jewelry store owner Sophia's husband was very rude and very violent and threw the jewelry box in my face. and kicked me out of the store, a man so rude and violent to his customers that i have never seen before in this country of america. sorry i want to add that i am vietnamese but if i was a foreigner or american maybe he wouldn't dare to treat customers like that but because i am vietnamese My English is not good enough to argue with him. I was scammed out of three pieces of jewelry for over $10,000 Please be very very very careful when buying from this place because the quality is not good and the price is very expensive and you will never have chance to get a return or a refund at any price. This was such a bad experience I feel like I was really scammed and I will never never never ever go back to sophia's store a second time and I want to sell everything I bought from her so I don't want to see those items in front of me again People who have bought things from her store try to come back and pretend to sell things to see how she treats them. The shop owner and his wife are also Asian. Sophia and i went to another jewelry store i knew to talk to the owner he said these diamond products are not good the color is really bad, and the owner of that gold shop is really nice he said he will help me to resell these products . So many choices and options out there that could fit your budget: clarity, color, cut quality (sparkle), girdle type, size, deep/shallow cut, etc. I am a perfectionist, it's hard for me to compromise my standards. Sophie was very friendly and extremely patient (I am super picky and both my fiancé and I are incredibly indecisive). After showing her what we have in mind for our design, she guided us through all the measurements and details to have our ring custom made. Sophie was great!!! My fiance and I had been shopping for what felt like forever and where getting no where. We found Sophie's collection nearby and decided to go look. She asked us what we wanted and our budget then set an appointment for us the following weekends so she could go shopping for some diamonds for us. We came back and was blown away by the gorgeous diamond she found in our price range. She was straight forward and taught us everything we needed to know about diamonds, we got to look at them through every tool she had and fell in love with one. From there she custom designed exactly what I wanted while staying in our budget and even our time line. We got the ring in two weeks and it is more beautiful then I can image. Sophie is amazing! Before today I wasn't a customer, but I had a ring that was much too tight on my finger and I needed it professionally removed. I called Sophie 20 minutes before 6 pm closing and she said she could help me. It was a pretty gnarly situation so she had her husband come back to the shop just to help me! He was such a sweet man and they stayed 20 minutes past closing to assist me. They only charged $25 for the removal, and it was completely painless. I may have it resized which she quoted at only $45-$50. It really speaks to how fantastic their customer service is that they would go above and beyond for someone who wasn't a previous customer.
