The company also said they wouldn't tow it, because bla bla. So I called Authentic Tow. The people at the phone were polite. Their time estimate for sending help was accurate. The service person was polite, knowledgeable, and able to roll my car back so he could roll it on a flatbed. All this on one of those narrow, winding Marin streets.
