I had a 10:00 AM appointment which i made 3 weeks ago.I received a last-minute text that morning…read moresaying my appointment was moved to a different location -- one that was farther away and inconvenient. I still made it there by 10:15 AM, and the moment I walked in, the receptionist told me to go straight to the wash. But as soon as I mentioned I had a Groupon, everything changed. Suddenly I was told they couldn't take me because I was "late." I tried explaining that the only reason I was late was because they changed the location on me with barely any notice, but they didn't care. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero professionalism. No apology, no effort to reschedule, just a rude dismissal. I ended up wasting over an hour of my morning driving back and forth for absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to change your location last minute, the least you can do is honor your appointments or have the decency to be respectful about it. Terrible customer service. I will never be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either -- especially if you're using a Groupon. You'll be treated like a second-class customer.
