The sticker looks like it was from on of the fruits in my drink but that means they do not properly check the fruit or even wash the fruit before they press it into juice. I am pregnant and choked on this and it could have been worse if i wasnt more careful. When i emptied the cup out in a strainer there was 6 pieces of the sticker in my drink. I had a terrible experience with this business. I ignored all of the bad reviews before going because I feel like people are usually too harsh but I should've listened to the reviews. I ordered 2 açaí bowls and when the employee came with the bags she said here's your 2 açaí bowls. Partially my fault for not checking but I got home and there was only 1. When I called to inform them they just said oh yeah we realized right when you were leaving that we messed up and told me I could come pick it up but I live 15 minutes away. They said I could come back whenever I could but have now been conveniently "closed for the day" the 2 times I've gone back. Man, I can't believe I've been passing by this place all these years without stopping in! On my first visit, I came here because I wanted some kind of fruity thing for breakfast before work. I had the Bionico with yogurt. It was very fresh and tasty, a bit sweet for my taste, but I'm glad I also brought some coffee with me to balance it out. It was a perfect blend of yogurt, apples, grapes, pineapple, banana, and strawberry, topped with granola, coconut flakes, and raisins- these raisins were big, round raisins. My second visit - I had the breakfast croissant and large coffee. The girl that took my order was ok- maybe she had a case of the blahs, or she just has one of those faces, you know, the ones they call RBF aka resting "B" face idk, but there wasn't a hint of a smile on her anywhere, but whatever. Moving on. The sandwich was a good size, croissant not greasy. Eggs, perfect, not salty. Together with the ham , avocado, and jalapeno it was a tasty combo. Coffee had good flavor, hints of cinnamon and cocoa, although it was a bit weak. I prefer a medium to strong brew. Oh and I asked if they had creamer. Counter girl seemed confused. The other reviews about terrible customer service are correct. I went today and it took the ladies 34 minutes to make two raspados. I asked for my money back after 20 minutes and she refused saying it was coming, at 30 minutes I asked again, and she refused again, only then did they prepare the raspados. Not only was their delay unacceptable, this is after I accepted to take a flavor that I didn't even want because they were all out of flavors except for pineapple, plum, and arroz con leche. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. El Ranchero on Main Street has better raspados and customer service. Never again here! read more

The past two times, I've gotten the traditional acai bowl and took it home, put it in a big bowl and ate it that way. It's become one of those meals that you never want to end. I had been seeing this place every time I go to El Pollo Loco which is right across in the shopping center. As I walked in, I decided to try the corn in a cup and a small fat burner juice which contains grapefruit, orange, strawberries and blueberries. The guy working here was nice. Total cost was $9.00 and some change. It's a husband and wife team that works here. Very nice couple. I dined inside before heading back to work. My corn in a cup was flavorful. There was butter, Parmesan cheese or maybe the cotija cheese and hot sauce drizzled on top. I mixed it up and the flavors went well together. The fat burner drink is what it is which contained mostly grapefruit juice which I'm not used to. Bitter but drinkable. The berries in it compensated for the bitterness but overall delicious.
