Placed a large order at the door for 5, amongst other items we ordered agua frescas, 4 med and 1 large. We were given 5 medium. After we pointed out that 1 was a large, they took it to the back, placed it in a large cup and added water. Lame, lame, lame. Nothing worse than a watered down banana strawberry agua fresca. Also, noticed an employee on her phone then touching our containers and drinks, we had to wipe down everything with Clorox wipes, not risking cross contamination with COVID19. Advice, watch them closely when they prepare your order/food . Ethics is everything when it comes to customer service, we'll never go back to this place. I been to this place many times I usually get tostilocos. They are okay can be better. I decided to try the pico de gallo which is fruit lime and tajin. But the fruit was really dry and they sprinkled tajin. When I asked if she put lime, girl with attitude said i put half of lime. Fruit is dry but okay. I've been here a few times and have to go out my way to get here. Their smoothies and milkshakes are my primary reason for coming. The wait is sometimes long and when I got there today it looked like a couple of people were waiting for their order, so after I ordered my smoothie and bagel, I went next door to the thrift store to kill time. I was gone for about 5 minutes and when I came back, my order still wasn't ready. By the time I did get my order, everyone who was waiting before and after me had already gotten their order. My brother went to Rally's after the thrift store and he got his food before me. They didn't even make my smoothie until I came back and that was after the guy asked what I ordered. When I asked him why it took so long to get my order - a smoothie and a bagel, ok - he said there were orders before mine. Okay, so what about all the people who ordered after me? Maybe some of them called their order in, but I can't imagine aaaaaalllll those people called in their order. They also raised their prices on their drinks, so I'm even less likely to go out of my way to come back. $6.39 for a 24oz drink seems a bit much. read more

I ordered a coconut cup which is supposed to come with lime and tajin. Instead it had what I believe was Valentina or Tapatio. The hot sauce was a little creamy- not as good as the first time I tried it (which came with lime, tajin). :-( will not be ordering that anymore. read more

Very annoying that employees do not let paid customers use the restroom to watch their hands . According to them the bathroom is broke, but 2 weeks ago another nice employee let me use to watch my hands and everything looks fine... The fruit salads were ok but the torta and sandwich had very little meat & avocado. I was shocked. Forget about asking for extra jalapeños. I asked for extra jalapeños & the girl said there's a fee. I told her, I just paid you $30.00 and you can't give me extra jalapeños? I will stick to where I know I get a great excellent torta de Lomo & especial sandwich. This place is the BOMB!!!!! I'm just getting into the whole fruteria thing and I found this place. Talk about finding a gold mine. This place makes the absolute best bionicos and fresas con crema (strawberries and cream) that you'll ever eat.....period. I met a nice gentleman there the first night I tried them out a couple of weeks ago and he told me that he tried fruterias all over town and this one had the best fresas con crema. The staff is super cool, especially Shirley. They make everything to order, so it's fresh and they can even make some great recommendations depending on what you want/need. The first time we ordered we couldn't decide on what to get (the menu is full of awesome fruit concoctions), so I asked Shirley for some help. She recommended the bionico, which I promptly ordered. That one order changed my life forever (THANKS SHIRLEY). I now order the bionico religiously, but take a chance very now and again on something new. I'm never disappointed!
