I liked the options for pedicures. My pedicure was fine. I did not like how my shellac manicure chipped the very next day and peeled off. Terrible service. I asked for a nail removal and a full set. She hurt my nails the entire time. All nails are uneven and different lengths. I started bleeding from two fingers. When I tried to tell her it hurt she said "I know" and on top of it all she quoted me the wrong price from the very beginning.. I'm going to be filing them down myself when I get home because the edges are so rigid... also I asked for coffin shape and she didn't do coffin shape. WILL NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Good for pedicures and that's about it. As a Mother's Day gift this year I went to get a full set (I miss having long nails). I had a very specific look I wanted and before even sitting at the chair I asked if the look I wanted was possible (I even showed them a picture). They said yes no problem. Once seated I asked the tech if it was something she could do and she said yes. The end result was no where near what I asked for, they are lumpy and overly thick in some spots, almost half of them look crooked even after I asked her to fix them, she cut the crap out of my cuticles and one broke less than a week later. What's even worse is that I paid $55 for this shitty work! If it didn't already take over an hour to do with family waiting for me to bring home dinner I would have asked for them to be taken off right then and there and they wouldn't fix it after. I will NEVER go back again. read more

I have been there many times with different results. Never again! I went in for a mani pedi. A day later I have a bandage on my foot and can hardly walk. I am prone to calluses and sometimes my get fissures in my feet hence the reason I come in for pedicures. Regular use of a rasp will prevent this. Unfortunately, the last time I was in they refused stating that it was against the state regulations. This time I came in and she slapped some chemical on my foot and I just about screamed because the pain was so bad. She immediately put my foot in the water. I guess the chemical had entered into a crack on the bottom of my foot and was burning it. The bacterial cocktail in the water did not help either. She finished me up and disappeared without taking a moment to check the damage or ask me if I was okay. I am seriously wondering if the people that they have working there are even licensed to do this. Avoid if possible, they only care about the dollars and don't care at all if they are being safe or doing the right thing. So disappointed! read more

My sisters and I started going here when our previous nail salon started going down hill. We are so- happy we found this place. The customer service is wonderful and their nail selection is great. Plus, they actually add new colors to their stock! We typically make appointments instead of being walk-ins and have never had an issue of there not being enough staff. I love their paraffin and orange sugar scrub. They serve mimosas, wine, beer, coffee, etc. (at no charge). It is awesome. Love this place. I have had their brow waxing and it is also done well. UPDATE: While I still enjoy this place, I find that they are becoming a bit unreliable on their business hours. I prefer mornings and make my appointments for the morning. I have now had to sit in my car on numerous occasions because they are late. I even had them not show up! I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time and still there was no one there. That was the last time I went. I will start looking else where I think. Such a bummer because I did like the place. I just want to know that when I book an appointment someone will be there. read more

Terrible. As I was having my nails done, I realized how dirty the table was as well as the chairs and floor. While sitting under the light and fan, something blue flew into my nail, which I showed the technician, and she did nothing about it but turn the fan off. After sitting there for fifteen minutes without anyone coming over, I got up and asked to pay. As I left, I realized four of my nails weren't painted completely. You can see on the sides of them where the second and third coat didn't reach, so my nails have layers and a blue spot of who knows what...nice. read more

My friend and I come here very regularly and I am so disappointed with our visit this time. We were told it would be a half hour wait... Ended up being 45 minutes. They were totally short staffed, we were told it was because the owner and tiffany just left for las vegas. Not our fault! Our pedicures were extremely rushed. Except the part where I got left in wax forever! Customers were coming in complaining that they were trying to call and no-one was answering the phone. Staff is running from one person to the next trying to get us all done. This is crazy!! If I didn't have this hot wax on my feet I think I would get up and leave. Very unprofessional. There is nothing relaxing about this visit! Why am I paying for this again?? Just went back to get my half off for complaint on my last visit and tiffany accused me of lying and trying to scam them. She was yelling and accusing me in front of customers. Very unprofessional! Andrew just stood there and let her disrespect us.... Unbelievable! We will never be back here! I have never written a bad review before but I just got a full set on and the second day one chip right off and today another one completely fell off. At first glance I loved my nails but when I looked at them closer they are done so thin. I think that is why this is happening. Went there to get Acrylics done for my wedding, they not only did a sloppy job; but they didn't even push back my cudicals. I try to talk to the manager to either get my money back or get my nails fixed, but every time i called or went in he wasn't there, and it went on like this for 3 days. My wedding is now less than a day away and i have to go somewhere else to pay to get them fixed. It was a week ago i had them done and the grow out looks like i had them done a month or more ago, I have had multiple nail salons say that they did something in the process wrong. I will not go here again, not just because of how poor of a job they did, but because they wont even fix their mistake. read more

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. I've been to this salon before, but it isn't my usual place. There wasn't a wait, I was excited! I asked for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. I was immediately taken to a pedicure chair, and before I could even get comfortable, another employee was trying to work on my hands. After my pedicure finished, I got moved to a different chair for my nails. I felt rushed the entire time. I noticed chunks in my polish and asked the employee to fix it, she did. What I couldn't see in the lighting in the salon that most of my nails had chunks in the polish. At least 2 nails were crooked. And at least 5 nails need to be filed on the side. I caught a few of these things before I left the salon, but honestly the employee should have not rushed and done a better job. I do not plan to return here. I came in today and after I left j noticed that there were quite a few issues with my nails, so I called to see what could be done. I called and explained what happened and was promised a refund when I came back in about 30 minutes. I go back, and they tell me u cannot get a refund and that they could not do anything. Then I asked for the manager and was told that they were in Las Vegas, so I asked for the phone number, got the phone number with no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I asked if I could at least get the shellac removed and was told no and that the manager would now be back at the store at 1 PM tomorrow, when originally they did not know when they were going to be back. My nails look nothing like the picture that I showed and I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to having some cute nails before the school year started. Not impressed! Not sure what the hype is about. This place is nothing special. It was nice and clean which was nice but the pedicure was nothing to write home about. First, there were FIVE of us in pedicure chairs and TWO people performing pedicures. They left parifin on us while they went to the next person. I sat there for 15 minutes while the girl who started mine worked on someone else. My massage was about a minute.. Very rushed and enough time to rub the lotion in. Bummer! Assembly line! After each of us received the SAME manicure and pedicure - we were ALL charged something different. Of course, we did not discover this until later at the rehearsal dinner. Nope. Thought this place would be ok after a previously ok experience. But I will never go back again. I needed a basic pedicure with shellac removal, no big deal. Wrong. After having my feet in the (cold) water for less than 2 minutes, not an exaggeration, the woman decided to use the scissors to try to PEEL the shellac off my toes. After the second toe I put a halt to that and asked why they aren't soaking with cotton balls and foil like anywhere else I've been. They tried to tell me my polish was lifting anyways.. uhh no that's why fricking HURTS. After making her soak my toes she did a rushed and crappy job. She barely scrubbed my heels, she dug her thumbs into my feet and calfs, and I never felt like she cared about anything other than getting to the next person. (Not that there was anyone waiting...) I would have walked out if I hadn't been with a girlfriend who was also getting her own subpar pedicure. My favorite was when she got up because another employee came in with new shoes to show off. At first I loved this place. They serve mimosas, beer and wine, which is nice. When I first went there I had Tiffany do my nails. She did an amazing job. However, no one else there could do my nails right. They looked lumpy and inconsistent, I left unhappy every time they weren't done by her. Even when I would call and make an appointment specifically with Tiffany (which I did 99% of the time), I would show up and she would be running late or too busy with someone else and have someone else there do my nails...I didn't want to ever be rude, so I just said, "yeah that's fine". But they were terrible every time! The last straw was when I called a few days ahead and made an appt with Tiffany (I spoke with her on the phone), I showed up to my appt, and they said she wasn't working that day. That was the last straw. I've spent a lot of money there, two weeks ago over $120. I've just been disappointed too many times. I went to this salon when it first open and was really happy, but it's had a big decline. My last visit I got a shellac polish and pedicure costing me 60$ my shellac had flaked off within a week. I thought maybe it was just a fluke thing. Well I was wrong this Monday 6/27/16 and got the same thing shellac polish and a pedicure for a big event I'm attending tomorrow 7/2/16 and today 7/1/16 my shellac chipped off on after just scratching my face! I couldn't believe it had only been four days! I called while I was on my way to Bonney lake to say I was coming in to get the one finger fixed before my app at 3:30, I called at 2:15. The girl who answered the phone was totally rude and unprofessional told me she was really busy and understaffed and couldn't get me to until 4 to fix one nail. I said fine I'll be there she didn't ask my name to put it down and wasn't sorry that they did such a terrible job and my shellac was peeling off after 4 days, I told her that it was a joke, and all I got was " girl I feel you but we're really busy" your busy doing a terrible job!
