Don't spend your money or time here! Not sure what happened to place, it use to be good. The nail tech/ owner ignored all my request and did what ever she wanted to do, there was also a language barrier and I asked multiple times, tried to show her what was the problem to fill my sides with acrylic and gel polish but didn't. Once she was done I noticed she didn't completely seal with top coat as well. Definitely won't be coming back.

I tried this place and really enjoyed my experience. Lynn did my manicure and eye brows and Rose did my pedicure. I would recommend them! Lynn was very attentive to my nails and made sure I got what I needed. I originally wanted hybrid gel but most places don't have that. She still made my nails great and I loved them. Rose did a classic pedicure and it was fantastic! It was fairly priced ($30) and I love that they time the massage and do a hot stone massage on the classic! That bumped them to 5! Overall nice shop, clean, and good service. I came mid day during the week and was serviced right away.

Made a cold call just to see if they're open during COViD season and glad they were. Conveniently located between Subway and 7-11 on Euclid and Katella, we immediately noticed white tents in front of the salon for the outdoor/tented "express" manicure. We entered and was ushered immediately to the sink area so we can wash our hands and "disinfect". There are plexi glass shields attached to the massage chair and visible hand sanitizers in every corner. Social distancing was observed and the ladies were all wearing gloves and masks. Place seems very clean and obviously adhering to safety pandemic precautions. Jenny did my pedicure and she was efficient and friendly. Paid $38 for deluxe pedicure which includes hot stone leg massage, callous removal and orange scented scrub plus nail polish. My husband was also happy with his foot massage. My only complaint was the massage chair stops every 2minutes and I have to turn it off/on every so often. They apologized and promised to seat me on a different chair next time ...

Terrible experience at this salon. I left after my nail was bleeding and she was blaming me for it. There are 5 salons within walking distance of this spot and I suggest you go elsewhere.

I wanted a 'milk' color and that color was chosen but the nail tech added 4 coats that made my nails look white. I spoke up and she got upset with me, raised her voice & started speaking in her language. She pulled my hand pretty roughly after that & it hurt, so I jolted and she gave me a dirty look. Cut me twice. I'm not from the area so it doesn't matter bc I won't be back but just gotta give everyone a heads up. I don't even want to give a 1 star but it wouldn't allow me to post w/o doing that.

My first time at D'Vine was not a very positive experience but I decided to give them another try because they reached out to me and offered to make it right. I must admit that my second time was better. Nina reached out to me after a bad experience and offerred to redo my nails. After looking at other peoples review, i saw that Nina is the one to go to for pretty nails so i gave her a try. I must say... Nina is very talented! However, because she is so good she is often fully booked therefore its harder to catch her for an appointment :/ just prepare to wait when you come in for Nina. Its hard to give this place a full 5 stars because i have to say... the reviews about the cleanliness about this place, are right. Unlike other nail salons, i also notice that they use the same tools across all their customers. They also do not do those hand massages that they usually would do at other places :/ nonetheless, i think ill be back... im happy with how my nails turned out :)

Absolute worst salon ever. It's interesting because this salon looks very upscale and nice, but the nail techs are not. First of all, i genuinely understand that when i go to a salon there may be a language barrier. However, most of these women barely know any English what so ever. It makes ur very hard to communicate anything. For example: The woman who did my toes filed them down (with a nail drill) so low that i have a bruise on my toe. Not only that, when i tried communicating that it was hurting she didn't understand and continued to burn me with how Hot it was and cut the cuticle areas in my toes. Generally i am not picky with my toes because i just want them to look presentable. My toes are cut up, sore, and have messy nail polish all over them. As for the owner who replies to negative reviews with snarky comments, please do not defend someone who did such an awful job. It's incredible unprofessional and quite frankly disappointing.

I loved the treatment they gave me. I got a gel mani-pedi, with a scrub, and the guy was very kind. My only issue was that the wait time was so long- they definitely were working over capacity and still wanted us to come in. It was a good experience though, and I love my nails. Even a week and a half later my nails are still looking really good. Thank you!!!

I have gave this place a chance and every time I get disappointed, I will not be coming here no more. The nail tech are very rude. They also don't understand what you are asking for and they do what they want. My nails were not done properly the acrylic went over my cuticles and that causes them to not look clean and lift. Can also cause in infection to my cuticles. They also did my French tip to thick when I asked for thinner and under my nails there was a lot of over flow acrylic... they are always in a hurry to get you out as well. They do not sterilize their tools after every client. They won't open a new lunch in front of you they will use the same tools on multiple girls and same nail file. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My first time getting my nails done and I would love to come back if I could! I had a guy do my nails and they came out so perfect. I showed him a picture and it was done almost exactly as i wanted! It was my first time coming to this location and it was a great experience! Everyone was so nice. Tina did my pedi and she was so sweet and always made sure she wasn't hurting me. I really appreciate that. Katherine did my nails and they look gorgeous! They both took their time and I really liked that. Great service overall and very pleased. This is my first time getting a manicure i always go for acrylics but due to my job i prefer not to get acrylics no more my hands look horrible and tanx to them they look amazing again i am in love. They when over the top to make me feel wonderful i just started working overnights so i was exhausted and they when above and beyond with the massage i forgot to get their names but i believe it was the owner. After getting my nails done somewhere else, I had a nail break right across my nail bed while on vacation and found this awesome place. She was so knowledgeable and careful while doing the repair. I experienced literally NO pain while she worked on it, which is amazing because it was a really nasty break which included blood coming up through the crack. All of my nails have been reshaped and they are beautiful and she rebuilt all of my nail walls to give them support to keep the others from breaking while they grow out. She worked quickly, but with great attention to detail. read more

I came into D'Vine on my lunch break to get some last minute acrylics for a Christmas party I have later. I had the intention of doing the basic French tip but with some assistance and encouragement I decided to step outside of my comfort zone. They look amazing! I am extremely pleased with the results! Ok, so this is my second time coming here. First time was a last minute decision since my normal nail tech was on vacation. First visit was great, nails came out average, nothing mind blowing but enough to walk out with no issues and customer service was very pleasant. Again I found myself needing a last minute Hard Gel manicure. I called, spoke with a man (who was very nice), explained what I needed, and even got a quote of cost. Perfect, set my appointment and even came in 10 minutes early to get my color. The woman I spoke with, Firstly couldn't find my name for the said appointment, then proceeds to tell me they don't Do Hard Gel. They 'purchased the supplies for it, but it hasn't been delivered yet. Well then Whhhhy was I told I'm good to come in? Maaaan, I had high hopes this place would be my new go to since moving 25 minutes from my normal tech. Instead I'm just disappointed & wasted my time. read more

**New management** Catherine and John are no longer here, confirmed by new staff.): Completely new techs running the place. While I am sad about Catherine and John, the new techs are very nice! They are very cautious given that they just reopened 3 days ago. They have a no contact sanitizer dispenser right when you walk in Flexi glass barriers protecting yourself and the technician from each other And have you sanitize before manicures! They're prices are higher than the old management's. I got a full set with an ombre design, paid $65 + $28 for the classic pedicure. A little on the pricier side, but left satisfies nonetheless. read more

This place is beautiful! Staff is friendly(: I decided to try this place out and take my sister. John did an amazing job on her matte blue nails! We were treated with smiles. For the prices, they're really worth it. The place is clean and neat. Really comfy stations to get your pedicure done. Went in for only one mani/pedi and left with an extra pedi!(me haha) I really recommend this new spot ! I for sure will be coming in next time I need a pedicure. This place literally sucked. The girl was so rough with my nails, didn't take her time, and it was kind of painful. As you can see from the photo, my middle finger is SO crooked. They just look so bad and cheap. Luckily it was only $25 for a fill so it's not like they ripped me off but I DO NOT recommend. read more

Hands down to this place I was nervous about trying a new nail salon and definitely a new nail tech. I yelped this place and got what I expected. My daughter and I we're very pleased. Such a hidden gem and super underrated! I found D'Vine in May 2020 during the pandemic, been a loyal and returning customer ever since! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The facility follows ALL covid protocols and procedures. I feel safe during my visits, which is extremely important! I was impressed with their virtual menu and nail samples, there's a QR code you can scan on your smart phone for their services, I mean...how cool is that! Less to touch. Danny, the manager, is accommodating with your schedule and knowledgeable. NINA!!! I love you! She is my go to for my full sets, these are just a few of her work, but... She can do it all! Any shape and any trend ! Linda is my pedicure specialist, I literally fall asleep in the chair. Covid took a toll on us all, but every time I visit D'Vine I leave in better spirits. Customer service is above and beyond! Tell them Roxy sent ya! You won't regret it! read more

Got there just before a big rush of people came in. I was able to get seated right away and was in and out in less than an hour. Overall great service. My nails look great. My one star off was based off of the way the gel nails were removed. She used the nail file drill. I understand that it might be faster to remove them this way but it also damages my nail bed more than just using acetone and a cuticle pusher. read more

Nancy and Mimi are amazing! I called on a whim 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. They got me in no problem! Nancy still took her time and did an amazing job on my gel manicure. They were very clean and safe. Everything was sanitized and they wore masks and gloves the whole time. Cannot wait to come back and make this my new nail place! read more

She's always been patient and supportive, especially since I've never quite been able to get used to the feeling of sugaring. Her technique and the way she helps you cope through the discomfort really make a difference. I recently tried sugaring while I was out of the country, and it honestly made me appreciate Katie's skill and experience even more. It reminded me how great she is at what she does. I hope they will learn from this and be more careful in the sensitive parts of a client's nails. ------------ Unfortunately I did not want to write this review but after receiving such a nonchalant response from the owner and nail artist themselves, I feel like it is my responsibility to write an honest review about my experience here. I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done in Korea so I wanted to look up a place that offered Korean style nails. I found purrple nails which was conveniently located near me with a staff filled of Korean artists. My first experience was with Soo and she did fine I guess. I like that she was detailed about her design but she did cut my cuticle once and was very rough with drilling. For those who don't know, drilling gets hot and the artist should know to lift it every few seconds to not burn the person's skin. Because I liked the design so much, I made a second appointment to give another artist a try. This second appointment was with Ellen. She was sooo rough when it came down to removing the polish and cleaning and cutting the cuticles. One of my cuticles started bleeding a lot and she just used the dust to stop the bleeding but did not apologize once. I let it go. But after getting home, I noticed my cuticles and fingers were so tender and red. I decided to let time heal but it's been a week and my right thumb is still swollen and tender. It's painful to touch. I told the owner and Ellen and after some back and forth, they finally did apologize. However it left kind of a sour taste in my mouth because it just seemed like they brushed it off thinking 10 percent off the next appointment would really make up for the pain I'm having in my finger. Not sure if I will come back. The owner asked me to try another artist but how do I prevent this from happening a third time?

I switch between the mindful traveler, pedicure and massages. I get my facial with my med spa membership. I see Martha every 3 weeks for my nail and feet treatment. She is sweet, professional, gentle and detail oriented. My 16 year old pup crossed over Rainbow Bridge. Martha coordinated with her team members Danielle and DJ and we're so thoughtful and gave my family and I macaroon & citrus bath steamers with a hand written card. I buy Disney gift cards at target with my target card for 5% off and the grand California hotel valet parking (normally $75) is complimentary with $125 or $175 service (no tram or walking). Your reservation confirmation will tell you the exact amount. Please tip the valet cast members, they hustle and provide great service. They are thoughtful and full of sweet touches, from the Disney piano music offered during my signature massage to their phone call a few days after the service when I was trying to buy their sold out arnika lotion in the gift shop. They had found it online and wanted to let me know where to buy it. The locker room is luxurious with lots of amenities, including 2 showers (they have on-wall shampoo/conditioner/body wash), 3 bathroom stalls, 1 steam room, oodles of lockers which have your robe and rubber slipper shoes and space to put all your stuff during your treatment, and all of the self-care goodies near the 2 sinks (mouthwash, body lotion, makeup remover, hair spray and gel, clean combs and brushes, an aromatherapy machine) as well as flavored water. They use nice towels to dry your hands, and they have body towels if you take a shower. The lounge space is co-ed, with loungers, chairs, 2 flavored waters, 2 types of small bite-size pastries (blueberry bread and cranberry orange scones), and they offered me hot tea. The wall nearby appears to be stained-glass. Wowsers, what an experience. It's absolutely worth it. Spend the money on yourself, indulge, and you will never regret it. I'll be back for more treatments!!

Cat is the best! She paid such good attention to detail and made sure I was happy with my nails. She noticed that one of my nail seemed a bit off and she didn't hesitate to clean off the gel and add a fill to fix it - mind you, it was past their closing time, but she didn't let time get in the way of making sure my nails were perfect.
