They are so big and delicious! Also ordered the chorizo queso (not pictured). When seated you are served with complementary chips, red salsa and green sauce. The resturant is pretty big and has lots of seating along with a bar area for seating. The service was friendly and our food came out quickly.

Before that I had to go back inside to grab the queso because they forgot then I had to go back in AGAIN because they forgot the chips. After I arrive home I open my food and see the Fajitas with 3! Pieces of chicken, they were cold and bland, they also gave no silverware and gave me all beans no rice along with to sad and cold corn tortillas. I then Called customer service and the first assistant was rude and basically said that the chef had ran out of chicken so they couldn't give me more. I was then transferred to the manager of the store and she told me that I could drive back from Waikīkī to get more pieces of chicken but it's like how would you give me more chicken if you guys were out? And The queso dip was 20 DOLLARS, and the manger said that the 20 queso didn't include chips. Btw the queso cup was the size on a medium ice cream up. You could go anywhere else and get a LARGE cup of queso for 20 and it would be more. The manager then pretended the she couldn't hear me and hung up the call. I managed to call her back and she told me that I would have to contact DoorDash for a refund. 0/10 Horrible customer service. It is crazy how you treat customers like that when they are the ones KEEPING you in business. The manger definitely needs to have work on and needs to improve how she runs things in the restaurant. 0/10 The food was disappointing and disgusting. The fajitas were super bland and the beans smelled the like they were expiring and that's coming from someone who eats beans very often. The chicken was also bland and veggies along. The manger wouldn't refund me full and only said partially. How she handled the situation was not professional at ALL.

Food was so good. From the rice to refried beans to the lunch special we ordered. Mine was the chili relleno with chicken enchilada, Second plate ordered was also a lunch special was great. Nice size portion for a lunch special. We got full and took home our leftovers for dinner. I like how the cook came out I'm guessing maybe she's an owner to ask how everything was. Nice atmosphere they have a bar if you want to order adult cocktails. Give Pacos Tacos a try. Let's keep them here in Kapolei. Surround yourself with Joy aloha Lisa

My search for my favorite Mexican restaurant on Oahu continues, and I really enjoyed my visit…read moretoday! We started with chips and salsa, which came with traditional red salsa and two additional bottled salsas. My favorite was the orange-colored one, it was so good! For an appetizer, I ordered the taquitos, which came out quickly and were surprisingly filling. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken fajita skillet. It was served with a plate of rice and beans, along with pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on the side. My friend ordered the two-taco plate with Baja fish tacos, rice, and beans. She thought they were delicious! The tacos were topped with slaw, cabbage, tomatoes, and an avocado salsa. The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the horchata. After taking a few sips, I asked if I could switch it to a Jamaica drink instead. It was better, but it still didn't quite hit the spot for me. One thing I really appreciated was that we were served water immediately after being seated, in the cutest Corona cups! Another server also stopped by to check on us, which was a nice touch and showed great teamwork. Thank you for the fast and friendly service. We will definitely be back! We also watched another table order a margarita that completely stole the show. It was served with a little duck on top and was basically a giant pour-your-own cocktail for the entire table. I thought it was genius and definitely had that wow factor. I AM COMING BACK!

A hearty eater would probably need four or five. Both wrapped together in foil. In fact, so small, that I told the guy at the window that I ordered two. Then he told me they're both wrapped together. He gave me both sauces - chili and green. The person I bought one of the tacos for didn't want hers after showing it to her. I must say, the grounded beef had a dry taste and texture. I added the green sauce hoping it would liven up the tacos. The tortilla shell was very soft too. Topped with some cilantro and onions (chopped small to my liking). Overall, the tacos turned out like how I expected. NOT a "Wow" first impression. I gave this place a 4-star rating because I'd go back. I used to like beef tacos (before I discovered SOH's Birria Tacos). Service was pleasant and cordial. A few people had ordered before and after me. They're located in Pearl City Shopping Center where Long's Drugs is and on the left as you walk up to Ben Franklin. This place keeps busy mainly because of the location - lots of people walking around. Oh, my beef tacos was only $3.00 since it was "Taco Tuesday." I looked at my receipt and realized that.

With the number of people we had it was a bit tight, but we made it work and the energy was great. As a vegan, it can be challenging finding something that fits the bill, but I was able to enjoy the chips and pico de gallo and the portion was huge, so I ended up sharing with my table. Despite our large group, everyone's food came out quickly, which was impressive. The servers were really kind and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. There was also plenty of free parking, which is always a huge plus. Everyone kept talking about how good and authentic the food was, (and how large the portions were!) so I'd say if you have a hankering for Mexican food come and give them a try and let us know how it was! Said that we could sit at any open table. First time there, she gave us time to look over the menu. Good selection, one is ground beef which one of my dinning companion likes. Chips and salsa right off the back. Mmmmm. 1) Cheese Burrito plate. Very good. 2) Taquitos plate. Crunchy, not over cooked. 3) Tamale / taco combo plate. I loved that the taco didn't crack in half when I bite into it like some other taco places. 4) Ground beef chimichanga. All plates comes with Spanish rice and refried beans. Pros: Nice portions that would fill you up. Food came hot and fresh. Con: Maybe it might have been me but, I would have like more chip and salsa. There was only one server, so service was slow or maybe it was the kitchen. Not sure. I hate these 3% charge card when paying for your food. Would I go back? Maybe. It's close to where I live and it's not as crowded as other places that are more known. Parking is easy when I went. I like that my crunchy tocos don't break apart when you eat it.

But plot twist--I was wrong. I ordered the El Charro burrito and was immediately confused... because it was actually GOOD. Like, flavorful-good. Seasoning? Present. Taste? Alive and thriving. I had to pause mid-bite just to process what was happening. Location-wise, it's inside the same building as Aiea Bowl, which is honestly iconic. You can go from strikes to burritos in under 60 seconds--efficient and delicious. Ambiance is a little on the compact side, like "don't bring your entire extended family unless you like playing Tetris with chairs." But when I went, it was pretty empty, so it actually felt chill. Service? Quick and efficient. No nonsense. They got me my food fast, which I respect deeply because I was already emotionally attached to that burrito. Final verdict: 4 stars. I happened to be in the Waipio area, a rarity for me, and decided to see what might be worth taking back home. I had never heard of Acapulco but was in the mood for Mexican grinds and when yelpers Fran and Gail reviews popped up, I knew this was one to try. They have indoor and outdoor dining options. Both spaces are very clean. I ordered two plates to go. Both plates came with rice and beans which were delicious. The gave a nice quantity of food. My meal of choice was the combo chili relleno and a beef enchilada with the red sauce. Both were delicious and did not get drowned out by the sauce and cheese. Excellent balance and taste. With gas prices being what they are, coming here is only going to happen when I'm in the area.
