My cousin always gets the seafood raviolis and it was good but they only give you a couple of them and it's mainly sauce. They give you bread too which is just plain white crunchy bread. We got told it would be a 30 minute wait. At 35 minutes a party of two that had been there for twenty minutes got sat at a 4 too and cut the line. We were told it was because they knew the manager. We then got told 30 minutes later they were going to sit us at a two top and we're sorry. We had 3 more parties slip in front of us and we were told it was because they ear marked a table for us for a party that paid and they were expecting to get up. We ended up getting sat after an hour and ten minutes and had a total of 4 parties jump in front of us all taking a four top. read more

Really great food and huge portions. Parking across the street pay during the week says Methodist Church only on Sunday ( towing 24/7). It would seriously be sad if the church had people towed, that ain't christian charity. But anyway. Garlic bread with cheese was super garlic and had lots of mozzarella and ricotta cheese. Never had garlic bread with ricotta. It was a great start. Three entrees were Chicken Parma, Shrimp Penne, and Chicken Fettuccine. Lots of shrimp in the Shrimp and Penne. The dish was really good , but I think with Fettuccine Sauce instead of Pomodoro it would be even better. Husband ate all his chicken on the Chicken Parma, so assuming it was good. My mother in-law fisnished all her Chicken Fettuccine and she said it was great. Food took quite awhile but that was Ok. They were doing lots and lots of carryout. Our server did a great job. We had the most unpleasant service with our waitress Savannah. First, we come here all the time and our go to order is the Truffle Tortellini and we always get Pomodoro sauce mixed in. The waitress said no and continued to say that the kitchen staff would not understand the instruction to mix the sauces because of a language barrier and did not want to attempt to ask. After about 3x times telling her we get it all the time, she said she would ask (still insisting it would not be possible) and the dishes came out just like we usually get. Next, she didn't check on our table at all. Like at all. We had two tables next to us and she always checked in on them and none for us. When it came time to pay, she charged us the group gratuity which said it was for a group for 8+. We had 7. So when we asked her why she said it was cause we were sat in the back of the restaurant and all parties sat back there are charged the automatic gratuity. We didn't feel this was truthful because if it says party of 8, it should have been because of the party amount and not where you were seated? Asked other waitresses on the way out what the gratuity was and they said parties of 8+ so it confirmed what she said was false. Lastly, I used a gift card to pay and my card was definitely overcharged and does not calculate out properly. Overall, such a horrible waitress experience. This is one of our top 3 pizza places in town. My husband, who is a chef, is obsessed with their cheesy bread and the crust on their pizzas. My kids also said this is their favorite pizza place next to da Vinci's, which actually lets them make their own pizza for a dollar on Tuesdays. I love coming here even more now Because of the crust and the vegan and vegetarian options. They also have fabulous organic white wine that I obsess over. Their chocolate dessert balls are phenomenal and so fun for my kids. I can't believe I don't have pictures! The parking can be tricky because it is downtown. However, there is a lot right across the street. Our only problem is we always spend way too much money here, but if you're on a budget you could just share a pizza pie and make it work. I am not sure what the hype is about. The people working there were friendly. Our water glasses were tiny, just a bit larger than shot glasses. We were not offered regular water glasses (although every table around us had them). I also was a bit uncomfortable with the open containers of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on the table. Usually, these condiments are in covered containers. How many diners had sneezed or coughed at this table before? Sort of gross. I ordered the pasta with meatballs, my partner ordered the salad with salmon. The salad was good. The pasta was just okay. The sauce tasted like it was out of a jar. The meatballs were alright, but not outstanding. The bread, ugh, it was disgusting. The cook had oiled it and thrown it on the grill but it wasn't toasted at all and it tasted like a mixture of oil and gas or propane or whatever fuel they use for their grill. It wasn't even warm. It was inedible. We let the server know about the bread when he came to clear the table. We weren't looking for a freebie or a discount, just hoping that the cook does not ruin the bread for future customers. Not sure we will be back. read more
