This company used scamming marketing techniques. Apparently they had an illegal lead generation company call me when my phone number is on the do not call list and then they called me on a local number they said wasn't their phone number and called it "a system error". They said I submitted an online request for a roofing quote which was a lie. When I called their main office in Dallas TX they refused to let me speak with a manager about the problem. Don't do business with a company that starts out crooked and lying. Local Yelp reviews are less than two stars. BBB for their headquarters in Dallas show over 600 complaints in the last three years with the majority of them being unresolved. read more

Higher pressure company that uses marketing to try and sell you overpriced contracts. Had them come out to price out a walk-in tub for my special needs son. Told them we needed a quote to submit to Medicaid, and no work would start until it was approved. Rep spent hours in our home and turned a simple quote into a high pressure sales pitch. They insisted we put down a deposit to "start the project" even though we explain again we needed to get this approved through Colorado Medicaid first. She got on the phone with her "manager" and he tried to pressure us by saying, "he will no longer discount the project" if we didn't put $500 down. That was my cue to look for a new company then. I have some issues with my roof and I called my insurance company about getting an estimate. I was incorrectly told to find a roofer myself and have someone come out. A young man and woman came to my house, looked at my roof and then proceeded to give me an estimate of over $50,000. They called the owner who was willing to give me discount but I had to commit THAT DAY!! I told them in no uncertain terms that I could not commit without talking to my insurance company. Let me be clear- I will NEVER use a company that tells me I have to commit on the same day without doing some research. I felt like someone being pressured to buy a time share. Also, I got some song and dance about the company name being a combination of the owners twins. Let me assure you, I don't give A DAMN what prompted you to call this company whatever. If I could give negative review I would! Called and talked to a person about getting someone out to give me a bid for 5 basement windows. I told them on the phone I did NOT want a 90 minute sales pitch. I have 5 basement windows I need replaced. The sale guy Sebastian and his trainee came and measured my windows. Sebastian, ever the salesman kept asking me personal questions about my family etc. When it came time for the quote Sebastian decided to sit down and give me the 90 minute sales pitch. Even though I reminded him at the beginning that I did NOT want one. As he was getting started, I reminded him again that I did not want one and that I was assured by the guy on the phone that I would not have one. Sebastian told his trainee to write that down, that they wouldn't tell me that and that the guy I talked to would get fired. After that he proceeded to tear down other window companies and kept asking me stupid questions about their warranty and would I want the warranty of the other window companies. I DON'T CARE! I have 5 windows. I told him I didn't want the sales spiel again and was ignored. He finally after an hour of sitting in my house got to the price. $12000 for 5 windows. Are you freaking ridiculous. I told him no. He then proceeded to call "Connor" his manager who authorized him to drop the price to 9500 if I signed that night and put down a $2000 deposit. I said no, I wanted to get more bids. He then became very belligerent and went off on the whole you don't want good windows routine. Sebastian was rude disrespectful and belligerent. I was given a flyer no payments for 2 years promotion. They got here and seemed to have bad attitude. Started to ask about my house inspection and how well it was done. BiG RED FLAG. They hadn't found issues yet just wanted to see how far they could push me into feeling guilt for their up coming sales pitch. Then when it came to getting a price it started out at 43,000 for only a roof! After saying no I would wait to talk to my husband they kept pushing that I needed to sign up now and not look at other opinions. They wouldn't honor the 2 year no payment promotion unless I gave them a good review and would put me out 1 year until my first payment! (WHAT A FRAUD) Then I kept saying no, no, no. He was so pushy and would not leave. My kids started to get into the car in attempts to me getting them to see i had to leave. I was followed to my local gym and when I was leaving was held hostage outside my vehicle. I kept saying no and he would not move out of my way to let me leave. He kept calling his manager and got the price down to 23,000 so completely cut in half!! With so many red flags i don't see why anyone would want business with them! So pushy, so expensive and quick to steal from anyone willing to say yes. Had some reps to this company out the other day. I made the mistake of filling out the Instagram window ad and this was one of 30+ companies that called me. 2 reps showed up and were very nice, but salesmen through and through. Tell you the truth I was not that into the sales strategy. I like it when the representative comes in, looks at the job, gives you a ballpark price and leaves. This was not the case here. These people were in my house for 3 hours to look at 2 windows. Even though I was dealing with a toddler and trying to work around the nap schedule, making this abundantly clear seemed to be artificially acknowledged. They have to look at the windows, then present a slide show about where the company originated, how it's moving across America and expanding, the reviews, the warranty (which is a good one), and more. It's daunting to say the least. They continuously say "we value your time" but that isn't the case. They value the sale. It was also very clear from the get go that they would not leave without a contract. And they did a very good job of this. I made my financial situation very clear as well as my time table, and they again, acknowledged in an artificial way. I did end up signing, I do think I got a decent price, and the products they have are solid. But after talk with my wife we cancelled the next day. You have 72 hours to cancel and we did it in 15. But that still didn't come easy. I called the rep who told me his manager would call me to work something out. I had to make it very clear that we were cancelling and it still didn't work. Had to call customer service to cancel. So I believe I'm cancelled. They haven't charged my card for the deposit. I am not sure why the word 'free quote' means selling and more selling when all I wanted was a quote. These guys don't do their own work. They hire contractors. That was a turnoff for me. I could arrange to have other stuff done through the contractor only and no warranty. Estimate started at $16k and lowered it to 12k to buy me. This was first of 3 bids I'm getting for a super simple walk in shower 36 by 36in. That's it! After an hour and a half of the lady pressuring me by starting super high a lowering it as if she's being nice. 17k first bid came down to 9k, at which I said I'll still be getting the 2 other bids. I'm very upset. This company has lied to me several times since I signed their contract in October 2019. Poor quality installation, leaking roof, thousands of nails and old shingles left in my yard, and I have no confidence that their management will ever deliver on their promises. The damage to my wood siding and decks from throwing the old shingles and nails is extensive. They acknowledged that normally this wouldn't happen. Their manager who came to visit after the job was complete told me that the installation crew is expected to put down tarps on the decks, and they should be careful throwing the shingles so they don't fly back into the siding and make gouges. But the crew on my job put hundreds of little gouges in my siding and deck. I will include pictures if I can. It's going to cost me $9,000 to repair siding and repaint. They refuse to do anything because the contract states they are not liable! Please don't do business with them. If you look at my Yelp reviews, you will see that normally I give very positive feedback. I'm not a person that berates a company. However, in this case, they absolutely deserve it. They are untrustworthy. They intentionally make misleading statements in order to manipulate people. They are the worst type of business which has the sales team make a pitch focused on "highest quality", but then time after time fail to deliver quality. They repeatedly ignore phone calls, emails, text messages, and even blocked my truck in my garage for 5 freaking days! As of July 20 (9 months later), they are still promising to remove a dangling strand of heat tape that they unhooked but did not remove as they told me they would. It is dangerous. For the past three weeks, they have scheduled a visit five times to remove it. But today it is still there. I'm beyond upset. They are simply horrible people to work with. I am so very sorry that I gave them my $27,000 for a new roof. I will regret this for years to come. Beware! Dabella is a very bad choice. Do your homework and select a company you can trust. DaBella is terrible. I told them I had quotes from WindowWorld (since they both use the same windows) and DaBella simply hung up on me. These companies all use the same windows. What you're paying for is their markup and installation. Many of these window and roof companies just hire the cheapest subcontractors and everything else is profit. The windows themselves are roughly $600 each; everything else on your total bill is installation and profit. Note that they pay the installers roughly $100 per window... so you can do the math. read more

The sales pitch is great, a bit much, and like being at a car dealership, which is my worst nightmare, but they cover all the bases. However, the truth of the matter is, they quoted twice as much as any other company we had gotten quotes from. They quoted a hilarious $91+ for Hardie on a two story single family home that has no more than 2500 sq. ft. on the exterior. No joke... $91!!!!! Obviously, my immediate reaction was, NO! Then they got on the phone with their "boss" to ask how they could lower the price. Once off the lengthy apologetic phone call, they said they could do the job for between $50k to $70k... laugh. We immediately said no again, so then one of two guys said he'd have to call his boss again to let him know, so that his boss didn't think they were messing around, and to again ask to lower the price. I immediately felt like they were abusing my kindness and patience, so I told the guy on the phone that they needed to leave now, that we have things to do. They left, but moments later rang our doorbell to offer $55k, but only if we sign the contract right then and there. I kid you not! The cojones on these boys! Requested a rep to visit my shower remodel project - very simple remove bathtub and just make a shower - and stated their flyer quoted prices at $998 - don't send anyone who can't match that sales offer. I'm beyond frustrated with the sales tactics of this company. They came an hour early and then stayed for 4 hours. That's right....4 hours!!!! We work from home and can take a little extra time out of our day, but 4 hours is completely unreasonable. I started dropping hints after 2 hours that were completely ignored- I wish I had just been more direct and just told them to get out. We were starving by the time they left. To say that their tactics are sleazy and transparent is an understatement. Originally, I was quoted over $70k for my windows (which is way overpriced above the marked) and when we balked, somehow the price magically dropped to $55k. How the windows got $15k cheaper within 2 minutes shows how much buffer there is in their price. I flat out told them that I wasn't going to drop over 100k based off one conversation (which was the price for both windows and siding that we were quoted) and they started getting desperate. They made fake calls to their manager to tell me about pricing that was only available today and that I couldn't come to them later asking for that price. Bear in mind...one of the reps was a child who had never bought his own house and had no concept of what an investment siding and windows is. He was more than willing to spend over $100k of my money like it was no big deal. When he grows up and gets a place of his own, I bet he's going to feel real foolish for some of the things he said to me. Eventually I got them out of the house and finally back to work.... Until I hear a knock on my door 5 minutes later and the sales rep was back again!!! He quoted another number and said it was only good for today and don't call him later asking for that price. I told him it would be ludicrously stupid of me to drop 100k without serious consideration and that the answer for today was a resounding NO. I had to literally chase him out of my house at that point. No respect of time. Didn't listen to a thing I said. These guys belong in a used car sales lot in the 80's. Met with Berkley who walked around our house, got on our roof, and took pictures and measurements of what's left of our roof. She sat with us for over two hours as she explained the process and DeBella's products. She explained the value of a total roof system and all the related components versus just installing new shingles. Berkley made multiple phone calls in order to get us the best price for financing that was within our budget. Looking forward to seeing the new roof. read more
