The cold, creamy texture balances the acidity of the smoked meats and pinto beans. I always find a great potato salad adds the balance to the spices, acids and smoke to round out the meal. I gave them four stars simply because I understand the nature of running a kitchen, smoker, etc and sometimes the schedule to put product out for the next day may cause staff to miss a step here and there such as making sure cleaning agents and their lingering odors are flushed from cooking apparatus'. All in all it was good food and the staff were friendly. I will visit again but I may skip the ribs next time.
