Food was delicious & fresh! Service was friendly & food came out quickly. Loved the vibes, super cute atmosphere. Second time in & I will definitely be back!

This is a fun place to check out! The food portions are large and delicious! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. They have a large section of brews. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. The parking could be difficult but it's worth it!

Daft Badger Brewing is one of my favorite post hike lunch stops. The food and beer are amazing as is the service. Forgot to take a picture of my lunch so here is a picture of Rowdy my hiking partner who is allowed on the comfortable heated patio.

We've been coming here for over 6 years. Everything has always been consistent. The staff acknowledge and greet you as soon as you enter. There is plenty of seating - in the summer the patio is opened up and in the winter it's sealed off and they use heaters to keep it a nice temperature. They have weekly specials, which is one of the reasons we like to visit. Some of their regulars offerings like the Brie, Apple, & Bacon Sandwich or their Blue Cheese Salad are always enjoyable and full of flavor. They always have a Great Selection of beers they make, but our favorite will always be the Blood Orange.

What a great location in a quiet area. It was clean, welcoming with warmers on the patio to keep us feeling cozy the entire lunch. Our server did an amazing job of paying attention to detail and still giving us space so we could enjoy of family visit. The food- what can we say? The flavors complemented each other, came out hot, fresh very fast!! We will be back next time we are in, ID.

The Flying Kiwi from Daft Badger Brewing.
    Alden C.

For Daft Badger Brewing I had the Flying Kiwi on two separate occasions. This is a Vienna style Lager with Kiwi at the forefront. I have had Kiwi beers in the past and usually I get along with them okay. This particular lager is light and clean with not too much sweetness which is something I prefer. My first outing with this lager was off the tap at the taproom which has a nice patio by the way. It's where I enjoyed this beer. The carbonation was good and the Kiwi highlight was pleasant and noticeable. I bought a can of the same, Flying Kiwi to take home. The carbonation was not comparable with what was in the can and what was off the tap. It really affected the flavor of the beer from the can and didn't taste all that similar to what I had off the tap. It still wasn't bad but the flavors seemed more muddled and not as distinctive as what the beer on tap tasted like.

Not at all, Daft Badger is family friendly and has a kids menu. They have cornhole and a ping pong table outside, people even bring their dogs.

CLBP is just on the north side of 90 adjacent to the Wallace RV park. The inside is very comfortable and inviting. It was quite busy at noon on a Saturday afternoon so service was a little slow. No worries though especially since there was a crowd because of the ladies homesteading gathering being in town. Weird but I didn't go with a flight this time. I started with a pint of the Pulaski Porter while SWPFTD went with the Mountain Top amber. Both were quite tasty. I ordered the French dip sandwich which was fantastic. SWPFTD had the Reuben which was also very good. Yes, I ate part of her sandwich. I wrapped up with a pint of the milk stout on nitro and SWPFTD had the blood orange IPA. The IPA didn't work for me but I never love the blood Orange. The milk stout was really good though. CLBP is a great stop in Wallace! Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you! I hope my confidence is not misplaced.

What happened to customer service?! The burgers were flavorful but over cooked meat. Only thing worth going for were the beers. Thank goodness those were acceptable. Moo. This cow enjoys grazing at Bardic Brewing. It's a family-friendly brewpub in Spokane Valley…read morewith thoughtful craft drinks, good food, and a calm pasture where conversations don't have to compete with loud music or glowing TV screens. When this cow wanders in, there might be stouts being slowly savored near the fireplace, humans discussing ancient literature, a family laughing over a half-finished pizza, or a nearby table deep into a heated game of Magic the Gathering with ESBs and cider in hoof. It's cozy, communal, and usually feels just right. One thing this cow respects -- the beer here is strong, and it's not brewed for the weak. There's nothing on tap that isn't unique or intentional. That said, this also means Bardic isn't for everyone. The average beer drinker looking for a simple, easy-drinking West Coast IPA that isn't pushing 9% ABV may leave unsatisfied, and that likely eliminates a large portion of beer drinkers in the area. For adventurous palates, though, this place is a treat. Lately, this cow has noticed the welcome hasn't been quite as warm as it used to be. The beer and food remain excellent, but the last few visits felt a bit less friendly. A smile or a greeting would go a long way in restoring the inviting feel this pasture is known for. Nothing has soured, and this cow will return. I just hope the hospitality rises to match the boldness of the beer and the heart of the space -- because when it does, Bardic Brewing is a fantastic place to graze. Moo.
