This is the driveway to the back of the building for couple shared parking stalls

Not just bread... Though that's all you'll basically see when you walk into this very tiny shop on South King Street, I'm sure that many of you have passed here and have either wondered or just not noticed as it's just a simple shop doing what it does best is baking mini French bread. Just as guilty as this is my very first visit suggested by bestie Nadine C since it's a great place to grab a sandwich as they open early from 7am. If you make your own you can purchase them for $2 each but a sandwich (pork or chicken) banh mi are $12 and no there's no menu other than the neon sign in the window to suggest they have such item available. Just a single lady in the shop as I walked in and asked about the sandwich she says pork or chicken which I chose pork and says it will just be 3 minutes and to sit and wait which I did and it was fast. Nicely wrapped and ready for transport since there's no seating we took it to the mall to enjoy and was surprised of the layer of goodness piled in was very generous with the usual pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, cucumber slices and jalapeño as well (sorry Nadine) along with sliced pork and pate...love the bread as it was nice and soft not too crusty all fresh and yummy it was a very filling lunch. Honestly not quite sure what else they sell but know that they do make a yummy banh mi and glad that we made this trip for a quick lunch stop which was worth it and yes they do have parking in the back of the building that they do share with other tenants as well just a couple of stalls but lots of street metered parking available as well. Thank you!

Dropped Mimi off for grooming and decided to kill some time. Driving up King St saw this shop and parked in front to pick up whatever they were selling. Very small shop selling fresh baguettes Mini Banh Mi size and full size. Bought three, one for me and a ne each for the guys at home for tomorrow's lunch. $2 each for the minis inclusive of tax. Back in the car and munching on an absolutely delicious, fresh, chewy and crunchy crusted baguette. I ate the white thing as I drove to my next destination for breakfast! lol I'm covered in bread crusty crumbs but that's just ok. I'll be back next grooming appointment

Daily Bread is located on King Street, by a Chinese Herbal Medicine Store. I believe there is metered parking in front of the bakery, though I can't be sure because I walked. I bought 6 medium sized French baguettes for $12 total. $2/baguette is a bit steep, but worth an occasional buy. The female staff was welcoming and helpful. She bagged up my bread nicely and made certain I got what I asked for. I will visit again if I ever need baguettes for Banh Mi or other dishes.

They just started selling banh mi sandwiches! So much meat and veggies, it's delicioussss. I took couple bites before the pics, couldn't resist.

Great excuse to go again! There was a line, but it moved quickly. You could tell which items were popular cuz their spot was empty. However, they were quickly replaced. Everything was delicious!!! Hubs had to fast from 6 am for his 2 pm surgery so I thought he would probably be starving and would enjoy a delectable salt and butter roll from here. At $4.50 a piece I consider this a luxury for us. I found a close stall in the parking structure. A very cheerful polite male employee took my order. I had seen two occupied tables as I walked into the shop. Both had matcha drinks. Why not? I asked the young man assisting me, what's the best matcha drink? He said his favorite was banana matcha with extra banana foam. Okay I'll try it. He repeated it to the cashier. So popular there was a wait for beverages to be prepared. Soon enough mine was ready. I think Doc would enjoy this drink. This shop is a working bakery. Many yummy pastries displayed. Menu is posted high up above to choose from. Rather tiny shop with room for customers to stand in line to order and wait for drinks. Clean, busy with a few tables and chairs outside but pretty much in direct sun.

So far I've only tried the breakfast items here a few times. The breakfast sandwich is different…read morebut good. I think the meat changes but it's usually some slice of meat rather than a sausage or bacon and there's also cooked greens on there that are a little different. The croissant items I've had have all been really good. Today I tried the quiche and it was very good and had a really tasty croissant crust. The egg and ricotta in there was really creamy and custard like. Mushrooms were good but I wonder if this would be even better with Hamakua mushrooms? It would mesh well with their use of local ingredients. The one negative is that the $3.75 coffee was TINY. Granted if you eat there I think you can refill it but kind of a rip off if you're getting things to go. The meat is all pretty pricy but it's local stuff so that's cool. There's also some unique things that you probably can't find elsewhere. I was excited to see venison pastrami and venison liver mousse. Hoping to try some of that stuff soon!

Since it was their anniversary on Sunday, also got their celebratory funfetti cupcake which also like their baked goods did not disappoint. The croissant base of many of their pastries is flaky. When fresh it crunches with every bite that you take. This time around we had the cinnamon roll, mango danish which had a chocolate mochi filling, and their char siu bun. It's such a neat take to have char siu in a croissant. We are used to having it in the doughy bao bread but in a croissant, savory with a crunchy outside tastes so much better. I love sweet but this one wasn't overly sweet, who would have thought that mango and chocolate pair so well together. It's the summer months, fresh mango on pastries. It was the perfect ripeness. For the cinnamon roll, you honestly cannot forget get their cinnamon roll...It's flaky and again the frosting is not overly sweet. Can't wait to get another box of their pastries again soon.

I love Pipeline Bakeshops Malasadas! I have been to several Malasada places in Hawaii but | love…read morethere's the best for the following reasons: 1. the size of the malasadas: some restaurants tend to make their Malasadas smaller and when places do this it ruins the overall texture and quality of it. The bigger the malasadas size the more airy and fluffy and more bread layers that will be inside. 2. their malasadas always taste fresh and the same quality each time. 3. their malasadas don't feel oily or heavy at all Overall I would highly recommend this place for their Malasadas! I'm so happy to have found them. I can back multiple times on my trip. They also have other desserts too that I have yet to try. They have ice cream, cakes, and other desserts Also tip: if you are ordering a malasada also order a coffee or a matcha drink to go with it. The cinnamon sugar from the malasada just matches so perfectly with a drink this restaurant is also a nice place for walking! There's lot of stores and restaurants to walk around! I'm trying to remember but I think there was a book off that was not too far from here! If you either drive or maybe walk. Service: staff was super helpful and friendly while I was there. I was having an issue with my online order because my phone was being glitchy and they were so nice in helping :) Also wanted to note their branding is so cute!! They even sell merch items too
