    Maple cruller
    Vicky J.

Here for the cruller only! 10/10 so fluffy and airy on the inside, with yummy maple crust. I was in heaven. Fast line, fast service. I also got the bagel sandwich it was good/standard/as expected.

Cool location. You order at the counter, get a number, grab a seat, and your meal is delivered to you. There is inside and outdoor seating options. Isat outside because the morning was gorgeous and the weather was so pleasant. I tried the everything croissant with smoked salmon & cream cheese, as well as a blueberry lemon muffin (yum!) They both were filling as it prepared for another awesome day in NY. There is plenty of seating. Accessible entrance.

Tuna Melt ($13.50) Tomato Soup ($7)
    Ryan H.

Try: Tuna Melt! Why: A heaping amount of tuna salad with melted cheese and greens on sourdough bread - delicious! The bread tasted buttery with a nice light crunch. Loved the tuna salad inside! I was hungry so added a tomato soup, which was watery but zesty. My preference is more creamy for tomato soup. Washed it all down with a cold refreshing Topo Sparkling Water. Note: We came during lunch time (noon) and it was packed! It was a bit confusing as our first time there because people were waiting in same small area at the entrance for takeout and dine in. Line to order was fairly quick as we waited for about 10 mins. The worker had a genuine smile and was welcoming and helpful. After ordering for dine in, food came out very fast around 5 mins. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Def coming back when I'm craving a Tuna Melt. Also, their breakfast and pastries look really good too.

    Maple Cruller (~$5)

Ordered: 16oz Iced Latte with Vanilla Syrup (~$6) Maple Cruller (~$5) Cinnamon Cruller (~$5) Chicken Sausage, Egg, & Cheese (~$10) with Avocado (+$2.50): spiced chicken sausage patty, fried runny egg, and American cheese on a poppy seed roll The Goldilox (~$15): cream cheese, cucumber, red onion, and smoked salmon on an Everything Croissant Aya's take: Why did it take me this long to come to Daily Provisions! I actually came here two days in a row since I was in the area and there were too many items I wanted to try. The Iced Latte with Vanilla Syrup was great - the espresso was balanced, the latte was creamy, and the vanilla added a much needed touch of sweetness. Now, if you come for anything, let it be the Crullers. The Maple Cruller was unreal. It was sweet, buttery, crisp, fluffy, light, and beyond addicting. I could've inhaled 2 of them easily. The Cinnamon Cruller was also done well but the cinnamon sugar didn't hit as much as the maple. The Chicken Sausage, Egg, & Cheese with Avocado was super filling, great balance of flavors, and probably one of the healthiest and cleanest breakfast sandwiches I've had in the city. The poppy seed roll was fluffy and held the ingredients together well. Despite that, it wasn't anything extraordinary and hot sauce helped bring out more flavor. The Goldilox was quite enjoyable as well. I loved the everything croissant! This would've went crazy on the breakfast sandwich too. The portion of cream cheese was lacking a bit but everything else was solid. The smoked salmon was a bit too salty although I prefer that over fishiness. The cucumber and red onion helped cut through some of the saltiness. Both sandwiches were great tries, satisfying in their own way, and reasonable priced for NYC standards. Do yourself a favor and get a cruller here; anything else is just a bonus!

Unfortunately they were out of all crullers before 11am. Had a very tasty breakfast sandwich though! Fluffy roll, runny egg, and a surprisingly juicy sausage! Really hit the spot and can't go wrong. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I've been a fan of Daily Provisions for years, and not sure why it took me this long to try one of their cruellers. I heard their Hudson Yards location was having a Nightmare Before Christmas event and needed to attend. They had a special crueller just for the weekend. Paired with their matcha, it was a match made in heaven.

Bacon, egg, and cheese + wake me up sauce + drip coffee

I needed to find a breakfast spot before I took a workout class and on Yelp, Daily Provisions was recommended. You order at the front and you have the option for takeaway / to-go or dining in. I went for breakfast AND lunch! For breakfast, I was able to easily grab a seat at the bar. For lunch, it was busy and luckily, found a single seat at a shared table. For breakfast I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese and the ladies working there made sure I tried the wake me up sauce. This sauce is house made and DELICIOUS! I also had a drip coffee. For lunch, I did a kale Caesar salad with chicken and I tried their seasonal (and very popular) chai cruller! The salad was healthy and did its job but that cruller. Oh that needs a hand clap! The employees were wonderful and so kind, plus the food is good, but the people is usually what will get me to return! Glad I had two meals there!

    Lumberjack

This shop was featured in a Babish video as one of NYC's best breakfast sandwiches, so I was eager to try it out. I ordered the Lumberjack, which is their bacon, egg and cheese served on a maple cruller. It didn't disappoint- sweet and savory, each bite tasted like a full breakfast. The smoky, thick-cut bacon was the best part. The sweetness of the donut wasn't overpowering, and it added a great maple flavor. The egg and cheese rounded everything out nicely. My only complaint is that the sandwich is super small; one was definitely not enough, and I could easily eat two or three of these for lunch. The service was good and pretty quick. The ambiance is great, with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Would be a great place to sit down with food and a laptop.

    Matcha Iced latte Maple cruller
    Jane L.

Loveee everything we got. Typically I find iced matcha/coffee too sweet or watery at places where its not their specialty, but they were decent here! Maple cruller was the star for me. airy yet crispy donut with a great maple flavor. I could eat 14 of em. Great spot to meet a friend for lunch who's working in the area! When the weathers nice, it's great to sit outside and see people milling about the square.

4.3 / 5.0 Even on a holiday morning, it was crowded with many customers. The staff was also cheerful. And the inside of the restaurant is a pleasant space with sunlight. Terrace seating is also recommended. I had the cinnamon cruller before, but this time I had the maple cruller. No matter how many times I try it, the outside is crispy and the inside is sticky and fluffy and very delicious. What I ordered was: ・Maple cruller ・iced latte

Cute bakery/restaurant/cafe behind peloton studios. Cozy and casual. The food always hits. It's the perfect stop between peloton classes for a quick bite or drink. Don't sleep on the maple crullers. They're everything you could possibly want in a cruller. Crisp exterior with a soft interior. Not too sweet but sweet enough to complement a warm beverage. Just get it.

If you're in this area and looking for a decent but not too expensive place to eat in midtown, this is a great choice. They have a great breakfast and lunch menu, plus a good variety of drinks. It's an order first then find a table kind of place so you may want to look around first ; and if there are multiple people in your party, send one to find a table first. That said, I found their dining room to be charming and comfortable. Highly recommend their grilled salmon - for a little over $20 you get a good size piece of nicely done and great tasting fish, plus a good size side order. To me that's great value for NYC!

Small hidden shop in Koreatown specializing in matcha and tea-based drinks!…read more I came to Mika's on a Friday morning, and while there wasn't a line, it did feel packed with the five people inside. I'd actually passed by this place multiple times but had no idea it was a cafe. This shop itself is more of a grab-and-go, but it might still take a while since all drinks are whisked and made to order. There isn't really space for a line to form inside, so you may need to wait outside to order (there's also a bit of a lack of room to wait for your drink once it's ordered). My strawberry matcha came out to $9.25 total, which is pretty pricey, so I expected a lot. In total, it took me around 10-ish minutes to get my drink with about 4 people in front of me. At first it took a while for our orders to get taken since the two employees were focused on getting drinks out ASAP, one person was preparing the syrups and milk, and the other was making the matcha. The matcha itself had a nice green color. I've had many strawberry matchas prior to this, and based on my experience, this place was alright. The strawberry syrup was nice and not too sweet, but I wish there was a bit more flavoring or more of it, as after two sips I couldn't taste the strawberry at all. Overall, it's a nice shop with cute trinkets around and their own products they sell, like matchas and tea sets. However, for $9, it was a lot for what the drink offered in my opinion.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
