Even though the bike had not been ridden beyond a couple minutes at home, I anticipated issues as bike had been special ordered. BUT end result was that owner Joe simply took bike back, went to sales computer and ordered replacement. Zero issue or hassle. While I was being shown the motorcycle another person arrived to see the same motorcycle. I told Frank I would purchase the bike, yet he told the other customer he had first dibs on it. Both of us had phoned the previous day to see if the bike was available. I had asked if a deposit to hold the bike would be refundable if I changed my mind after seeing the bike in person, the answer was "no". The other customer was angry, we both agreed it was a terrible way to do business. I left, he stayed.

They would not fix or even be bothered to look at it because " it's a cheap bike" which in my humble opinion is a cop-out to not have to fix and blame the problem on the bike rather than admit to they're incompetence. They called me back early Monday morning and said they could get it in first thing Wednesday. They did exactly that Wednesday morning and it was repaired by 10:30 AM.
