I asked for non fragrant cleaning products and they delivered!!! I'm so happy with the results and I would definitely recommend! Will be using the services again as they were so kind and got the job done!

But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. Seems like it must've been a fluke and the business owner wanted to make it right.

On the day of the appointment, the cleaning crew arrived late, which I didn't mind much as LA traffic is heavy in the morning, and without valid driver's licenses, which are required to enter our gated community as part of the standard security process. Because they couldn't get through the gate on their own, I had to leave what I was doing, drive down to the entrance, and escort them in. We had hired them specifically for a move-out/deep cleaning of our empty two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom rental home. Since we had already moved nearly all of our furniture and belongings into our new home, we expected the cleaners to thoroughly clean the areas that are normally included in a deep clean, such as: * Handrails and baseboards * Vacuuming both floors and mopping the entire first floor (hardwood flooring) * Spot cleaning marks on the walls * Interior windows and mirrors * Kitchen countertops * Bathrooms, including showers and fixtures When we returned the following day to inspect the house, it was immediately clear that many of these areas had either been missed or barely cleaned. The windows, mirrors, kitchen countertops, and shower glass were still hazy with visible water streaks and hard water spots. The baseboards, handrails, and floors still looked dirty, and overall the home did not resemble a professionally cleaned, move-out-ready property. I'm not sure if the crew was short on cleaning supplies, microfiber towels, or simply rushed through the job, but the quality of work fell well below what we expected from a professional move-out deep cleaning service. In the end, my wife and I had to return with our own cleaning supplies and spend several hours cleaning the house ourselves just to make it look truly move-in ready for the next occupants. The saying, "You get what you pay for," kept coming to mind throughout the experience. We were genuinely disappointed with the service we received. We hope MaidServe takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and consistency of its professional cleaning services so future customers receive the level of service that's being advertised.
