Who would think of going to a fast food place for a salad? When I brought my grandies to Dairi-O, I noticed the salads on the menu. My wife and I came back another day and tried the Apple Crisp. My wife and I was going into Asheboro for a few things and wanted a bite to eat.Since Dairi-O opening this week in we go.The line to park was out in the street.They where so busy someone was directing cars as to where you could park.In the door this place was hoping.A nice menu from salad to a kids menu,Plus Ice Cream.our wait was not long to order and the food came fairly quickly.My choice was a double cheese burger with bacon lettuce pickle and mayo.With fries.My wife had chicken tenders.We shared the fries.My burger was very good.Our fries where Hot as was her chicken tenders.They have good tea.I wanted a Hot Dog So I definitely will be going back to try a dog and their chili.Dairi-O has several options for their burgers and dogs. This is a great local fast food place. We went there for a quick bite and kiddos also loved their milkshakes.I had a Cobb salad that was surprisingly tasty and fresh. I expected some fast food prepared salad but was pleasantly surprised and hubby had a tasty burger. The portions are very generous and the French fries were so crispy and well seasoned! read more

Let me start by saying that we love Dairio and go at least once a week. But this past sunday on 6/11/23 at roughly 3 30 we had our worst experience ever. The new young lady taking orders was extremely rude. There was a group of teenagers just sitting around doing nothing at each window. The milkshake was garbage. There were very few toppings in the shake and the toppings that were in there, my wife and I are convinced was PAPER. NO taste at all. The young lady taking orders is where it all started though. We literally pulled out the paper from the shake and literally convinced that these kids put paper in it because I had to raise my voice with the new girl that was taking orders. I am fine with people being new but you cant be rude. read more

Food was good. Service lacking. I ordered a chocolate shake - served me soft serve ice cream in a cup. When I asked if this was a shake - when you clearly needed a spoon and couldn't use a straw - sever replied they didn't know. I had never been to Dairi-O before. I was a little skeptical when I walked in and my mom told me the food was good. I normally eat healthy food and I thought it might be another greasy fast food place. I was wrong. I got the Chicken Souvlaki with a side salad, with tzatziki sauce and blue cheese dressing. It was very fresh, you can tell when you taste it. All the other menu options look good as well, as does the ice cream. Next time I come through this part of North Carolina, I would be happy to come back. read more

Love it, love it, love it! Best hamburgers and fries anywhere. By far the best fast food restaurant in Asheboro.

The lines were long yet I was in and out very quickly. All associates are kind and following all CDC recommendations.

All I can say is that this was the best hot dog I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. What made it great? Well let's talk about the buttery, toasted, quality bun they use that doesn't get soggy but adds so much to the hot dog. I opted to get my toppings on the side, since I was not going to eat it until I got to my destination. I appreciated that they put the chili, coleslaw, and grilled onions in small containers for me. These toppings really added to the flavor of the hot dog. I don't live near a Dairi-o, but whenever I am in town, I will make an attempt to stop by here. (Even though we're not supposed to eat hot dogs a lot. Lol) read more

Are we just terribly unlucky? I thought after our first visit our food had to be the exception because no way it got such rave reviews if the same quality was served to everyone. After the second visit was just as bad, burger made wrong, poor quality salad ingredients, dog bun both soggy and burned???? How do you send that out!? We decided people giving the rave reviews must work there. A year or so passed and we decided to try again as Asheboro doesn't have a plethora of choices. Now granted we went through the drive thru each time, but parked in their parking lot to eat, so it was as fresh as it would have been to go inside, but the food was again utter crap. No other way to say it. The fries tasted like they were half cooked and then left to sit on the counter for a half hour. Neither of us could eat them. My hot dogs were edible after I raked the chili off, but the wife gave her burger the heave ho after a few bites. Three strikes and you're out. You people giving this place 4-5 stars are absolute, touched in the head, bonkers! read more
