Manager/owner is very rude to customers and to the kids that are working for him. As he's yelling at them about waste because orders were incorrect I had to point out to him that he was the one who was had the orders incorrect and it was him that was incorrect. So I made sure in front of the kids that I corrected him about being rude and incorrect on the orders. Never again!! Today I ordered a cookie dough large blizzard with extra cookie dough added to it. I took about 5 bites and I found a hair in it. I went into the store asked for the manager talk to him, Davon I believe? I showed him the hair in my hand and he just looked at me with a dumb expression on his face, I shook the hair said do you see the hair, he said yes and that was it. I said this is unacceptable I want another blizard extra cookie dough. He said you don't have to shake it at me I saw it. I said you didn't say anything so that's the reason I did. The woman at the drive thru has absolutely horrible customer service. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. I used to really like going to Dairy Queen but I switched jobs and now this is the closer location unfortunately. I have tried this location a few times but they are disappointing and disrespectful every single experience I have there without fail. The food is also always either undercooked or stale with no in between. Their blizzards are not the traditional thick blizzards everyone is used to either. They are always very melted and not mixed in well at all. The staff and ambiance is always like they are so annoyed to talk to me or even help me when that is their entire job responsibility. Absolutely terrible experience. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly couldn't be bothered to show even basic courtesy. The store "closes" at 10, but by 9:30 we were kicked out of the lobby like we were an inconvenience for simply existing. We weren't the only ones--they cleared out multiple groups like it was some kind of emergency. At 9:53--still before closing time--the manager came outside to kick everyone off the property. We had stepped off the property to finish our ice cream and came back literally two minutes before closing, at 9:58, only to be treated like criminals. He started taking photos of license plates and threatening to tow cars. There wasn't even a sign that told us he would tow unauthorized vehicles/vehicles there after hours. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can't imagine how they run anything else properly. Pathetic customer service, aggressive behavior, and a complete lack of professionalism. Horrible experience with cashier. We came in with a coupon to get a 85 cent blizzard and chose "redeem in store". He said we needed to mobile order. When we explained we already redeemed the deal he then proceeded to berate my boyfriend when my boyfriend said he couldn't do that and was like "what did you say before that what did you say?!" Trying to say my boyfriend was trying to start something with him. He then told us we needed to order on the app because he's been dealing with this all day. He was extremely rude and then kicked us out of the drive through saying he needed to get ice cream out the door. We will not be coming back. Should get better management. read more

This location is AWFULLL. We have come a couple times and they never mix the blizzards. It's always straight vanilla ice cream in the bottom half of the cup. We've had several unpleasant experiences for various reasons. This last visit was the last time we'll come - they refused to give my toddler a chocolate ice cream cone with his kids meal... they would only give him vanilla?! If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. The customer service here was horrible. The person working the window, who I believe was the manager on duty at the time was extremely rude. The disrespect was beyond unbelievable. I order my food and drove to the window, after checking my food before leaving I noticed an item was not in the bag . I then asked to order the item the manager was rude and told me I need to confirm next time I place an order to make sure the order is correct. It is not my job to do so I am the customer. They should have been making sure the order was correct . Then he proceeded to hand my food out the window with no bag very unsanitary. Once the last item of my order was ready , which was toast , he proceeded to hand that out the window with no bag as well. When I expressed I wanted a bag he got an attitude. I also addressed the fact his bare hands were directly on top of the toast while forcibly shoving the food into the bag ,he yelled and said ,"I washed my hands". I did not see him wash his hands and even if so he still touched the money , the window , the bag and the food and who knows what else. He argued with me for about a minute. Of course I can't eat the entire cake in one week, so as I was eating a slice of icecream cake last night, there was a brown stand of straight hair embedded into the cake. If you like waiting half an hour for melted ice cream you found the right place! Drive thru takes forever and by the time you get your ice cream it's totally melted but you can't say anything cause by the time you realize it and they hand it to you the window shuts which is blocked out so you can't see in and they can't see out. So you can't get anyones attention, I'm assuming cause people are mad they just paid $7 for melted ice cream. The girl at the window asked if I wanted napkins seeing ky blizzard as she handed it to me and I realized it was 75% melted and the window closed before I could say anything, due to the long line behind me I just left since I waited for forever. They don't do the blizzard test because everything is totally melted. It's really gone down hill. And the workers are willing to give you melted ice cream and take your money without a second thought obviously because they have no standards. I ordered dinner for my family. Three burgers, fries and a hot dog. When I finished paying, they asked if I wanted my receipt, and I regrettably said "no". So after I drove off I realized one of my burgers was missing entirely, and the other two, which had been ordered plain with cheese, came covered in ketchup/mayo/mustard/pickles/lettuce/onions. If you know young kids, they won't eat a burger with mustard and ketchup all over it. When I returned to get the rest of my food that I had paid for, and to receive my correct items, they refused because I did not have my receipt. The lady at the window even remembered me and my order, but said I'd have to order it/pay for it all over it again.
