They are often "too busy" for delivery/pickup, which isn't true. But they will also 100% of the time get your order wrong if you add/customize anything. IE: add cookie dough to a brownie chocolate ______ blizzard, you will only get cookie dough and vanilla. Oh, and they will still charge you the full original amount + your additions. (Confirmed by my 4th time ordering it, shame on me I guess, but I still love my blizzards) There are so many other options with better service. BUT they still make a good blizzard. You won't get what you order if you add or change anything in it, but it's still a blizzard. read more

My dog also loves this place! I go for a Blizzard and he gets not one but two pup cups! He knows when I get to the light to turn, he starts barking and won't t stop until I get to the speaker to order then shuts up long enough to order and then right back at it until his first pup cup! I found my new happy place! Love their dipped cones and decided to try a single cheeseburger. This is by far the best burger on 9 Mile and maybe the best in all Pensacola! Think all the things that make a perfect burger; freshness, flavor, thickness, doneness/temperature, juiciness, toppings, and bun - all perfectly on point. The service was fast and friendly. They always treat me well. And the price was right. It is distressing to see that only dissatisfied folks' comments get responded to and that people hold back "stars" for not getting their drink topped off, or having a one-off experience, or an attitude problem. Some are not very tolerant or understanding. I guess you get what you give. I'd say give them another chance. Oh, the fish sandwich is also surprising good, too. Today while running errands with my daughter, I did a mobile order for a quick lunch! Keke was absolutely awesome and cheerful! When I heard her voice on the drive thru speaker, it instantly put me in a great mood! The food was hot, fresh, and served up quickly! We each had a $7 chicken tender meal deal... which included 3 chicken tenders, a side, a drink, and a small sundae. The house made ranch was super good, and the peanut butter topping on the ice cream sundae was soooooo yummy! I truly never have an issue at this location but tonight I did. It's started with the young dark Haired girl who when I gave her a 20.00 bill and pulled an attitude cause she had to get a manager all the while out ice cream is melting and I'm waiting it on the counter. She then decides to come back and start pulling faces when I asked her if my change was right. Then I said what is up with your attitude. I never have a problem ever here then she hands us the melted ice cream and I give it right back to her cakes it dripping of the cone and the parfait is literally over flowing out the side of the lid. I said you can remake that now. She then looked at me and smirked. I said how about you get your manager. The manager came over and I said do you expect me to take that Ice cream leaking all over the window . She sees it and said no that's not acceptable. I said your young worker there is rude and condescending and thats unacceptable. She said well she doesn't normally work drive thru I'm like and she shouldn't either. She then went on to tell me there was 5 people only working . I said so you are willing to sacrifice quality of food? She said no that's not what I'm saying. I don't usually visit Dairy Queen, but today I was really craving a burger, fries and a Blizzard! I ordered the Flamethrower Grill Burger as that's my favorite menu item. Dairy Queen has some of the tastiest burgers for a fast food place, so I was expecting a good burger, and that's what I got. I also ordered fries and a Oreo Blizzard and those were also good, the fries were very hot and fresh. The customer service was very good as well. We were the only ones in the drive thru, so that could be a reason. The burger was very messy, so I opted to not post a picture. All in all I had a good experience at this location and I'll be going to get another Flamethrower Burger very soon! read more

While the ice cream is great the workers lack any customer service. They all appear to hate their job and life itself. There is definitely a leadership issue at this location. Went through drive thru. Then was told they did have brownie a la modes anymore. Though it was still on their menu. Canceled the order then had to wait 5,000 years in the drive thru line because you have to go all the way through it once you're in line. :'( Even when you don't get anything, drive thru takes forever. read more

This Dairy Queen has very honest people working there. A couple of weeks ago I stopped and got lunch to go. Later that day on my way home I realized that I paid with a 50.00 dollar bill and the lady at the register only gave me change back for a 20.00 dollar bill. I know, it's my fault for not counting my change right there and then. So, I called them and explained what happened and they took the time to check and see if any of the registers where 30.00 over for lunch. They found the error and refunded my 30.00. With the transaction being in cash they could of just let the error go and I would have been out my 30.00 which would have been my own fault. So, my faith in honest people has been restored ( at least for a day lol ). read more

When I got there, the employee smugly stated she couldn't place orders from the window and offered no alternative (such as pulling aside as to not mess up the queue). I'm not usually one to leave a negative review and I hate to do it but this was an awful experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered two blizzards. The woman taking my order seemed very distracted and asked me to repeat myself four times. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and when I got to the window, the cashier handed me my blizzard (without flipping it). When I took it, the blizzard was completely melted and dripping so badly that it was all over my hands. She saw my concern and just shoved more napkins at me without saying anything. I asked for a larger cup to pour my melted blizzard in and before I could even clean off my hands, she was already holding out the second liquid blizzard for me to grab. I took it still looking confused and she just told me to have a good night and shut the window. There were a line of cars behind me so I pulled out of the parking lot with both blizzards pouring over the sides, dripping all over myself and my car making a huge mess. I ended up pulling into a neighboring parking lot and throwing both blizzards away in a dumpster. It wasn't even edible, such a mess, and a waste of money. The server clearly saw that they were melted and didn't flip either of them before handing them to me and rushed me off before I could even complain. . so for the second day in a row they have messed or order up and shorted us we are renovating our kitchen and our youngest child love Dairy Queen she usually has it at lunch last night and tonight are the first times that we have ever been there and it was not lunch last night was not so bad they just forgot to tell us that they were out of queso for the pretzels and they did refund our money for that order tonight we ordered the six piece chicken strip the Cookie Dough Blizzard and the pretzel Chet yeah exactly you got a how many piece chicken we ended up with a Jurassic Chomp blizzard a four piece chicken strip and a a pretzel with two queso dips it was not that big of a pretzel we will never recommend this place to anyone ever and we will never be back we are giving them 0 Stars and if it weren't for the fact that we were renovating or kitchen we would never have gone there to begin with we have been two other ones across the country while on vacation and have never had a problem ever but two nights in a row there has been a problem with what we ordered we will never be back this place is horrible and we are probably lucky because next time they could have made us sick people that don't pay attention to the orders are probably not paying attention to the food sanitization pretty sure we probably just charged a bullet so apparently you can't give this place 0 Stars so we had to give them one judging by our experience they should be in the negative star rating read more
