Very very shitty service, Ethan makes zero priority to deliver an order, it took nearly 30 minutes to bring out two slushes and two ice creams, of which were melted. After my realization that my order was not delivered on time and was melted. I clicked the red button and asked for either a refund or for all 4 of the 4 items i ordered to be remade, Ethan showed terrible customer service by making absolutely zero priority to assist my complaint. After about 5 MORE minutes of waiting for dear Ethan to come out to Stall #6, I observed him walk by my vehicle, empty handed, made eye contact with myself and my passenger, and continued to walk by, at which I decided to leave and call corporate offices to demand a refund and file a complaint against this employee. We place our order for one sonic blast at 9:03pm. During that time we watched multiple people get their order and drive away. At 9:22pm I got out of the vehicle and asked a worker if my order was going to be ready soon in which she responded, "When it's ready, we have two fucking people here." I asked for a refund and took about 5 minutes in to do so in which the person (Cory) would not let me keep the receipt and only allowed me to take a picture of it. I can only come to the conclusion that this lack of service was racially motivated as the others around us were people of diversity. This makes me sad that because of the color of my skin I can not be served my food while others get theirs in a timely fashion. This is the best sonic in escambia county. The first time I've been to sonic since I've been in Florida that I wasn't miserable.

Wouldn't even let me order. Kept getting excuses and window closed in my face 3 times. No one helpful at all.

We had this wonderful woman who exemplifies all the great things a sonic woman should be. I would give her 11 stars but I'm only allowed to give her 5. Please give her a hug. I really enjoy the service from the workers because they seem to enjoy working at Sonic. Plus the food, drinks, and Shakes are to Die for!

This sonic had some of the best service I've ever seen. Quick, friendly, and great food.

Most Sonics I've been to show the status of your order as it's being made and then about to be delivered. This place clears it out the second you pay via credit card. I'm guessing like most fast food places, they have a projected time limit to get an order out, which they're obviously just trying to bypass here. I can foresee an issue where they could claim you already got an order after you've paid even if you hadn't (without a receipt to prove you paid). Otherwise, they seem friendly. Food isn't as bad as some of the other Sonics where everything fried tastes like fish (or all cooked in same oil). read more

Tried this location for the first time yesterday. The service was fast and friendly, and the burgers were good, but we were really disappointed with the portion size of the fries. We ordered two medium sized fries and it looked like they put small sized fries in a medium box, the fry box was not filled. I am so disappointed ... My 4 kids and I come all the time and had met friends here today. I ordered mine and my friend parked and came to order hers but the first machine didn't work so she went to the other side to order, which the screen and the card reader wasn't working. When the order came for her, she did not get the Happy Hour so the lady went in to get the manager. Not only was this manager extremely unprofessional but he said from what the receipt says its 4:02 PM and so you missed it. We explained how I got the happy hour and that my friend tried the first machine that didn't work and had to wait for the other one. He said that he answered that one and no one said anything (basically calling us liars!!). It was 2 minutes and we were all together!! How horrible would it be to discount it for customer service and to make your customers happy??
